John Paolo Domingo and his staff are so kind each and every time our family comes in. I even tried a CVS MinuteClinic tonight (thought I had Covid or strep) and the experience was horrible! I ended up leaving and went to our UMC Quick Care in Peccole. Thank you to John and the staff for all your kindness and grace, it truly makes the difference especially when you’re feeling as horrible as I was tonight!

So frustrated with them. They cost a fortune and act rude. They keep telling me sent in an order for a diabetic pen when they sent in an order for the needles that go on the tip. They even called the pharmacy and they said I picked it up. I can clearly see my history. There was never any pen ordered. Don't go here.

Had a severe skin allergy emergency yesterday, got me in quickly, allergy shot, better in minutes. Anytime we have come here, even during Covid, top notch care. Everyone here is kind, and caring that we have experienced, consistent over the years. We highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars, or I would. When I arrived, NIKA was so friendly and accommodating, and when I was waiting to be seen, I observed her interacting with others in the MOST professional and helpful way. She is awesome!!!

I was seen by Dr. P. Hansen and he was wonderful (he always has been!!!).

Thank you for making a “painful” visit to QuickCare such a nice experience. Kudos to everyone!!!!!!!!

I left work early specifically to seek medical care because I was experiencing severe ear pain\. I checked in at approximately 3:30 PM on August 9 26 At the time I arrived, there were no other patients waiting in the lobby. I was told that I would need to wait for a doctor\. I patiently waited for almost one hour, despite being in significant pain\. During that entire time, no one provided me with an update about the expected wait time or explained why I had not yet been seen\.When I finally decided that I could no longer continue waiting and went to leave, a doctor came out of a room\. I explained that I had been waiting for almost an hour, and I was then told that the doctor could see me\.
At that point, because of my severe pain, the time I had already lost from work, and the fact that I had been waiting for nearly an hour without any communication, I decided to leave and requested a refund\.
What was particularly upsetting was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology for what had happened\. After waiting nearly an hour while experiencing pain that I would rate as 10 out of 10, I was simply given my money back and told, “Thank you\.” There was no apology, explanation, or concern about the fact that I had waited so long.
This experience was extremely disappointing and made me question the quality of patient care and customer service at this location\. I chose UMC because I expected a professional healthcare experience, but unfortunately that was not what I received\.

I hope UMC will take this matter seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the patient experience at the Peccole Ranch location.

I must say I was very pleased with the peccole ranch UMC Quick Care all because of the receptionist going above and beyond for me. I'm in a wheelchair and she helped me check in and helped me get around since I was alone. Usually the other receptionist makes me try to reach and stand and I'm partially paralyzed so it's a struggle. I just wanted to say thank you for all your kindness and amazing customer service Denise G. We need more people who really care care in the medical field. Also Doctor Winn is the best. He is also caring and he definitely knows his job well.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived early as instructed but wasn’t seen until about 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Abigail Paner was dismissive, talked over me, and became defensive when I asked questions instead of having a conversation. I left without any resolution, and the purpose of my visit was not addressed.

After the appointment, I observed the doctor pacing the hallway making sarcastic comments before storming into the next patient’s room. The entire experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I paid a copay for an appointment where nothing was accomplished. Patients deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and have their questions answered.

We had such a great experience at UMC Quick Care – Peccole Ranch!

I brought my husband in with a dislocated shoulder and he was in a lot of pain, sweating and really uncomfortable. I checked in at the touchscreen and within about 15 minutes they already took him to the back.

While I was finishing paperwork, Shae at the front desk was so friendly and attentive—she really helped calm things down. Then she brought me back to the room where my husband was already talking with Dr. Hansen.

Dr. Hansen was awesome—he explained everything clearly and walked us through all the options so we could decide what to do. After that, Melisa took him for X-rays and everything just kept moving smoothly.

Big thanks to Nurse Edric and Dr. Hansen who got his shoulder back in place right away, and to Virginia and Medel for taking such good care of him during the process.

