Worst place ever. Do not recomend. I waited for 2 and a half months for my contacts every time i called they said they werent in. Then when i finally got ahold of someone he said theyd call me. Yhen next fay a lady called and I was polite (I understand things get mixed up or happen) but she didnt even say hello. After she confirmed it was me she said just so you know your contacts have Beeeen ready. Like excuse me i got no call no text no voice mail. I just said thank you. I come in just now and shes on lunch but i know its the same person because she has an attitude with the guy before me. Then with me. She even rolled her eyes. I will not be going back here. This is my first time needing glasses all the time. My daughter is a lifetime wearer of glasses and brought me here. She said this is the BEST place with all the RIGHT people to take care of you. Here everyone is professional while also being kind, friendly, and welcoming. I wasn't rushed and got to take my time looking. Once I was happy, the process was easy. It was easy to understand everything. What could have been stressful and daunting, was in reality relieving and enjoyable. They want you to be happy with your vision. Highly recommend.

I came in for an eye exam and was repeatedly told from an older Indian lady
to purchase retinal imaging that it was mandatory While I understand this service can be beneficial, I was aware that it is optional and declined multiple times. Despite this, the staff member continued to insist, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured.

I would also like to note that the rest of the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. However, this particular interaction negatively impacted my overall experience.

I stopped by Visionworks because I needed new screws for my Chrome Heart glasses. I assumed they would need some kind of special screw, but thankfully they didn’t. As soon as I walked in, Abby greeted me, she was so sweet and made the whole experience easy.

I told her what I needed and she fixed my glasses in under five minutes. Not only did she replace the missing screws on one side, but she also noticed the other side was loose and took care of that too. She cleaned the glasses thoroughly, let me try them on, and adjusted them perfectly to my liking.

The best part? It was all completely free. Thank you Abby!!

After cataract surgery, I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from VisionWorks. My doctor’s office kept on making mistakes on my prescriptions. VisionWorks had to make my 2 pairs of distance glasses TWICE, and made my computer/reading glasses THREE times! Apparently my first review back then didn't post. :( Anyways, as someone with a high index prescription (can only see clearly 1 inch in front of my face, so extremely nearsighted), I'm HEAVILY dependent on my glasses. For background, Lenscrafters... made me feel HORRIBLE as a child. Who thinks it's ok to TELL a child (7-8 years old) their vision is too bad for any promotional deals that I could easily read. Like, you could have pulled my mom aside or worded things differently. I'll never forget that crushed feeling as a kid or hearing how bad my eyes are. I'm the reason for the fine print. Yup, I heard that. AS A KID. :( So, I've had trust issues getting glasses and HATED every time I needed new glasses. So, to have Abby go above and beyond for me, is EVERYTHING. I really needed a new pair of glasses so I decided to check this place out. Everyone was so nice from the moment I walked in. The doctor there was spectacular. Scheduled eye exams for my family of 5. We were charged $25 for each eye exam (which is fine) but then charged an additional $60 dollars because one of my daughters was interested in getting contacts.
She did not actually end up getting contacts because the staff was badgering her the whole time, they were trying to teach her how to put them in.
My daughter did not end up with the contacts as she found the experience troubling.
My wife called and attempted to get the $60 dollars back and they have thus far refused stating that this was for a contact eye exam. So, I have now been apparently charged for two different exams.
The staff for fitting the glasses for the rest of us were pleasant.

I drove 15 miles to pick them up because they refuse to ship only to find out that they optometry side is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Abbey at visionworks is my vision savior! I've struggled with every optometrist I've ever been to, because I am both near sighted and far sighted. My eyes are constantly struggling to compensate so getting my prescription right is so hard. She nailed it and explained to me why it's been so hard for me and tripple checked my eyes 3 times at intervals of every 5 minutes to make good and sure it was right.

I will never use another optometrist again and I'll follow her wherever she goes. Everyone needs to go see Abbey she is the BEST!

When I came in with my daughter to see the optometrist Dr. Mai, it came to my surprised that someone could be so honest and wouldn’t take my money. Truly an amazing experience!!! I have been wearing glasses since I was 18 and had a horrible experience with almost every other places. Visionworks on Serene has made it wonderful and calmed my anxiety. Jesse and his team definitely knows the meaning of good customer service. Also you know that icky feeling you get in some places, I promise you won't get it there. I would give them 20 stars if I could. 10 out 10 would recommend them to everyone.

At VisionWorks I had an amazing experience at this location. The staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. It was a great atmosphere.
The doctor and her staff were absolutely awesome!!

Shout out to Jesse & Emil. They helped me order glasses/sunglasses. They were amazing with answering questions and very patient and friendly.

Shout out to Gabby the front desk girl for contacts. She was awesome with helping me squeeze in for an appointment and also ordering contacts and answering any questions I had.

I have been getting contacts and glasses for over 15 years and I've never had such a great experience at an eye doctors office before.

Huge kudos to the staff for their amazing customer service and all around proffesionalism.

This Visionworks Location @ Eastern-Serene Is **Highly Recommended**. Needed To Go Get Some Eyeglasses For The 1st Time In My Life... Scary Experience... Yet Jesse & Rosemary Made The Situation So Much Better Than I Ever Expected. Both Were Very Helpful With Their Opinions For My Final Decision On What Pair To Buy. Jesse Is All-Around AWESOME. Beautiful brand new location. The Visionworks management and staff are so amazing and helpful. The Doctors office was friendly, professional and efficient. Did not have to sit and wait.
