The office has a comfortable waiting area with water. The staff was professional and friendly. The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable and they do most procedures in-house that other dental offices send you out for like root canals and implants! I have found a permanent dentist

I just love my dentist Dr. Barraza as well as her staff. Upon walking in, I was greeted with the biggest smile. Quick check in process, since I was a previous patient. I was taken directly back with little to no wait. The Hygienist was so gentle, sweet, proficient, and was just automatically singing to the music being played in the office which was very calming. By the way, I love whatever station that it playing, great music. I don't even think she knew she was signing lowly, she can sing to me anytime! Dr. Barraza was proficient, polite, and truly the best dentist I have had in my life... Literally! Plus she has a beautiful smile. It really helps that every staff member had beautiful teeth, as I looked...smh! Plus, she told me my teeth and gums are healthy.. no but really, such great customer service, great service, beautiful smiles, professional, consistent, and precise. I'm not even nervous for my next appointment!

It's a great experience every time I come here. I left a previous dental office due to the dwindling customer service and environment. But, ever since I became a client of VSS, my dental experience has been easier.
Every visit, I am greeted with a smile, and I get to know the staff on a personal level more and more. I finally found a dental place that gets me. I love going here. Dr. Barraza is awesome. She is quick and gets straight to it. Her staff is so helpful and just always there to answer any questions I may have. Wow!!! I have never had a black female dentist in Las Vegas and I was so happy to find her. She's phenomenal, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, smelled good. The office was clean, and I was greeted by the best front desk person ever. The lady that took my x-rays was so sweet, and respectful. I literally was shocked by the whole experience. Being in Las Vegas I've only found one dentist I liked until I came here. I'm really thankful, and grateful to be a patient Valley Smiles! 😀

My wife and I will not even think of being dental patients at any other office especially since my wife used to have a deep fear of the dentist. I’ve been coming to this location since 2014. I used to really enjoy coming here because the staff were warm, caring, kind, and professional.
It was sold and has gone downhill. After my previous cleaning, I still had calculus on my teeth.
I was also told I needed five cavities filled. On my visit today, I was told I didn’t need any cavities filled and even if I had, they hadn’t scheduled me for it.
Either way, it’s bad enough that they have staff can identify a cavity is or isn’t as that’s one of their primary responsibilities. I won’t know till my next dental appointment somewhere else whether I actually have cavities.
When I told them about my feedback from my last cleaning they told me I could just go somewhere else when I said wasn’t sure what to believe. I will take them up on that.
I don’t recommend patronizing this place. It’s clear there’s a lack of professionalism and consistency as well as a lack of customer service.

Wonderful dentist office. I’m usually terrified when a dentist starts poking around in my mouth. The dentist and tech put me at ease and the gal doing the billing went above and beyond to make sure everything was billed correctly. It was a 5 star experience for sure! Really glad I found them!

This is by far one of the best dentist that me and my family have ever been too. The customer service is unmatched. They are super friendly and every visit I have NO PAIN at all. My 12 years old daughter had a phobia of dentist but after coming here she hasn’t had a problem coming back time after time. My dentist is so cool 😎 I won’t be going anywhere ever, they are stuck with me lol

I was there this past week, as a new patient! I’ve been afraid of dentist since I was little, but Dr. Sangroy changed everything he is such a great doctor!! He took his time with me and I love that, the girls in the front are super nice they helped me out and worked me into their schedule, not only that but they understand you and they will work with you and your insurance and fees! I highly recommend this place you won’t regret it trust me!!!

We go there again and again. The support staff is great - kind and easy to deal with. They send reminders and have worked with us when we couldn't keep appointments due to illness or emergencies. They take our insurance and even work with us when one of us has maxed out our benefits for the year.
Not to mention the dentist is thorough and timely, kind and also direct.
The practice just switched owners this summer, but the practice itself is well-established.
I recommend you give them a try.