Everyone was kind, efficient, and really on top of things. What started as a stressful situation ended up being such a smooth and positive experience.

I’m beyond happy with the care we received and would definitely recommend this place!

They do not check spot Hemoglobin levels even when you tell them you’re anemic and experiencing dizziness. When I asked about it, the doctor told me the machines they have to check Hb levels are not working as expected. What’s the point of the urgent care then?

I cannot praise this staff enough. Denise checked me in and was so friendly and nice. Judi did my vitals and very very nice and efficient. The X-ray girl (sorry I didn't get name) was again very nice and the doctor was so nice polite knowledgeable listen to me and was empathetic. The male who brought me my check out paper work was so nice and friendly. This place truly amazed me. What a great visit to an urgent care facility . Outstanding.

I went here with an injury and was seen promptly and kindly and professionally. The receptionist Lisa was kind and listened to me and eased our concerns. Dr. Hansen was also kind and professional, as was the x ray tech. We came in, were seen by the nurse, the doctor twice, and got an X-ray, all in about an hour and a half. We were very satisfied with our experience. Also, this place takes workman's comp if you are having a work medical issue.

came here last night wait wasn't bad, front desk was nice. I just would like to know why there are no gloves in the rooms and the dr when walking in didn't wash or use sanitizer before putting a stick down my throat. If he would've talked to me and listened to my concerns and patient history instead of laughing at me. I have a history of tonsil infections but i've never had strep in my life. Dr runs a strep and says nothing it wrong with me. Told me to come back in a week to the same place if it didn't clear up. Not everyone has the $$$ to go somewhere twice when they don't want to do their job and take the extra couple minutes to do a damn throat culture. Ended up going to a different clinic after i left which that dr listened to my concerns and patient history gave me antibiotics and ran a throat culture. Looks like the Dr working at UMC last night just wanted a quick pay without doing the work and i'm still disgusted about him not wearing gloves or sanitizing.

I rushed my baby in for high fever. I was taken in by nurse Virginia she was slurring and mumbling her words. She seemed under the influence. With my newborns symptoms I was prompted to get to the hospital for better care. As I was being discharged & putting my Google maps in, nurse Virginia threatened me twice that if I didn’t go she would call CPS & that she would check in a hour if I was there. All while wasting my time in my urgent matter. I was confused as to why she said that out of the blue. She began to ask weird questions, but again I couldn’t really understand what she was saying. Not only that I later found out she put incorrect information in my chief complaint after I corrected her twice. I never had a problem & love the staff here until being taken in by her.

I’ve been using this location since the 90’s (shoutout to Dr. Hansen who was basically my primary care doctor since I saw him more than any of my other MDs). During my visit last week the staff at the desk were so helpful and friendly, and the nurses I saw were also lovely and efficient. I happened to go on a slower day (maybe the rain kept people away?) and I was in and out within 40 minutes. Not guaranteeing that everyone will have that experience every time, but the staff here operates with a sense of urgency without making you feel rushed. They even gave me info about their primary care doctors which I’ll definitely take them up on. They even had disposable masks for adults and kids with a cough, and I was happy to put one on even though I only ended up having a sinus infection. Better safe than sorry!

These people care more about how they are going to be paid by insurance than an elderly woman in dire, extreme pain. Seems "QuickCare" is only in name - go to the ER if you need real medical assistance. Zero sense of urgency here.

Update: Waiting for a hour for someone to do something, went and found the nurses gossiping and chatting instead of doing what they should be doing.

I see other reviews about this same gross incompetence in the past, acknowledged by the people allegedly running this place, and clearly nothing has been done to rectify this continued habitual practice.

Rude. Incompetent. Inconsiderate.

