Dr. Joseph Yu is Amazingly a Super Surgeon. When he did my left knee replacement on July 6, I was so Impressed he successfully operated on 6 patients and all of us were discharged from the St. Rose hospital and are able to walk with caution, and are doing our Physical therapy with Dr
David Graff, feeling better each day, it's my 2nd month after the surgery and I am very happy with the result. Team Total Sports Medicine & Orthopedics are all very Professional and reliable. Thank you Van and Andrew, PA-C for assisting me in my recovery.

After playing golf with a retired FBI friend whose first round after hip replacement surgery was in April 2025, I took his recommendation and booked an appointment with Dr. Yu. I was very impressed with Dr. Yu’s resume, attentiveness and questioning on April 28, 2025. Unfortunately, my bloodwork Hemoglobin A1c needed to be reduced. My RT hip replacement surgery with Dr. Yu took place on September 18, 2025 at Dominican, San Martin Hospital. The entire hospital staff gave me GREAT confidence in Dr. Yu. Surgery was complete at 0850 and I was walking by noon the same day. I spent the night in the hospital but have NEVER experienced ANY Pain! I am so impressed with Dr. Yu and his Staff that I enthusiastically recommend Total Sports Medicine for hip replacement surgery!

Had left knee replacement it could not have gone better. The Doctors,Nurses, and staff were excellent. My right knee needs to be done I know where I will be getting it done and I highly recommend this Doctor I believe he is the best in Las Vegas.

Blessed to have been referred to this "Team".

All around great experience for having to have hip replacement surgery, be it Dr. Yu, Brian (PA), David Graff (PT), the office staff and even the hospital staff at St Rose Dominican San Martin for the surgery and an overnight stay. - Professional, efficient and courteous!

I would highly recommend ALL if/when having to consider a similar procedure.

Both my husband and I have been treated by Dr. Yu and his PA Brian Lee over the past 3 years for various issues. My husband recently had surgery on his right shoulder, for biceps tenodesis and subacromial balloon spacer, to help relieve the pain of bone-on-bone impact due to osteoarthritis, and I have been receiving cortisone injections for similar pain in both shoulders… The meticulous attention and care of all the staff is to be congratulated. I have been experiencing pain relief, and my husband is slowly regaining mobility in his right shoulder, also thanks to Dr. David Graff, who heads the Physical Therapy Department. Their combined expertise, personal service, attention to detail and wonderful patient care make this an outstanding resource in the Las Vegas area. I highly recommend them for any orthopedic services.
