I usually give this facility 5 stars, as the staff is great here and they have a few good Dr's here I've dealt with. Unfortunately I saw Dr Concio this time and he didn't bother to listen despite us talking a while, I explained that strong antibiotics give me a bad yeast infection, but apparently his mistaken view as a man is stronger than his intelligence as a Dr, since he didn't call in the right prescription. Unfortunately I get such bad yeast, that it takes 2-3 diflucan pills to clear it up. He seemed to listen but then called in ONE PILL, so I paid a bunch of $ for the appointment and the prescription and yet now they say I have to do the WHOLE thing over again, a new appointment, prescription, everything; meanwhile I'm suffering with this horribly uncomfortable infection!! :,-( Thanks Dr Concio, great job!

The staff was very kind. We absolutely love the doctors and their recommendations and thoughtful after care.

We were just a little disheartened by the follow encounter.

About an hour before closing, we called because we needed my husband’s prescription transferred to a different pharmacy that accepted our insurance. We specifically called an hour before closing because we wanted to be respectful of their time, avoid calling at the last minute, and my husband was just seen maybe 15 minutes earlier. Our request was simple—we only needed assistance with transferring the prescription.

Instead of being told they were too busy or asked to call back the next morning, we were placed on hold for nearly the entire hour until closing. Then the call was disconnected without anyone ever speaking to us. A staff member did answer the call and put us on hold.

We completely understand that healthcare staff get busy, and we would have appreciated an honest response such as, “We’re unable to help before closing today. Please call us tomorrow morning, and we’ll be happy to assist you.” That would have been understandable and appreciated.

Unfortunately, being left on hold until closing and then having the call disconnected felt incredibly dismissive. While I can’t say whether it was intentional, it certainly gave that impression.

We have never had this experience here and have been going to this urgent care for the last 5 years.

We don’t want any harm coming from this post, just a simple acknowledgement.

This place SUCKS. Avoid at all costs.

The employees and providers here are extremely insensitive and have no empathy. I brought my daughters in with cold and flu symptoms, and we waited over 2 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing. I ended up walking out before I had a full anxiety attack from the stress and frustration.

One thing is being busy, but another is actually working diligently to help sick patients and being honest about wait times. I kept asking for updates hoping someone would give me a truthful answer. If they had simply told me from the beginning it would be a 2–3 hour wait, I would have appreciated the honesty and left instead of wasting time with my sick daughter sitting there miserable.

After they did the swab test, the guy in the back told us it would “only be 5 minutes.” Again, not true. He could have simply said it would be over 30 minutes instead of making things up. After waiting even longer and asking again for an update, I could clearly hear one of the employees in the back "the black dude" laughing and talking about me for asking questions. Then he came out and suddenly said the doctor now wanted a urine sample. At that point, I completely lost it. I felt hopeless, frustrated, and defeated, especially seeing my daughter not feeling well, so I decided to leave.

I normally like UMC facilities, but after this experience, I honestly don’t think I want to visit another location again.

This is my first time to get checked in here and the Nurse Practioner name Janae and Nurse Practioner Anna are both on top of their job. They are very thorough, super friendly and very professional. Even the beautiful lady at the reception Desk whose name is Nina was very professional, kind and very friendly with a beautiful smile in her face. This UMC quick care has the most wonderful staff, and facility. As a family of 6 we are frequent fliers to quick care. Shanell is an absolute gem who always recognizes my family and treats us as if we were part of her family. Shanell is very patient with my girls and they just adore her. Dr Omar is our favorite Dr to see when we have to go. Dr Omar is through with all she does, she makes the girls feel heard and explains things so they can understand what is going on.

I give this place zero stars! The operator became impatient with me on the phone, and hung up on me, prior to hanging up on me, he took a deep breath and said “oh my God.” As a frustrated patient, who has been waiting for their hypertension medication for 2weeks, experiencing headaches, this was devastating! The prescription was supposed to be sent the day of the visit, and it never was. This was confirmed by the pharmacy. I called the same week I seen the provider and advised them of the issue and nothing has been done! . My 2 week follow appointment is in 2 days, and pharmacy has no prescription. Called Walgreens for a second time (after driving to the office personally) and according to Walgreens, the prescription was just received today and they need an approval for a 90 day supplies before they release the prescription. Being in the medical field myself, and experiencing such unprofessionalism from this office is so devastating. This should have never taken this long, and to then get hung up on, unbelievable! It was all their lack of effort and responsibility and to become upset at the patient, is extremely disappointing.

