I remember my first time at this clinic. I didn't have insurance at the time and didn't want to spend a ton. The staff and Dr made it a pleasant visit. They were all so professional and kind. Fast forward to present day, Dr. Vuong is amazing and good at what she does. Her knowledge and breakdown of her findings and solutions or reccomendations made it comforting to think about. I plan on seeing her again for me and my kid's' future appointments.

I only trust Dr. Vuong with my sons prescription!! She really cares for the wellbeing of her patients. When he first started having issues from being on his phone and gaming too much she put him on a plan to help slow the progression of his declining vision and as he got older she has kept him on a path to keep his eyes healthy. Her staff are so patient and professional and it's really convenient that she is located at the Decatur Walmart vision center so we can pick up our prescriptions right away. Thank you Dr. Vuong they don't get any better then you!

I love this clinic. I always go here for my routine eye exam for 3 years now since i moved here in Vegas. Dr Vuong and staff are friendly. Although I waited a bit longer in my last appointment, I'd say my overall experience was great. The doctor is knowledgeable and professional.

First saw Dr. My Vuong in 2017, then again in 2020. She is now my go to optometrist, not straying! My prescription is not strong. I have slight astigmatism and distance and near distance is not too bad. I have tried doctors at Costco and Visionworks. Costco doc was okay for prescription but he was not personable. Visionworks doc was nice, but she couldn't get my prescription correct after 2 tries. Back to using Dr. Vuong in 2023, and noticed the office staff has greatly improved since my first visit. Dr. Vuong is personable, thorough, efficient, just awesome!

Dr. Vuong is incredible! I make every effort to see her for all my eye care needs. Her office provides exceptional service. I also find that she is very knowledgeable, with much more depth and thoroughness than other practices. Don’t delay, get your appointment scheduled! They fill up quickly!

Took my two daughters for their first eye exam and let me say the staff and doctor were just great with them. We were able to get an appointment right away. They took their time with each of them. Will be coming back with my family for our annual exams. Great service all around.

Very unprofessional practice. I chose them because of the 4.7 out of 5 star reviews on Google but left there very unhappy. The doctor was a pleasant person yes but the overall experience was BAD. I had appts for me and my 3 kids that I made in advance starting at 3pm and we arrived to a locked door that said the office would reopen at 2pm. At 3:10pm we were let in. They proceeded to see us and the doctor did an exam on my kids and began dilating their eyes then went on to see 2 other patients that arrived after us skipping my appt. I figured she would dilate my eyes after them so I remained patient but that didn't happen, she started recalling my kids in. It made no sense whatsoever to me because if she completely finished the kids then just began the process for dilating my eyes after then all 4 of us would have to wait the 15-20 minutes for my eyes to dilate and who knows how long to finish my exam before we could leave. So I cancelled the rest of my appt. Then when we were leaving they wanted to charge us $30 for each of my kids to have their eyes dilated. I have never been charged for that before and have had the same insurance for years. They said if I didn't pay they would hold my prescriptions. (Which I later learned is illegal) I asked why they wouldn't bill my insurance and they said I have to pay it first then if my insurance pays they would reimburse me. Yea sure they would. I called my insurance and they confirmed they pay for dilation so I called back and told them and all of a sudden the charge was for retinal imaging now and not dilation. They kept insisting I have to pay claiming they got permission from one of my children in order to be able to charge me. I demanded my prescriptions and finally got them which was a colossal waste because my kids all said the glasses don't help their vision at all!! I could honestly keep going on how awful this optometrist was but I'm done wasting anymore of my time on them. BEWARE Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this office....YOU WILL WASTE YOUR ANNUAL EXAM AND HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR TO BE ABLE TO GET A NEW ONE.

The doctor, however her receptionist, Alisha is unprofessional and RUDE! When I made my eye exam appointment, she was difficult! When I showed for my appointment, kept me standing at the counter talking to her coworker!!! I had to get her attention to check in! She rudely told me, she was talking! She needs some customer service training!! She could have acknowledge....I will be right with you!

My family and I started seeing Dr. Voung, OD, as our family ophthalmologist since 2008, and we have always appreciated her and her staff for the services that they provide. We liked Dr. Voung, OD, and her staff so much, that we kept seeing them even when they moved offices; they make sure to have a friendly disposition toward their patients and focus on their eye health. Our family would recommend them to anybody, whoever would need to see an eye doctor.
