Me say this I’m a former Marine and like I said I hate going to the dentist they always try to milk your insurance. They took X-rays the Dr. came in cave his professional opinion , did t push anything. He was super cool and I went with his recommendation. I really thought I would have to come back for the procedure. Doc was like heck no I can do it now !! 15 mins later he was done , didn’t even feel when he numbed me!!!
Doc got my tooth all cleaned and prepped for the new one . Said he tooth we be here in two weeks.
I was so impressed I actually scheduled a cleaning to prepare the Doc to fix the rest of my teeth!!!

When I met Dr. Trobough I needed emergency dental care and my dentist office was unavailable, his calm demeanor and professionalism are matched only by his caring nature and willingness to know his patients. First time patient experience today. The staff were super friendly. I arrived a bit early and was taken right in. Dr. Trobough spent significant time with me explaining my X-rays and treatment options and his recommendations. It was very refreshing to not feel rushed through decisions like I’ve had in the past. To top it off, he called me at home to follow up as I was a first time patient which he said was a usual practice of his. Pretty awesome in today’s world of automated texts and emails.

I first found him more than 10 years ago when I had a lot of tooth pain and was really nervous and embarrassed to go to the dentist for the first time in over a decade. Dr. Trobough is so compassionate, gentle, kind, and with tons of experience. He talks through everything he is seeing, his recommendations, and makes a plan with you to manage pain immediately, get back on track with cleanings and good dental hygiene, and long term oral care for maintenance. He also tries to put you at ease with corny Dad jokes or relatable life experiences. The office team is great too - everyone is kind, friendly, and encouraging. I broke a molar at work, and Dr. Trobough was able to get me in as a new patient within 2 days to fix the tooth. Dr. Trobough came out to talk to me about my health history before hand, which was appreciated. After a careful exam and consult, we actually decided on a treatment plan I had been looking at with my prior dentist, but it was going to be cost prohibitive at the prior dentist (think new SUV). Dr. Trobough's prices were exceedingly fair, and his time frame was so reasonable. He is kind, compassionate, considerate, and he has a lifetime client!!!!

Dr Trobough is the best dentist in Las Vegas for sure. I have been going to him since 1997 and will not go anywhere else. He is very kind and gentle, in all of those years, he has never hurt me once. I have 100% faith in him. His new Dental Hygienist is the best also, she was so gentle with me and I also would recommend her to everyone also. OMG! If you have any fear of dentists then you must go to Dr. Trobough!! He and his staff will put you at ease immediately.
If you even worry about the novocaine you can rest easy. He has some secret method of shaking your lip so you really don’t feel it.

I just have to say if you’re looking for a new Dental Office to call home. COME HERE! Even if there’s a bit of a wait, it’s honestly worth it!!! This has been the best experience I have EVER had with a Dr’s Office….Period. The office is modern, hi tech, and very clean! Dr. Trobough is amazing, detailed, and very personable. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions answered. I can tell that everyone in the office enjoys what they do. I then had a cleaning by the wonderful Hygienist De!! Omg this lady is a GEM! She was so funny, caring, and sweet! I felt like I knew her already lol. The best cleaning I have ever had. She was knowledgeable and thorough with her cleaning. I can’t wait to go back lol. Wonderful experience. The Office Manager Jenn was very nice and super helpful with forms & insurance questions at check-in. Dr. Trobough's assistant Nicole took my x-rays in no time & was pleasant as well as quick. This was followed by a check-in with Dr. Trobough to review the x-rays. I'm came to Las Vegas 2 years ago. I'm went to Dr. Trobough for a second opinion. The knowledge he shared with me was based on 25 years of experience. He seems to be an honest man whose patients are more than $signs. I'm not happy with the internet dentist I chose. I was a little nervous but he has a very nice prof manner that set me at ease. My only regret and I really regret that he was not my 1st choice.