Absolutely, outstanding comprehensive, compassionate and wonderful service. We were visiting from out of town. My husband had an acute medical issue and we were seen and cared for very promptly and efficiently. This clinic is a role model for accessible and outstanding medical care. If you are part of the LGBTQIA community be warned this place is NOT accepting of us. On 10/1/2024 the receptionist told my wife that her insurance is not legitimate(she is on my plan through work) because “women can’t marry women”. I am shocked and disgusted by this place. brought our son here, he hasn't been feeling well. it was last minute as well deciding to bring him in. he doesn't do well during dr appts and he has sensory issues as well. yesterday his dad went back with him and of course he was screaming and crying. Some front desk lady named Joy was making a rude comment about my son crying/being loud. So I said out loud, so she could hear, that's my son and that was a rude. She said that out loud while helping a patient, & there's other people in the waiting room. So yes, I didn't appreciate that. Unprofessional. We won't be coming back to this location because Joy wants to be rude out loud. At least wait to make comments when there's no patients around/other people.

I have been to this facility several times in the past. This particular visit, I neglected to complete the sign in procedure and wasn’t called for checkin. My fault. When I inquired as to why I hadn’t been called, I was told I hadn’t completed the sign in procedure. I was told that it wasn’t uncommon — that people miss the final step. When I gave them my name, the lady said, “oh, there you are. Our system indicates you started the sign in procedure, but didn’t complete it.”
So, they knew I had attempted to sign in, they know it’s not uncommon to not complete the sign in procedure, they know that there are people waiting who won’t be called until they, the patient, inquire as to why they haven’t been called.
So why don’t they routinely check when they see a name that attempted to sign in but didn’t complete the sign in procedure. I guess that might be considered “thinking outside the box.”
Finally, my point to this diatribe is this; if you have to complete a sign in procedure, anywhere, simply do it twice. You can’t do the second one if you complete the first. The reason this is so lengthy is because I had lots of waiting time.

Hello… I’m writing this review for James G who was in the UMC urgent care on 4/2/24. Dr. Yeung, Veronica, Kasper, and Priscilla all had great bedside manner and great patient care. He felt listened to and not rushed through. Also James was at urgent over the summer and the Dr and the nurse asked how things have been going since then. To remember a patient from over the summer at an urgent care where many people are seen on a daily basis he thought was amazing.

I saw Dr. Fukuda for annual check up. The doctor was okey, but the one of the receptionists, the black woman was very arrogant and bossy. I have no idea why she can act that way to patients/clients. If there is no patients, no salary, no job. Those people are just helping their self to lose their own job. Just be nice, and don’t be bossy, very easy to do. Nah, I don’t go back there.

I read many of these reviews before posting my own opinions. After twenty minutes past our appointment time for primary care. We approached the front desk and was notified that there's still one more patient before us to see the DR. So we got taken back about 35 minutes past appointment time. Jasmine the medical assistant was great. Good person, caring. Their scale for weighing patients was 34 pounds different then the one we use everyday. Her weight was never rechecked. The experience with Dr.Panner was very poor medical treatment. No bedside manner. Doesn't really care. She never checked the things doctors are supposed to do. Never listened to heart or lungs. No eye, ear, or nose check. Didn't check her feet. Wasn't concerned about the weight my sis added due to pain from her arthritis. This is the sad when a doctor she referred my sister to. She forgot that doctors name three times during the visit. Then instead of updating the referrals for the two doctors my sister sees. She decided she would make us wait until she saw at least one other patient first. So we said we were leaving. We were told that the referrals would be in the patient portal by the time we got home. They weren't. Now we see if they get them in before the weekend. ZERO stars. Would be happy if contacted about this doctor. They did manage to get the information into the patient portal. One last thing and because we don't drive. We tried setting up this appointment as a video visit to save some money. They offer this service but had an excuse why they couldn't schedule it that way.

Just got back from UMC Quick Care - Peccole Ranch. I had been in there Friday morning, but walked out due to the waiting room being entirely full. Tried again today, Sunday, and there were only two other patients waiting! SCORE!!!

Everyone working there was super friendly and professional; starting with Denise at check-in, nurse Priscilla and lastly Dr. Yeung. I was prescribed antibiotics for an inflamed/infected uvula that started after being under anesthesia and lidocaine to ease the pain/discomfort. If this clears it all up, I am extremely satisfied with this team and facility.

