If you want a great doctor who listens to your health concerns, look no further. Dr Sharma and his staff are what I was looking for. They are professional and care about their patients. The wait times can be long because he takes his time to address the health issues with every patient. The office is nothing special, there’s no tv and it’s a little bit bare in my opinion but the staff is friendly and they get things done. At the end that’s what I care about. I needed a referral and my labs ordered. They were on top of it. I didn’t have to be chasing them to do their job. Overall very happy with their service.

Dr. Bikas Sharma is truly the best of the best! Finding a primary care doctor you trust is incredibly difficult—in fact, I went through 4 or 5 different PCPs before finding him, usually switching after just one visit because I wasn't satisfied. Meeting Dr. Sharma completely changed that. He is incredibly knowledgeable, listens carefully, and provides top-tier care that makes you feel valued as a patient. I do not recommend this provider, especially due to how poorly they treat their patients.

From my first visit, I noticed serious issues. There were patients arguing with the front desk, and I should have taken that as a warning. The front office staff lacks basic professionalism and courtesy, and the back office incorrectly processed my insurance—mixing up my primary and secondary coverage. They didn’t notify me of the issue until after the grace period expired, which left me stuck with nearly $300 in charges from multiple visits. A simple phone call could have avoided this.

When I called to discuss the billing mistake, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told the balance had to be paid before I could be seen again. No apology, no accountability—just cold, transactional service. I paid the balance out-of-pocket, even though the error wasn’t mine.

After that, I would get a call back to schedule. Which now i see was a lie because I got no callback. When I followed up I was told Dr. Sharma would no longer see me because his notes claimed I didn’t follow his instructions. That’s false. The only instruction I was given was to follow up with a psychiatrist he referred me to—and that referral nearly cost me my job because the psychiatrist failed to send necessary paperwork to my employer on time. So not only did I follow his only instruction, it actually caused me additional stress, headache and problems.

I tried to speak with Dr. Sharma directly for clarification and was hung up on. I called multiple times—calmly, with no yelling or cursing—and each time I was disconnected or ignored. My requests for a callback were screened and never returned.

This clinic has shown me a total lack of care, accountability, and human decency. It feels like they’re more concerned with money than with helping people. I’m disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated and would strongly caution others before choosing this office for their care.

If you travel in Vegas and need to visit a doctor, Dr. Sharma is one of the best! If you don’t have insurance, it will be $200 for one visit.

Long story short, I visited Dr. Sharma twice while I m traveling in Vegas. One for a super bad cough that I had for almost two weeks after a flu or cold. Second time I went for some skin issues that got worse and caused by the dry weather here. Both my issues are fixed within one week!! Dr Sharma also told me how to avoid my skin gets dry again and asked me not to scratch coz it will get worse if I do. He also told me that I made a good choice to come visit him with that bad cough coz it’s the bacteria and not gonna go away easily by itself without the prescription.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Sharma today. The first impression was that he is kind and caring and his calmness takes away being nervous about a doctors visit. After making an appointment for a new patient, my husband, and listing four areas of concern to the staff, my husband was disappointed with the lack of interest the doctor took in addressing his concerns. He only addressed the one obvious, however none of the other issue’s. What a disregard to my husbands time, as getting time off during the holidays is very difficult.
We will not be back nor would we recommend this office/doctor to anyone. Anyone that asks for a referral, will be told to steer clear of this one.

Dr Sharma is a lousy doctor and human being! I went to him a while ago and he overcharged me for services while giving me medication that gave me a terrible allergic reaction. It was so bad I eventually needed to go to the ER. All he did was make excuses when I confronted him about it & wanted to charge me more to see him again, then got hostile at me when I refused & told him he owed me money for malpractice!