I went to this specific UC the day after Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised! Taken back within 30 minutes of checking in. Saw the ARNP within minutes of being taken back. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve been to numerous UC’s but this one was top notch! She definitely didn’t walk in, write a RX and send me on my way! Late Review:
Dr. Burton is such an amazing doctor. My son plays sports and had cracked his head open playing football in the community. He ended up with a concussion and needed stitches. Dr. Burton seen my son 20 minutes before they closed. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Dr. Burton was very quick and made sure we understood all the information. He also reassured my son that he would be okay.

Dr. Burton is top notch! He has the best bed side manners I have seen in a long time. I have seen him twice at quick care and his demeanor does not change and that’s five stars alone. Very nice clean urgent care. I came here Tues around 12:30pm and the waiting area appeared pretty slow thankfully. The front desk lady got me checked in in about 10mins. I was brought back fairly quickly and didn't take long to see the NP. I almost didn't go because I'm stubborn, but turns out a 38 year old mom of 3 little kids can get strep throat, too! Darn kiddo germs. This was a great urgent care experience for me.

I went in with an animal bite. I was seen quickly. They did nothing to clean or disinfect the wound. I was prescribed antibiotics and sent on my way. It all took about 10-15 minutes. The doctor spent more time letting me know I should be designating them as my PCP than looking at my hand.

I was 2 weeks post op and my incision was still draining. Called the surgeon's office, waited a day for a reply, nothing.
So I went to Aliante Quick Care. I waited just a short time before Shanell RN, did my intake. She was quick and zeroed in on my problem. She was also friendly and seemed genuinely concerned.
Another short wait and Dr Omar came in and did a thorough and focused exam. She ordered wound care and antibiotics, a shot and a script. Shanell quickly dressed my wound and gave me a shot. Dr Omar took a minute to explain my care plan and Shanell made sure all my questions were answered.

To anyone reading this, DO NOT GO TO THIS UMC QUICK CARE!!!

My girlfriend went there last December because she had a really bad cough and feared that she had bronchitis, Dr. Bibi Omar did not listen to her needs and prescribed her something that did not help at all, on top of the $50 co-payment she had to pay after that. After a week of coughing horrendously, she developed hemorrhoids from the strain, making her miss another week of work.

She finally got better after taking different medicine but then a month later
She gets sent a bill of $1,050 from UMC from the visit in Aliante for a simple check up and prescription that DID NOT EVEN WORK!

Bottom line is, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT GO TO UMC QUICKCARE ALIANTE!!!

I brought my daughter here yesterday Jan 13th around 9 am. I’ll start by saying the receptionist was soo nice and helpful. Skip forward to when we were waiting for the doctor, APRN Anna Flores came in and looked at my daughters rash and said it was most likely from the flu or strep throat, okay I was fine with that answer. After talking about that she leaves the room and then comes back in and questions me about what I feed my daughter because she is underweight. I found this highly offensive as all of my kids have access to food whenever they are hungry or want a snack. I told her my daughter has always been thin, which she replied “thin or underweight?” And also asked if my 10 year old daughter had an eating disorder. We came here for a rash not to be shamed that she is underweight. We have seen multiple doctors in these past two weeks alone due to the flu and strep throat and not one felt the need to comment on her weight. We also had a follow up today with her pediatrician and she is healthy. I just don’t understand why she felt the need to comment on my daughter’s weight. This was my first and last time coming here, I will continue to go back to care now for urgent care needs for my kids and myself.