I was OK with his not being willing to prescribe a long acting benzodiazepine and left shaking and emotionally troubled.
I just went through his notes and now pissed. He said I reported a bottle of wine a DAY AND IT WAS A BOTTLE OF HARD LIQUOR A DAY.
No wonder I was at high risk for Delirium Tremons and he thought I was just a $4 a day wino. I am a $7 a day alky. I detoxed myself over the next 75 hours by drinking small amounts when very shaky and confused. No withdrawal and no ETOH for 48 hours.
Ron you could be a great healer but you sent me home to possibly have a seizure and its sequelae by policy you agree with by working under the standards for the pay.
Your nurse asked what liquor I drank, and I said all types. She tried to clarify for the record and said, "vodka, jin,..I answered all "40% ETOH or better." She should have understood that but didn't. The real problem is, if Ron knew it was hard liqor and not wine, he still would have sent me home to possibly perish.
Ron, step up to the medical community and stop concentrating of bandaids for cuts and a paycheck. Love Dr. Hanson.
Thank you for the extended beside service, I mean that.
UMC sucks by policy and I was overdosed x4 narcotics after they explained I could NOT have 2 together? MOD please respond to that claim. MAY 8, 2023, BETWEEN 0947 AND 1002.

Facility offers less than a regular doctor's office as far as capabilities. They have no ability to do bloodwork or ultrasounds.

Was prescribed medications that are OTC. They lack skilled staff and diagnostic equipment to treat urgent matters even though they call themselves urgent care.

Save the cost of your visit and just go to the ER.

***update***
Improper diagnosis from facility after going to ER. Could have been significant health impacts including death according to ER doc.

5 stars for the reception folk up there that were friendly, talkative with us, and very sweet ( a blond women with a little pink in her hair, and then a women with dark short hair - we appreciate you guys ).
1> stars for the doctor that GRABBED my fiancés boil that we came in to get looked at because he PASSED OUT from the pain of it, I had to physically pull the doctors hand away from my fiancé as he screamed for him to stop. I understand needing to “access” the problem and check the boil out, but NO ONE that’s ever checked on it has ever just reached pinched it and not cared that the patient was SCREAMING in pain for them to stop. I find it very frustrating and unsettling that a doctor would come into the room knowing a patient passed out due to pain and they would purposely squeeze and pinch the infected area and not stop when asked to. Then the male nurse I told about the incident told me “he’s the doctor he’s supposed to access it” and yes he is supposed to access it, but not one doctor has every accessed the boil that way and we’ve never had to physically remove their hands from my fiancé. Therefore, I am very aggravated with this interaction. I’m thankful he was given antibiotics and pain medication, but this is the second time we’ve come to this urgent care for this matter and this is the first time we’ve had to deal with this. I’m not sure what doctor was there 5 years ago during our first visit but y’all should get him back. He was MUCH gentler.

Doctors name was - Dr. Meneleo Jaojoco, MD.

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful staff, incompetent doctors, and all they care about is getting your money. Waste of time. They gave me allergy medicine when I have sores on my tonsils. I call to ask why and not a single person could answer any of my questions. I then ask if I can speak to someone who would know and she just says no. Doesn’t explain herself or anything. Dr. Hansen and his urgent care staff really need to step it up.

I came in feeling awful with symptoms of strep throat. The two ladies doing the registration, Lisa helped me, were so great! Helpful, friendly, attentive, and just great humans! They treated everyone with the same amount of care--from the mom with a kid puking in a bucket to the older lady buckled over in pain.

The medical team was also very friendly, thorough, and attentive. Got me the care I needed and got me quickly on the road to recovery!

If the need arises, the UMC Peccole Branch will be my first stop!

Thank you all!!

