My 14 yr old daughter was complaining of lower back pain, so I called my insurance company and they recommended Advance spine and rehabilitation. The front office staff was wonderful in assisting with scheduling an appointment. The back office staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease.
Dr. Russell is an amazing doctor. He is knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and is very caring. It's rare to find a doctor who actually spends an adequate amount of time with their patients. Dr. Russell did not make us feel rushed at all. My daughter felt instantly better after the adjustment.
I would highly recommend Dr Russell!

My Dad has been going to Dr. Troy for 17 years. I was in a car accident and needed an adjustment so my Dad was very adamant that I go see Dr. Troy. I am so glad I did. I have been to other chiropractors before and they were way more rough compared to Dr. Troy. He was gentle, and smooth and very effective. I couldn't crack my neck at all on the right hand side and had limited mobility not after seeing Dr. Troy I could finally turn my head side to side and I could finally walk with no pain. Dr. Troy will be the only one adjusting me from now on.

I went to see Dr Russell yesterday and learned as much as he helped me heal. Just one treatment helped reduce my by 75% I could feel the pain relief continue until I went to bed. When I woke up it was almost gone. My job requires me to use my injured arm more than I normally would but even after using it all day today I still only have 1/4 of the pain I had before my visit yesterday.

After 2 ER and 3 QuickCare visits, of which only a steroid shot helped my severe pain in my neck and shoulders, and after several chiropractors and PT appointments, no one has been as helpful to me as Dr. Troy Russel of Advanced Spine and Rehab.

Not only did he spend more time with me by examining me thoroughly (which the other doctors and chiropractors didn't bother much), he was able to tell which part of my neck the pain was originating from just from the examination. As expected, I was sore and in pain after my first two visits, but after 2-3 visits, I already felt a big difference in my pain levels and pain locations. He is competent and I trust him, that's why he is the only chiropractor that I returned to and continued my treatment with.

I love Dr. Troy Russel and their staff. They are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Troy also not just makes the adjustments less painful (as he is more controlled than the other chiropractors I've seen) but he also checks up on how I'm feeling and what has changed at every visit. He also gives me a quick check and massage to check my tight and painful spots, BEFORE every adjustment. He is simply amazing!

My family has been going to Dr. Troy at Advanced Spine and Rehab for over 6 years. I would never want to go to someone else. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable, taking his time with each patient. He does what is necessary and doesn't make you come back in for a 100 treatments like some chiropractors do. I've seen many chiropractors over the years, in various parts of the country, and Dr. Troy is by far the best.