I wish I could give them 5 stars but they are only getting 2.5 because the doctors/nursing staff are good however, the front desk lied to us and advised us they take our insurance and they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT! Between me and my husband when I got sick and he needed a minor procedure on his back we wound up being billed roughly a grand or a little more. The location is great because it’s 3 minutes down the street and it is a clean office and again doctors and nurses are good but the front office needs to do better or be trained better! I should have done my homework and called my insurance company first instead of blindly trusting the clinic to advise us correctly (which is sad). We found out just because it’s a UMC they won’t all take our insurance as they are location based. So either the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing or they lied knowing our insurance wasn’t accepted there and we would get slammed with a massive bill. I don’t like to think it’s the latter but the way everything is today I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest.

If you choose to come here I recommend you check with your insurance first to confirm this location actually takes your insurance or you might be in for a big surprise when you get the bill.

What can I say, this location is not only convenient but the staff is amazing! My daughter started to have ear pain Wednesday night. She woke up ok the next day and went to school as she said everything was fine. I attempted to call her pediatrician to try to get her seen right after school but unfortunately this time they didn't answer any of my attempts. I know that there's a few places close to me, but after I Googled, this location came up. I always read the reviews and they were great. When I picked up my daughter she mentioned it had started to hurt again and wanted to go to the Doctor, therefore we drove there right away. First time there and all I can say is I was impressed. The check-in process was very easy, they have an awesome system to get the patients checked in and back to the rooms quickly. Ms. April took care of my daughter in the back and she was super! Right after the Doctor came in, examined her and after waiting a few minutes for test results we were on our way. My daughter was said we were here for hours, but to be honest from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it took about an hour and a half. That is amazing, as this is a quick care and of course patients are coming in back to back. I was very pleased, it gave me piece of mind, knowing that I have somewhere close to home.

Usually at this UMC I get great service. The nurses, doctors, and receptionists are usually helpful and kind. However, yesterday Anna Flores, the nurse practitioner who, as she said, "was assigned to you today" was just incredibly rude. She didn't listen, she talked over me, she seemed annoyed that I was there at all. She was unhelpful and treated me like an inconvenience. I am a human being who is currently suffering because I'm sick and I deserve to be treated with kindness. Maybe no one cares, she certainly doesn't, but I wanted to at least warn other people that if you get stuck with this provider, maybe ask for someone else if you want good care.

Dr. Justin Yeung and team that was working the morning of April 20th we all ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I was in Vegas in a work trip and my big toe had an unfortunate encounter with a cowboy boot. Best new patient appointment ever. Everyone was lovely and I was taken back super quickly. I saw Nikki (Nergui Terbish) APRN. I never felt rushed and she went over my entire chart with me. She took the time to ask me questions and truly listened to me. Moving to North Las Vegas 2 weeks ago, we have no pediatrician yet! The staff here were fantastic to our 10 month old girl on Sunday morning! I would highly recommend this facility. The girls up front at the urgent care side were so incredibly inviting and kind to myself and my son. They were very friendly and attentive. The provider was very empathetic and she took her time being thorough with myself and my son. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the nurse who took my son’s vitals wrote down that he is 24kg ( 54 pounds) instead of 24lbs. This could have been dangerous had I not caught it before getting our antibiotics. She also wrote down that he had a head laceration which ended up wasting everyone’s time, because had she actually looked and maybe asked she’d have seen that it’s a birth mark.

Took my daughter here yesterday just after 3pm and there was no one at all in the waiting area. Checked in and the guy at the front desk who helped us was very nice, professional, helpful and funny. I don't know what his name was. We waited less than 15 mins to be called in the back. The 1st nurse who came in the room and took my daughters vitals was very nice. The Dr. we saw was Dr. Debbie Odano. She was very nice as well. The doctor had to give my daughter a referral but she was also dehydrated so she had to get an IV. The nurse who did the IV, I believe her name was Carrie, she did the IV very good because my daughter barely felt it. And Carrie was very nice and caring as well. Overall, we had a great experience here. EVERYONE we encountered seemed to really care about my daughters issue and we didn't feel rushed or judged like we have felt before at some of the other urgent cares we have experienced. This Quick Care will definitely be my family's go-to from now on for our urgent care needs.

Great new clinic everyone was very nice, helpful and comforting, very nice reception Denise, nurse Jackie and X-ray tech heather. Dr was really nice and helpful as well as Denise totally recommend this new clinic got in and out!