UMC deserves 0 stars!!
Kristine Plummer is the most unprofessional nurse I've ever met.
Failed to diagnose me after seeing her..
My condition worsened immensly throughout that waiting period.
I'm going to be contacting a lawyer regarding this entire situation.
Since Nurse Plummer doesn't want to contact me after 5+ DAYS of waiting for a phone call from her.
She's also a LIAR who doesn't care about her patients. All she cares about is the almighty dollar !
I've never come in contact with someone who is in the medical field that truly could care less whether or not you are in serious need of help.
She will make sure to have you tested for medical issues that you don't even have in order to make more money off of you.
Nurse Plummer doesn't abide by the nurse code of ethics whatsoever.
Nurse Plummer doesn't have any business working in the medical field at all.
Please take every negative review you read to heart.
Avoid this place & Nurse Plummer like the plague.
No one at UMC is there to help you. Just to take your money & dissappear under the guise of always being with a "patient."

This is the best doctor's office experience I have ever had. I see Dr. Panaar for my primary care, and I frequent the quickcare area for day-of issues. I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes to be seen after walking in, and they have great wi-fi so I usually just work while waiting. Pharmacy was on “back order” for the cough medicine I had already waited 5 hours for them to fill, so I had to call umc again the front desk lady was very rude about it saying she’ll take a message had to call back another 2 hours later she took another message and the charge nurse told me to an OTC medicine I told them I already took and didn’t work and basically told me oh well! Both front desk lady and charge nurse were rude and didn’t care one bit!!!!

Please don’t go to any urgent care if you are seriously hurt or fell. First I was in level ten pain and told the nurse at checkin. After an hour of waiting I had to ask for pain medicine. They finally gave me pain medicine and anti-nauseous medicine. My body was going into shock. Then the X-ray tech came to get me before my pain medication was fully in my system. I was screaming in pain while getting my X-ray. She told me to hold my leg straight and still. My leg was shaking in excruciating pain. The doctor told me I didn’t break my leg. I was told I have torn muscles. Not a broken leg. They sent me home with ibuprofen and told me to call desert orthopedic if I wasn’t better in a couple weeks. I knew something wasn’t right so I called desert orthopedics first thing and thankfully got a same day appointment. The orthopedic doctor said there was a shadow on my X-ray and was concerned I was a break. After getting more/better X-rays I was told I have several breaks in my leg and knee. I was given a brace and stronger pain medicine. The urgent care doctor called me two days later to apologize saying the radiology report showed a break! He even said if I went to the ER I would have been told the same thing! Urgent care should only be for colds and flus. The hardest lesson I’ve ever learned!

Such a fan!! From beginning to end!! My tooth cracked and my face ended up swelling up. I was in so much pain and didn’t have my insurance card. My dad called I believe it was Lisa was so kind and asked what insures I had. Then she told us to have my ID and she’d help us when we got there. Sure enough Lisa and I want to say Priscilla? (Sorry if I mixed everyone up!!) They we’re dreams!! So kind!! So calm!! And so attentive to not just me, but everyone there!! When I went into the back I believe it was Kasper who helped me with my blood pressure and weight. So kind and worked so fast!! They got me into the back and only a few minutes passed and another nurse came in to give me the HIV test I requested and she was all smiles. I want to say Veronica was the nurse. She helped me feel so at ease because was explaining everything she was doing. I was even given a packet with information and condoms!! Austin Golding was the PA that saw me and he came in shortly after I was finished with my test. He explained to me what they could do for me, how I should go about taking care of my tooth and the antibiotics I’d be picking up and taking. They sent the prescription straight to the Walmart pharmacy near my house. When I left I felt super at ease and went straight to Walmart after. If and when another emergency happens, definitely going to that UMC quick care again!!

Updating my old review. Last week I gave this place 2 stars because "doctor" Hansen was rude and inconsiderate with terrible patient handling. But today we took our 2-year-old child to a real doctor, and found out that doctor Hansen also has misdiagnosed our child. After 2-hour wait in the waiting room, $50 co-pay and his rude conversation, because of him, we gave our child antibiotics she didn't need for 4 days. (Pharmacy bill was also $27 with insurance). Of course, the situation with our 2-year-old didn't get any better. So, now I am giving 1 star to the place. I will never bring my children here ever again.

