Dr Keller took care of my wife very well. He was friendly and efficient. He did not rush through anything, obviously caring a lot about her situation. The receptionist called the insurance company to make sure we had coverage for her contact lenses, which we did. Overall, a very nice first visit.

Quick, efficient service. Great selection of frames at a great price. A good variety of insurances accepted, including Medicaid (always check with your insurance company). The Medicaid frame options were plentiful, with the option to pay the price difference for upgraded frames. I am usually in and out within 30 minutes. Huge, clean, bright office in a location that is easily accessible in a strip mall with ample parking, usually right in front.

The office will call to confirm your appointment and if you are running late. The front desk lady is nice once she warms up to you in an “auntiesque” manner that I find endearing. Good customer service from all staff.

Dr. Keller is an old school optometrist. Glad he is still around ♥️. Would recommend and return. This is the type of office that a patient can enjoy continuity of care.

First eye exam in more years than I can count before picking True Eye Care (without reading the reviews). The older Asian woman manning the front desk was rude and impatient. Their selection of Medicaid approved frames was scarce and UGLY. Try somewhere else I am.

Didn't get my initial exam here, but at another establishment down the street. But they didn't have frames that would discount with my insurance so I ended up coming here.

The staff is AMAZING and there are never any wait times. My daughter broke my pair of glasses and I needed a replacement and fast. I was able to come in right before closing and pick out a new frame and get everything squared away.

Not a huge selection, but definitely great pricing. Will definitely come here for future exams and hardware purchases.

I would not recommend this place at all. They have Terrible customer service, selection of frames is minimal at best and they don't bill insurance so you must pay out of pocket. I paid $800 out of pocket of for an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses that I was not happy with. I took them back 2 separate times and each time I was charged even more money as they wouldn't honor the buy one get one half off price 34 days after I picked up my glasses. Trust me your better off shopping on line on your own they are no help at all and just want your money! This place is crooked dgo elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. I needed my glasses repaired before traveling and barely made it to them just minutes before closing and they helped me. Ty was amazing and took her time to repair my glasses correctly, was super friendly and informative and didn't make me feel like I was imposing whatsoever (even though I sort of was lol.) I apologized to another woman working there and she made me feel comfortable and essentially said it was no big deal. They've been exceptionally polite and professional every time I visit. I called to obtain the PD (pupillary distance)
I was then told they don't release the PD because of blah blah blah .....then I was told that no place in Vegas releases the PD ( whole time I knew this was a LIE) this place just doesn't want you to order glasses from anywhere else, basically forcing you to come back to them .... Not only did I call "they eye care center" located on civic center in las Vegas to verify the statement. I googled if it was legal for and ophthalmologist not to release your PD ... And well let's just say if I wanted to vindictive I'd call my lawyer .... Over all they gave me good advice about how to go about getting another pair ... But for the simple fact .. they don't release the PD is mind boggling because there trying to MAKE me be a customer .. in my opinion not such a good business strategy

Great prices but honestly the waiting time for frames and the fact they had to be recut again took entirely too long. When it was all said and done the whole process took about a month. Wouldn't highly recommend if you need glasses in a timely manner.

Got my prescription done here and needed to get a new emailed to me was informed that it could take one week to get emailed never received the email. Called back again for them to tell me that it’s my responsibility to keep the original prescription mind you the prescription was given to the place that did my glasses because it’s a “ courtesy “ for them to give it to me again. I couldn’t understand the lady speaking on the phone so asked to speak to the manager, who ended up being the owner, as soon as she answered was very rude and started yelling at me and told me that once they get the information emailed out everything is destroyed after which is understood even though you put the information on the paperwork you fill out. Then proceeded to keep telling me that it’s my responsibility not theirs to keep my prescription on hand and that they’re doing a courtesy by emailing it to me even though they don’t have too. Would not recommend this place at all.

The doctor here is amazing and thrurough. Our glasses only took 1 week to come in and they fit perfectly. Heads up, this place has more frames for Medicaid insurance than anywhere else. Well worth the trip for us!!

They don’t have many reviews which is surprising. This is honestly a great office. The doctor was extremely quick. You could tell he’s been doing this for a long time. His staff was very caring and professional. I’ve been searching for an eye doctor since I moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and I finally found one. They have a wide selection of glasses. I did glasses and contacts and I was able to keep the sample pair he had me try on til my cases came.

Did I mention it was a small intimate office? That was probably the best part lol. No chains trying to get you to spend all of your money.

Virginia the owner spent a lot of time fixing my ferragamo sunglasses they needed a nose piece... but my boyfriend had tried to glue it so she really worked on them for us I don't know how she did it. Friendly and clean.

I was searching on Groupon for a good deal on an eye exam and glasses and wasn't having much luck. I just so happened to come across this business on Google and they ended up being even more affordable than any Groupon offer. The eye exam is only $65.00 and they have some really cute and stylish frames that are 2 for $59 (including lenses.) The Dr. was very thorough and explained each step of the eye exam as he went along. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on any glasses (even though I had my eye on some really cute frames) being that I only need reading glasses. He let me know that I can just buy a pair from somewhere cheap, like Walmart.

My wife and I while on vacation booked an appointment with True Eyecare for eye exams, glass's and contacts. We were treated with respect and professionalism and were not disappointed with the results after receiving our purchase in the mail a short time later to Canada. I lost my prescription sunglasses and needed a replacement. Since my prescription was less than six month old I did not do another eye exam. Once I found the frames I got a good price for the lenses. It took just two days and my sunglasses were available for pickup. Everyone here is very friendly and I plan on going back next time I need my eyes checked and new glasses ordered.
