Honestly I don’t go to the doctor much, but my visit with Dr. Robine and Nurse Joy really changed how I think about it. From the second I walked in, the front desk made things easy super friendly, offered me water, and helped me get checked in fast. The place was clean and comfortable (bathrooms and water station in the lobby).

Nurse Joy was great, very easy to talk to and made the blood draw quick and painless. Dr. Robine was awesome. She actually listened, made me feel comfortable, and shared a bit of her own experience in a way that made things feel real and relatable.

Overall, it didn’t feel like the typical doctor visit. I left feeling taken care of and not overwhelmed. Big thanks to the whole team.

What a great first experience being a NP of Dr. Robine! She listened, she understood, she took her time with me and made sure that I understood everything she said so I would feel more comfortable with the care that she was providing. The front desk staff was extremely kind and acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door with smiles on and ready to assist. The nurses/MA’s were kind as well and took time to listen to me and made sure that all of my info that I was giving them was accurate for the provider to go over. All in all it was a great experience and I would surely recommend Dr. Robine and her clinic to anyone I come across. Thank you all for such great support! Much appreciated!

My daughter helped me pick Dr Robines office and I m so glad she did because
It was the single best Dr visit of my life. The receptionists were very friendly and caring when I first walked in, Tanasha the triage nurse as well. Once I met with the Dr, I could see that the staff reflected her calm and caring demeanor. This was all so helpful as I tend to get really nervous and stressed out when going to the doctor.

Dr. Robine had my previous medical records of what was done to me with my other doctor, I was not able to see anymore? Appointments with him, took forever and I was not happy with that situation. She will be my Primary Care Physician for now on.

My first experience at the Intermountain was amazing! From the beginning to the end everyone was very friendly and happy.

Something went awry from my appointment yesterday. I was told I would not need a colonoscopy, because I had one last year through colo guard. But they the lab contacted me anyway to send a kit. I find that we seem to be getting our wires crossed with this particular office after I leave the appointment. They seem
very interested and professional while i'm actually there in the building. I really do think that there is a communication thing between staff and doctor after the appointment ends. Confusing. My husband is also a patient. I had to cancel his appointment due to his work schedule. I did this. Yet they have sent messages thanking for confirming the appointment. Just weird.
