Love the new place but they're busy. From the time I got there it Took 3 hours to see Dr for 2 min. Then another hour to get X-rays & wait for Dr to discharge me after 4 hours being there.

Can you tell us what doctors are associated with this clinic please? I am not with this Quick care anymore. I do know the Drs have changed. You might want to call them to get answers. Sorry

It was almost empty when I was there and there was barely any wait at any point.

Let me start by saying that if I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only do they violate HIPAA and provide horrible patient service, but the amount of miscommunication is also insane. A medical practice violating HIPAA is a serious matter.

When you enter, no one greets or welcomes you. Instead, there's a self-service kiosk, which many elderly patients aren't comfortable using. After I spent 20 minutes entering my information, another patient nearby was having trouble with the kiosk. Instead of the receptionist coming out to assist her, she chose to belittle the patient. When the elderly woman couldn't complete her paperwork, she was yelled at by the receptionist: "YOUR ACCOUNT IS LOCKED! YOU NEED TO FINISH YOUR PAPERWORK!” Instead of helping her by coming around the counter, she continued to belittle her. HIPAA clearly states that patients cannot have access to each other's sensitive information, yet it had to be done because of the receptionist's incompetence.

That’s just the beginning. When I entered the exam room, I was met with medical staff who seemed inexperienced. The way my labs were conducted and how I was given my discharge paperwork both reflected a lack of professionalism. The doctors gave me no information about my diagnosis or what paperwork I needed. The receptionist with red hair really needs to find a different job where she isn’t helping patients.

If I were anyone else I would take my copay elsewhere.

The nurses and doctors in the back were very friendly, kind, and welcoming, and I really appreciated the care they provided.
However, my experience at the front desk was not as pleasant. The woman with red hair who assisted me came across as unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude. The way she spoke to me and responded to my answers made me feel as though she was annoyed with me or talking down to me. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but I believe patients should still be treated with patience, kindness, and respect, especially when they are simply answering the questions being asked of them.

Terrible experience. This was all virtual. I logged into MyChart ahead of time, completed all of the required documents, and was fully prepared for my virtual appointment. I waited for hours, and the only communication I received was a text saying they were running late.

When I called, Jazz E. told me they had called me and that I wasn’t there. However, I have proof that I was signed in and virtually logged into my appointment on July 10. Instead of acknowledging what happened or apologizing for the time I lost, I was simply offered the next available appointment on August 19.

There was no apology, no accountability, and no empathy for the hours of my day that were wasted. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly disappointing. I left feeling completely dismissed and disgusted by the lack of compassion shown.

First the staff was being very very rude by yelling at children because they wanted to go see how tall they were and one of the staff watched my little sisters go to the bathroom like very creepy
And it took like 45 mins for them to finally go take ,y sister for her X-RAY and I don't like this place and this was a bad visit

Zero privacy The Walls are too thin. I have a headache, listening to everyone’s personal problems at home.
Appointment at 9 AM arrive at 8:40 AM and didn’t see the doctor until 10:15 AM
I called several weeks before to find out about blood work. I was told I didn’t need blood work however I do need blood work so I have to start over.
zero focus on patients 100% focus on personal stuff. The check-in process is ridiculous.
after seeing the nurse, I remembered something and went to the firm to ask to speak to her again and no one ever showed up just a doctor? Did they forget or are they more worried about personal problems?

Great new facility.
Really clean and modern.
Great staff.
My only complaints that I have is with there check in screens.
They are mounted at a low and bad angle, hard to see, hard to read, hard on the neck and back by causing you to stoop over to see it correctly. Lengthy check in procedures also are a detractor.
All could be handled at the counter, which they still call you to anyway!
Should be sign in with name, wait to be called to counter, checked in and wrist band. Done.......

I really wasn't going to make this review but after some thought about the situation I do think this needs to be called out. I visited this quick care to get some kind of answers for the illness I've been having. When you go in they want you to check in on a kiosk, fine, but all 500 questions were super unnecessary. ESPECIALLY when 20 min later the receptionist called me up to get the same information anyway. Now while this receptionist was getting my information she took my phone(for my insurance) and my ID. She then proceeded multiple times to walk away while still in possession of my items. She returns only to ask the people around her who's phone it was. After telling her it was mine she gave it back, then gave me a receipt telling me to sit down. To which I had to ask if I could have my ID back. It only got worse from there. After another 20 min or so Im called back where a nurse takes my BP, temp, and pulsox. The BP cuff and the pulse ox where on the same side...so obviously it must have been her first day as a nurse what really sealed that for me was after doing that incorrectly she then proceeded to walk away with the machine while it was still attached to me. But not before asking me what my "sexual orientation" was, in the few questions she did ask. I'm sorry but what does that have to do with me being sick? Now I told these people my symptoms so they left me in this room blowing my nose with PAPER TOWELS. What doctors office doesn't have tissues? My nose is completely raw so thank you for that. The doctor was in my room for a solid 3 min. To which an hour later a different man comes in the room, asks if I'm a different person, when I tell him who I am he just hands me paperwork telling me my prescription is at the pharmacy. Didn't even tell me a diagnosis I had to ask. So all and all save your self the time and the copay and go somewhere else. The nurse I had was completely untrained and I feel like the same thing could be said about the receptionist. Completely unprofessional and borderline malpractice. Shame on you. I understand I am not the only sick person but all of this above is completely unacceptable from a healthcare provider, and I do believe the Board of Health would agree. .

The doctor, who looked like he was ready for a nap, came in for like 2 minutes max and tested me for strep. 25 minutes later, a nurse came in with a discharge paper trying to get me to sign without telling me the results or the game plan for my condition. I didn't appreciate that; I shouldn't have to ask what my results were. It was a rushed appointment. I was thinking of using them for my primary care at first, but after that experience, I changed my mind.

The receptionist Lanita (I hope I spelled that right) was so sweet! I came in and was having trouble with the computer and she was so patient and personable talking to me. She made the process so much easier! Thank you!! ❤️

Nice location, but I went here with the flu. Body pains , and all the symptoms. I was only prescribed medication for nausea and the cough. I told him my biggest issue is my headache and body aches and he disregarded me. Said to take Tylenol which I told him I’ve been taking more than the recommended amount and it doesn’t work at all. Now on my way to hospital 🙄 what’s the point of going to urgent care if ultimately I’ll still end up at the hospital.

The internal layout of this location is a little unnerving to this medically retired unarmed security officer. But it did the job for what I needed. It was still a very positive visit.

I just saw DR. Nasiak he did not care about my pain. I left with pain and no prescription. It’s a complete waste of time. This doctor does not listen and before that I went to the quick care. It was a follow up from quick care and still problems present and no help. You should be able to demand a refund if you’re not happy with service. I made the appointment because my ear was painful and hard to sleep.

Avoid this place. My mother was seen by an APRN, not a doctor, and they refused to give her any medication for a UTI. They just told us to go to the ER instead of helping her. Total neglect and a complete waste of time when someone is in pain
