Recently I experienced my back going out for the first time. Yes it was unpleasant but with help I was able to get on my feet. As soon as was I able I got an appointment with Dr. Snell at Vegas Family Chiropractic. She gently and carefully made the adjustments I needed to get back to normal and eliminate any residual pain I was experiencing. Absolutely typical of my experience with her - if I bring a problem, she fixes it. I only wish I could bring all my medical issues to her. Her success rate is way better than the general medicine doctors.

My insurance changed and I had to find a new chiropractor to go to. I never believed in chiropractors after watching a few online, until I went to see Dr. Adrienne. I went here as a new patient and had a great first experience. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting and the office itself is nicely kept and clean. I've struggled with back and neck pain for years and have consistently seen a chiropractor but it had been awhile. I saw Dr. Gina who explained everything she was going to do and I ended up getting some soft tissue work with an adjustment. My soft tissue work is never an easy task as my neck and shoulder blades are usually locked up with a mess of knots and lack of mobility. Comparing to multiple chiropractors over my years of treatment, Dr. Gina gets five stars.

I’ve been using this place for over a month now after my previous chiropractor stopped taking my insurance. Awesome people! Genuinely feels like visiting with friends at every appointment. They listen. I haven’t experienced a single issue in visiting over the past 6 weeks, and I have been seeing chiropractors for more than forty years - I know what to look for. Adjustments are comfortable and effective, therapies focus on relieving pain and discomfort. The massage therapist is outstanding. Genuinely have been moving better and have been wincing less.

I have been going to Vegas Family Chiropractic since they were at their old location. I enjoy coming here, everyone is always so pleasant. I initially started seeing Dr. Adrienne for my chronic headaches and it has improved tremendously. My husband, daughter and myself have all gone here. The staff is always so kind and attentive and Dr. Adrian really listens and creates a treatment plan for your specific needs and goals. Not a standard pop and go place! It's always clean, and they offer dry needling now which has been extremely beneficial. Everyone from Dr.Adrian to the dry needling specialist to the message people communicate and stay on the same page to give you the best treatment possible. My wife and I have both been coming here for quite some time now, and we have an excellent experience every time! Each visit has been helpful for me, and talking with Dr Adrienne and her staff always has me leaving with a smile on my face!

They even have books and toys in each room for kids in case you need to bring them with you, which is a genius idea, and my son loves coming along.

If you’re on the fence or can’t decide on a chiropractor, I strongly recommend Vegas Family Chiropractic. Dr Adrienne is professional AND funny. Which means she’ll crack you up in more ways than one! 😂

Cannot say enough about how amazing Dr. Adrienne and her staff are! I have been to orthopedic doctors, physical therapist, and other chiropractors for years due to my back pain. It wasn't getting any better and a family member recommended Dr. Adrienne.

It was the best decision! Even after just 2 visits, my back is already improving so much. The pain has gotten less and less intense and I'm sure with a few more visits it will be so much better.

I was really impressed with my first visit. Dr. Adrienne took so much time talking through my medical history and making sure I was comfortable with my treatment options. It's hard to feel taken care of by a doctor sometimes, but she makes everyone feel comfortable! Thank you Dr. Adrienne!

Great place, takes my insurance. Staff is polite, professional, considerate and a joy to return to whenever my wife and I need an adjustment and some great conversations. Definitely recommend them if you live near the Skye Canyon area with a clean inviting atmosphere. Found our permanent spot in Las Vegas.

Front staff Shannon was completely rude, she acted as if she didn't even care what I said. I was basically talking to myself. They are one office that I have been to where they won't even try to work with you. The front desk girl Gabby was there when we first arrived, and she honestly was just doing what she was told and tried to at least see what she could do until Shannon walked up.

The story behind this review, which I wish I could give a zero star for, is that my husband sees Dr. Adrienne and he's had great experiences with her anytime he goes. So, with my 15 year old weightlifting, Dr. Adrienne said that we should get him adjusted as well. We scheduled the appointment over a month ago and gave the information for my son while we were in the office. Needless to say, my son (yes, he is partly to blame) didn't realize that this was an actual text from a doctor's office because he receives a lot of spam calls and text messages from random dental or medical offices.When we arrived today, I was greeted by Gabby that informed me that since they did not get the paperwork in advance, they could not see my son. I tried everything, and asked to please work with me. I am willing to fill out the one treatment paper prior to any other paperwork so that Dr. Adrienne could have that to see him. I also said that my husband has all of his information on file for insurance if that is the issue, so we can pay the proper copay. ABSOLUTELY. NOTHING. Shannon just stared at me and just kept saying, you can reschedule the appointment.