Terrible doctor (I think Dr. Hansen). If parents bring their 2-year-old to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and see a doctor, it means they are concerned. When they ask you "how you can tell it's not something worse" (no matter how ridiculous it is to you), you could do better than "because it's different. I went to school, and I know" and walk away from the patient. It would be nice as a parent to get a short explanation, so we know what to look for the next time or sleep better in general. We were not making a statement, or questioning the doctor, only asked how "different" it is exactly. Doctor literally waived at me with rude gesture and walked away. That's all we got after a 2 hour wait and $50 co=pay.

I am terribly ill with brain fog and a fever over 103. It's required I get a Covid test so I call ahead of time since it's my first time visiting this location and I wanted to make sure to follow any procedures and ask some questions.

The lady who answered was incredibly rude and short with me. I hung up and decided to go somewhere else where I'll be treated like a human being. The last thing I need when I'm dealing with a brutal fever is attitude. I saw the reviews on here and that should have been the first warning sign, but I like to give places a chance and judge for myself. It's clear the reviews aren't a mistake.

I am understanding of busy days at an urgent care, but what I will not abide by is the lack of communication and service at this facility. This afternoon, I brought my boyfriend’s 5-year-old son to this quick care because his ear was hurting so badly that he was crying hysterically on and off due to the pain. We arrived at 2:30, coming out of a car in which the A/C went out while we were driving, so it was hot. He showed a fever (which subsided after he was in the air conditioning for a few minutes). The front desk was very short and matter of fact; knowing I am not a legal guardian, I was well-aware of the extra measured that would need to be taken in order for them to proceed with treating my boyfriend’s son. Regardless, the staff was incredibly condescending when I was open about the situation and accommodating to all of the circumstances (I provided insurance info, verification info for both his mother and father, and always spoke to them with respect). We were placed in an exam room separate from the lobby due to the “fever,” which I understand regarding COVID precautions and the safety of others. However, we were in that room for over an hour before someone from front desk staff even called me to go over registration info all the while other patients were walking in and getting checked in no-problem. I would like to mention the woman Denise who works at this facility, as she was absolutely stellar in her etiquette and her professionalism. Thank you, Denise, for being the one individual who didn’t make our visit to the office uncomfortable. Moving on, the nurse Priscilla did not visit us until around 4:30, during which she took my boyfriend’s son’s vitals and whatnot. When she entered the room, she was incredibly condescending in her communication with me, in which I had to repeat the entire situation to regarding who I am in relation to her patient. She was completely unprofessional when she spoke to me, reminding me of the fact that I was in no legal right to bring my boyfriend’s son to receive medical care (again, I understand the legal circumstances, but I am not going to let this poor baby suffer for hours in pain; he needed help). I was incredibly displeased with how she was prying for information that was not necessary, including my age (I am an ADULT) and my relationship with my boyfriend and his son. It felt like I would have received more respect if I just said I was the babysitter. We left a little after 5:30, totaling 3 hours we had been there without anyone communicating to me what was going on regarding wait times and such. I understand individual patients having varying needs, but knowing how long this poor little one was going have to spend being in pain, antsy, and bored out of his mind in an exam room would have been helpful. Both his mother and his father were displeased when they heard how the entire scenario unfolded. Horrible experience.

Please avoid this place for any reason. This is serious friendly advice.
Not only you will save your money and time but you will not get misdiagnosed like they did with us 3 times.
3 times they misdiagnosed my wife and child. 3 times!!!
3 times they sent them to Summerlin ER because of "serious condition" which later proved false and totally different from what they said.
3 times we had to pay unnecessary ER fees that cost my family thousands of dolars because people at this Urgent care were not able to get a proper / wrong diagnosis.
Even people working at Summerlin Hospital told us this is not first time they hear bad stories about this place.
How you can misdiagnose obvious flu symptoms for appendix? How you can misdiagnose pinched nerve for kidney stones?
Ok, everyone can make mistake (but not 3 times) but why telling us to go right away to ER when this could be dealt by regular family doctor or specialist and cost us thousands of $ less?
We are thinking about getting lawyer and our ins already flaged this location.
And the best I left for the end !
I called them day after our last visit and asked for the manager.
Manager said " We don't have ability to check if child/adult has cold/flu. At our location we can not do that test! "