Dr. Sharma is the best Dr ever. He is truely kind and cares about his patients. When I came to visit he put me at ease and considering the fact of my pregnancy he was very knowledgeable on what medications I’m allowed to take. He is down to earth and doesn’t just rush you out of his office. At first I thought the wait was a little long but after seeing his work and bedside manner I wouldn’t mind waiting hours to see him. He also gives you an option to call him and get another prescription if it doesn’t work out instead of coming back. I never write reviews but this will definetly be a review I don’t regret writing. 👍🏽🙂

I am very impressed by the bedside manner that Dr. Sharma has with me and my husband. I am very lucky to have found him, he is intuitive and he is educated and almost every thing I have asked him about. He is an excellent family doctor and has an open mind. He aware of the technology that is available for the medical field as well as non-pharmaceutical alternatives. This was, by far, the best urgent care experience I have ever had. I was seen by the doctor right away and he was able to help get me the medicine that I needed to get better. He was friendly, caring, and most importantly, very cash friendly. My husband went in the get his RX refilled and got his blood work and the doctor fill his RX for four months, but they would not refill again without him coming in and paying for another visit. Does anyone else remember when a doctor would refill you again, up to a year without expecting to be get four payments. I should have asked ahead of time. Oh, the good old days when peoples' health was more important than profit.

Do not go to Dr. Sharma I can't stress that enough!!! I seriously don't understand how he has so many positive ratings.

I went to him for a severe medical condition (bronchitis). The wait was nearly an hour long and his receptionist/help are idiots who don't know what they are doing and speak very poor English. The medication he prescribed me gave me a nasty allergic reaction on my face and body. His nurse Luis kept insisting that he sent over a new prescription to my pharmacy but over a 6 hour period my pharmacy told he he hadn't before I finally got it. I asked them to reimburse me for my medication which they refused.

And the worst part I told the doctor I needed him to approve FMLA otherwise my company would discipline me (I know I worked for a terrible company), at the time Dr. Sharma said he would and thought it was a travesty my company would do that.I paid him $25 for it, despite my displeasure he didn't reimburse my mis-medication cost. But then to my surprise my company tells me he stated my condition was not serious enough. I thought it was a mistake and felt he would easily fix it...WRONG! I went to his office and Luis kept insisting he filled out my FMLA form correctly I thought he was an idiot so I asked to speak to Sharma. He made me wait over an hour. When I finally got to see Dr. Sharma he lied to me saying that he only promised to fill out the FMLA form not get it approved but I knew I asked him before to get it approved cause I know my company's strict policies. He then kept using all these manipulation tactics to try and get me to believe that I was wrong but I saw what he was doing and I wasn't buying it. I was furious and let him know about it. When all his BS wasn't working on me he just ends it like a scumbag politician telling me that I will not raise my voice to him and that he was going to "report that I tried to intimidate him." Who was he reporting to btw? My guess is the Imaginary Board. As he was walking out I told him I'll be getting a lawyer, then I chased him into the hallway and told him he was a fraud and crook. He yelled at me to get out of his office. I did and right to a lawyer...I almost called the police but realized there probably wasn't much they could do.

I did not pay him to give me a life threatening medication and he ripped me off for that $25 just to sign his name...once again he is a crook!!! I bet most of these positive ratings I found are his or from people he knows personally. I'll be doing my homework in the future on actual credentials and not be so trusting of reviews.

I did not like him, he did not consider my symptoms at all. He said since the tests were normal that there is no objective evidence that something was wrong with me and everything was normal. But everything is not normal, I have serious problems in my body and he minimized them and made it seem like it was insignificant or not happening.

Dr. Bikas is a splendid, compassionate, kind, caring, thorough and extremely professional. I'm uninsured, and found him through an internet search. I was impressed by the things other patients posted about him and his services on the internet, so I gave him a try. His office is supurbly clean, his staff is very polite, and you get an overall safe feeling from the moment you walk in.

Dr. Bikas is very open to the uninsured, and treats you no less than anyone with insurance. He takes his time, listens to your needs, and goes above and beyond to resolve whatever your health issues are. His office accepts walk-ins, appointments, and you can even make an appointment on his website. His office is even open on Saturdays.

I like best that I can trust him with me and my family's health needs. I highly recommend Dr. Bikas to anyone that is having a hard time finding a doctor they can trust, and one they can feel comfortable with. I'll continue to see Dr. Bikas with or without insurance for my health needs for as long as he's in practice. He's true to his profession and practice. It's about your health, and not your insurance with Dr. Bikas!
