I had a great experience at this vision and glasses store. The staff was friendly, patient, and really took their time to help me find the right frames. The eye exam felt quick but thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this store. The service was excellent, the staff were professional and patient, and recommended suitable frames based on my face shape and needs. The optometrist also gave me a detailed vision check.
The lenses were also excellent quality; they were clear and comfortable, with no discomfort. I'll definitely come back for glasses next time!

Always a great experience! My family and I have been coming here since I was 11 (I'm 25 now) and I've never had a bad time. The front desk is always so helpful with navigating through insurances and making sure we're getting our money's worth and saving as much as possible. They're very patient with me taking time to really select the glasses I want. Dr. Diep is awesome and very charismatic. I don't envision going to another optometrist. 5/5 Stars βοΈ

Me and my family are customers for 10 + years everything was fine till my last reading glasses the lenses fall off by themselves so I took them to this office and the girl says this lenses are too thin it will cost me 85.00 to get a thicker lenses I don't understand why they're not backing up their finished products and I don't think is fair that I have to pay for a mistake they made .

Very bad service, they charge you even if you have insurance, they promise to repair it in one year, but when your nose pads break, they charge you $10 and explain that the nose pads are not within the scope of repair. However, this service is free in other optical shops and we will never go to this optical shop again!

While on vacation, my grandson's eyes became red and showed signs of infection. He was experiencing discomfort. I called doctor Diep's office and they were able to give me a same day appointment. The front staff was phenomenal, friendly, and extremely helpful. Doctor Deip Was very thorough. He spoke to my grandson and made him feel very comfortable. He examined him and was able to provide information and treatment. He even provided us sample eyedrops (saved me a trip to the pharmacy) to finish off our vacation here in Las Vegas from California. Thank you to Dr Diep and staff from my Grandson Danny.

Please do not spend your money/ insurance here. I have lived near this place my whole life . And since I first started using glasses which was the age of 8, I have gone here. My vision progressively got worse and even though that is normal among people with vision problems. It wasnβt until I went to vision works one year and their glasses and eye prescription really held up and was great. I came here in a rush because it was close by , and has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life . I shouldβve been patient and gone to vision works again. I recently came in to get an eye exam at Vision 3 and glasses in april of 2023, first they gave me the wrong size of glasses and they constantly fell off my face. Along with the lady being super rude and passive aggressive and she works at another location of theirs. They fixed it although the sales lady kept being very passive aggressive and unprofessional. She also dented part of the nose pad wire but i was too fed up and done to even complain and left. BUT then , a few months go by and Iβm having problems with my vision .They gave me the wrong prescription. They refuse to return my insurance benefits and will NOT accept a return . I constantly struggle seeing while working , while Iβm at school AND DRIVING. I made this clear to them and they still said that in the receipt the signature you provide states no returns. Please do not waste your time here. Oh , and in the receipt it stated they charged my insurance twice for an eye exam. Scammers at its finest.