My friend and I went here to be taken care of. While I was being helped by this sweet nurse. I can hear my friend being help by a snooty nurse. My friend, unlike myself, didnt have insurance and was told to put down a deposit which she couldnt affford. Okay fine, that sucks. Sje cant afford it. BUT THEN... My nurse kind of got annoyed with the nurse helping me friend. Asking why she didnt tell her about the options she has a right to, for people of low income. After stammering over her words. That lazy nurse said she could call my friend back up to the counter to inform her. My nurse shool jer head at the situation and told the lazy nurse to pray non of that mess came back to bite her.
At this point, we've been there for nearly four hours. I finally able to be seen. I had tightness in my chest and sharp pains when breathing. The doctor told me i must have a cold, which is causing my shortness of breath? But didnt explain what could be causing the pain? So i asked him about the pain and he said its because I'm over weight. Okay, fine, I am. BUUUUT, I had many cold this past year when I was a lot heavier and I was pregnant at the time. I knew i didnt have a cold and I knew it wasnt because of my weight. So i left there, after four and a half hours with no answers amd a fuxken list of OTC cough meds to take.

I WENT SOME WHERE ELSE AND TURNS OUT MY SYMPTOMS WERE BC IM ANEMIC.

If you want to feel left unheard and hopeless. By all means. Go hear. This happened yesterday. 7/23.

The doctor I saw was rude and didn’t want to listen to understand the problem I was having. She basically said they couldn’t help me and I needed to see my PCP. I have no idea why I even wasted my time.

Billed me $300 to tell me I had a sore throat. Their accounting department is impossible to reach so I cant reconcile this bill.

I learned a great deal about our current process of insurance too !

Turned what was a unpleasant evening into a positive experience. Called ahead with my 2 yr old screaming in the back ground with an unknown arm injury. Came in and prepared to wait patiently as there was a busy waiting room full of patients. The staff heard my daughter’s sniffling about her “hurt” and rushed us to the front of the line and back to see a doctor. The nurses, PA, radiologists and doctors did everything in their power to help both my hurt 2 yr old, and impatient 6yr old get through the ordeal. Luckily some quick treatment alleviated the pain, and my daughter was back to laughing and smiling in our way out the door. Thank you to everyone who stayed after hours to help us.

Don’t be fooled by the title of this facility. It is certainty not “quick” as it says. I am not a resident of Las Vegas but I needed medical advice for a bronchitis issue I’ve been dealing with for some time. When I walked in, I felt like I was in the movie Beetlejuice where you take a number. The waiting room was packed (this was at 9:30 am on a weekday). I was told to write my name on a sticker and sit down. People came in with appointments and the room kept getting more crowded. I finally asked the front desk if I missed my name being called after waiting 45 minutes. They didn’t even get to me yet she said. What? This was just for checking in! I got up and left. That was just BS.

Receptionist staff very personable, empathetic and friendly. However nurses and doctors not so much. Waiting to be seen is expected but showing comfort and checking up on patients while they wait is preferred. After seeing the doctor i also had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be xrayed. Patients that arrived after me to be seen were xrayed before me and discharged. The doctor gave me my results poorly and told me a nurse would be in shortly to get me out because i had waited long enough. No i waited another 30 minutes!! Just for a splint!! I had to go in the hall stop a nurse to get a splint. The doctor told the nurse the Wrong information. No surprise there. So i had to wait again. Poor service, will never revisit.

So far I have had a very good experience with this facility. Everyone at the front counter are super nice. Lisa helped me this morning even though they had computer issues the night before. The nurses are extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was funny and put my mind at ease. I will continue to come here if there is an emergency, thank you to everyone who works here!