Absolutely horrible service and no regard for the profession that she is working in. In the medical field you will work with people that are in pain and need help, whether that is physical, emotional or otherwise. Have some damn compassion. This is the front office staff, Shannon, that you have working for you. The front office is any company's most valuable resource. I'm sorry, Dr. Adrienne, Shannon should not be your front line if you want to continue to keep patients.

Very, very sad and disappointed with this behavior and place. I left a message for Marcia, who is their office manager to at least try and rectify this situation and hopefully give hope to future families. Let's see when I hear back from her, since she does not have set scheduled hours and mostly works remotely, from what I was told.

The skill and expertise here is top notch; however, being a family location there is not a lot of understanding for unforeseen circumstances that arise with having a family. I drive 40 min each way to see this office because it came highly recommended. I had an appointment that worked for my schedule that was cancelled the day of due to illness in the office (understandable) and so I had to pick a day/time that did not work as well in order to get in before the holidays. I arrived 6 minutes late and was told I would have to reschedule for the afternoon. I know it is not their fault I was late, it was the first time I was late (I missed an appointment before due to a COVID positive family member the night before but I had no problem paying that fee) - I have waited over 6 minutes past my appointment time to start previously and would have been willing to wait 15-20 minutes in the waiting room (but not 3 hours). I was understanding when I had to accommodate them at the last minute. When I schedule an appointment I also have to schedule time off due to the 1.5 hour round trip travel, which I can’t undo when they cancel and yet I understood life happens… apparently consideration is only provided when life happens to doctors. Disappointing, but helped me realize I needed to find a different provider closer to where I live to avoid another missed appointment payment in the future and 1.5 hour trip with no health benefit. If you are close to the office this will be a good place for you to go, I will miss it but feeling like family and understanding unforeseen circumstances, especially given the unpredictable traffic in Vegas, at a place I spend my money is just as important as the adjustment itself.

Appointment time was 1220. Sign on door reads "please do not be MORE THAN 5 minutes early and NO MORE THAN 5 minutes late". I came in at 1225 on the dot and the rude receptionist said "you're 5 minutes late, we're going to have to reschedule you". I poi tes out what the posted sign read. She never looked up from her computed once, shrugged her shoulders then said "sorry, you have to reschedule". Another female employee walked up and said "due to covid, you have to reschedule". Whaaaaa?? Which is it? Very disappointed in the lack of care for their patients and lack of enforcing the policy they set, then when I point out that I'm within their policy guidelines, they move to a different excuse - covid. Not sure what covid has to do with them not being able to see me, but that's what they said! (Only 1 person sitting I, thr waiting room and more than enough space for me to be six feet away from that patient AND receptionist. Thanks, Vegas Family Chiropractic, for sending me away in pain 👍

This place has such an incredible atmosphere of friendliness and professionalism. All the employees seem to be happy at work and have been very welcoming. I can imagine that when you work with people who are coming into your office mostly because they are in pain or discomfort, it would be easy to be grumpy or let it get you down, but everyone has been great every time I go in there. Dr. Snell has really helped with my lower back problems. She includes me in what she’s doing so there are no surprise and I understand what the plan is for my treatment. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Everyone knows it’s hard to find a good doctor, dentist, etc. Dr. Snell and her staff?? Great is hardly the word! She is passionate about her work; she explains everything she is doing. I went in with a handful of things wrong and one by one they went away. My tendinitis was gone in a few days, got rid of my migraine, and the pain in my ankle isn’t there after a couple sessions. I know she can’t cure it all but what she’s been doing so far has got me sold and addicted. Her massage therapist is also very knowledgeable and best done right before your see Dr. Snell.
Highly recommended! I drive almost 30 minutes just for readjustments. What they do for you there’s no price on how far you have to drive!

I wish there were more than 5 stars! I had a car accident the first week of June. When i first saw Dr. Adrienne, my headache was debilitating, I couldn't turn my neck and my shoulders were killing me. I have been seeing Dr. Adrienne for a month now, and my headaches are gone and my neck and shoulders are no longer tense and I am pain free! Dr. Adrienne is amazing! Not only is she a medical miracle worker, she is so kind and bubbly, and she takes as much time as you need, she doesn't rush you in and out. Also, her staff is phenomenal! They remember your name, I never felt like just a patient, more like a friend! Even though I've been released medically, I will be back to see Dr. Adrienne! It's been a really long time since I have felt this good!!!!! Thank you Dr. Adrienne and Staff!!!!

Dr. Snell is amazing! I felt like she and her staff really listened to me and evaluated the problems I was having before explaining in detail the care they provide.

I would especially recommend her to pregnant ladies as she is very knowledgeable about adjustments during pregnancy and has the appropriate supplies for safe adjustments! Other chiropractors I’ve seen while pregnant didn’t seem to know how to help pregnant patients.

I came in initially with debilitating pain and saw amazing improvement even after my first visit. I also appreciate how modern their office is - they use iPads for everything and you can make appointments online.
