Went here when I first moved. After I waited for 30 minutes, they said they were too busy and needed to reschedule me. Then when I did show up for my rescheduled time, not only were they late again, they were with me for not even 10 minutes. The cleaning was just them picking at my teeth. No suction, no water, nothing. Haven’t been back since.

I came here about two years ago and was told I needed a root canal, which I had done here. About six months later, I started experiencing pain and came back to the office. I was told that it was “common for it to hurt” because the tooth was still healing.

Unfortunately, the pain continued and became significantly worse. This month, I developed severe pain on the entire left side of my lower mouth, along with swollen and painful lymph nodes. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and I was told that the root canal had not been properly cleaned, resulting in an infection. I now need to see a specialist to have the root canal retreated and properly cleaned out along with antibiotics.

I have been in an incredible amount of pain because of this, and it is extremely frustrating knowing that this may have been prevented with proper treatment in the first place.

Please think carefully before getting dental work done here. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you continue to experience pain after treatment.

Just had a dental check up with Dr. Chung and I’m so happy that I scheduled here! Dr. Chung is very nice, informative and gentle. Dental assistant Kathy made me feel very comfortable while taking X-rays. The staff is very two-faced by the one time reviews I see left on here. So let me paint a real picture since I've been a couple of times.

I have seen Cynthia get up and walk around her desk to shove her finger in an old woman's face about scheduling her incorrectly multiple times while yelling. Seems pretty normal for them to ask invasive personal questions that have nothing to do with your appointment and announce it to all the patients in the office.

Recently, Cynthia forgot to tell me about a copay. It wasn't until I got there that I was informed. I simply replied by saying "No, that wasn't told to me". Without any warning, she decided to angrily say "I know you have a lot going on with everything that just happened, but I told you". There was a forced smile on this woman's face the whole time (kind of like the horror movie if you saw it).

I just had a tragic incident in the family and she thought it would be cute to reply to me in such a way. She simply forgot, I know what I was told, I have texts from the office. In her insecurity, she weaponized a personal thing to get out of responsibility and attack me.

So this is a great place to go if you enjoy overpriced dentistry, being accosted for their mistakes, and being pushed to answer unrelated and personal questions.

If this doesn't sound like a place for you, literally anywhere else is better.

They do such a good job all around great staff amazing dentist! I used to be super scared of the dentist since I was young! I mean terrified I finally got sick from a oral infection from a rotten tooth and they not only took care of the pain asap they treated the infection and removed the tooth and followed up with me to see how I’m doing! I see them pretty often now getting my mouth back to a good state and it’s nice to feel comfortable with good professional people! If you need a really good dentist office look no further this is the one for you!!!!!!!! I promise you will be happy with the results!!!!

I took my son to his 1st appointment. The receptionist is super helpful and nice. Since the 1st phone call and explaining the treatment plan as well. Eventhough a rude patient walked in and didn't have any manners, the receptionist was very professional. The staff here is incredible and truly caring. I came here after going to another dental office and found out that some of the work did not actually need to be done and the doctor took the time to show me pictures and explain why. I feel that the staff is incredibly trustworthy. The office is very nice and has tv’s in every treatment area so it’s a very luxurious experience . I feel that the cost of my treatment was very reasonable as well. Overall, I highly recommend.

4.5 stars. Beautiful office, friendly staff, the person who was working at the front desk was very honest and helpful with insurance. The dentist did my filling very fast and it feels great! I just wish the cleaning procedure was a bit more detailed. The flossing procedure was done very softly and not very thorough. I didn’t speak up, but I do wish they went harder on my teeth/gums.

I found Vivid Dental on my Provider List after my daughter had a horrible, traumatizing experience with Dr Todd Milne at Children's Dental Center. The reivews were amazing and it's close to where my Family lives. BEST DECISION I've ever made!!! The Dentist and ALL Office Staff are beyond amazing. THEY'RE ALL PERFECT!! 4 of my Children, ages 10-18 and myself, have had the best experiences and each of us are dealing with different issuess. They went above and beyond for my daughter to make her feel safe and confident after she was humiliated and rejected by Dr Milne after years of seeing him. The Dentist at Vivid could clearly see how defeated Brylie felt and became the Super Hero she needed. He truly cares about his Patients. He went out of his way to ask me how she was doing after her first experience because he didn't want her to be more traumatized. To know he was truly concerned about her brought tears to my eyes. Melissa is the absolute best!!! She goes out of her way to make sure each patient recieves the care they deserve and beyond helpful with resources. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for my Family. I've been there a few times and joked with her about being part of my Family since we see each other so much. I absolutely love her! All of the Dental Assistants go above and beyond as well! They have the best personalities and make sure you're comfortable at all times. I just want to give a huge shout out to Melissa Sabha. She was such a kind, friendly face to walk into in place of anxiety when dealing with the dentist. She helped me decide the route to go that would be most beneficial for me in the long run to maintain that long lasting smile and that was best for my budget. I have very sensitive teeth and Vivid Dental does a great job understanding that. I had a deep cleaning and crown work and I didn't feel anything during the process. That has never happened before. Melissa was very welcoming and easy to work with when explaining benefits and billing. They have a really clean facility with all new equipment. The patient's comfort seems to be the first priority. Dr Chung treats everyone with respect including his staff. He educates his assistants in live time, I thought that was pretty cool. You will be treated very well here.

Dental offices are usually a scary place for me, but everyone here was so warm and welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable. After my first visit, I knew this would become my new dental home. The female dentist here explained my recommended treatment in great detail, she left me with no questions. She was very informative and I love the fact she took the time to educate me, this is very important. The manager was also great, she offered me a variety of financial options so I could choose something I was comfortable with. It’s a gorgeous office, very modern, clean and inviting. Excellent dental office! Our entire family with 2 teens visited here today for our first visit and were entirely impressed. Our teens each had one cavity, which Dr. Lim and Dr. Chung were able to fill painlessly and on the spot. The office is brand new, beautiful, and modern with a friendly team. Melissa at the front made the booking appointment easy, while the hygiene team were detail oriented and efficient, and the doctors themselves were friendly and kept me updated on the progress of our family.
