Dr Wagner and his staff are not only friendly and professional, but have the experience and honesty l have been searching for in a dentist ever since moving to Vegas. I came in for a second opinion after receiving a bill for over $2,300 from another office. Wagner Dental was highly recommended to me by my parents who had been through the ringer of dentists here in Las Vegas over the past year as well. Dr Wagner immediately put me at ease and did a thorough check. My bill went from $2,300 to $300 out of pocket total for better care and experience.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and through all of the changes as they evolve, the service has always remained number one. The doctors and the rest of the team do actually care about the patients and make you feel comfortable. The modern technology is always being updated but costs are still reasonable for the higher end technology. I will be a patient of "Dr. Kent" and Dr. Nelson for as long as they'll have me. 🙂

This was my second appointment at Wagner Dental, and this time Zahara was my dental hygienist. I had such a wonderful experience with her!

Zahara was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring throughout my cleaning. I have some sensitive areas in my teeth, and whenever I felt uncomfortable during the cleaning, she was very understanding and patient. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable instead of rushing through the appointment.

I also really appreciated how she explained things to me clearly and helped me better understand my teeth and what I actually needed. What I appreciated most was her honesty. She never made me feel like I needed to spend money unnecessarily. She explained that some things were not as bad as I thought and that I didn’t need to spend that much, which made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my dental health.

Zahara was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind and reassuring. She made my dental visit much more comfortable and helped me feel more confident about taking care of my teeth.

I truly appreciate everything she did for me, and I hope that when I come back for my next cleaning, Zahara will be the one taking care of my teeth again! ❤️🦷

Thank you so much, Zahara, for your patience, kindness, and honesty!

New Update:
Been nearly two years since my last visit, had a cleaning and checkup with Allie today, she was amazing. Her technique was so gentle, and she explained everything along the way making it less stressful. She was thorough, kind, knowledgeable amd she has an amazing gift as a hygienist, Wagner Dental is lucky to have her. Dr. Wayne Wagner gave a peek and an all clear, which is always wonderful to hear. When I left my teeth felt so smooth and looked so pretty, I am very thankful for Wagner Dental.

9-24-24 - Was flossing my teeth with a different floss than usual and a piece got wedged in my back teeth. Tried and tried to no avail to get it out. Called the office, they "wedged" me in with Ashley, amazing hygienist, she worked to remove it and successfully did just that and also explained to me how to address the concern should it happen again. I was treated and educated at the same time. Very thankful they were able to assist me with this "little" thing so I can go about my life. Thank you everyone.

8-29-24 FIRST VISIT....When I got to my car, I began to tear up because I had been so terrified due to an awful previous experience elsewhere that my teeth hadn’t been checked in many years. While I have a great oral cleaning process YOU HAVE TO SEE A DENTIST! 😳 Amy the AMAZING hygienist and Dr. Kent Wagner, listened to my story, took it to heart and prepared me for the process. They assured me I should have no pain, unlike the last place. Amy went above and beyond and is a Master of her craft!!! I am so lucky I found them. Some minor things need to be tended to but the most important was not leaving in any pain or discomfort or fear! Thanks is not enough, you alleviated my fears, HEARD my concern and addressed all accordingly. While I cried a bit it was due to overwhelming relief and heartfelt thanks, I am forever grateful for your care and kindness. (When I say "minor things needed to be tended to I was referring to my filling that is likely going to need to be fixed, NOTHING with the office or such) sorry for any confusion Dr. Wagner!!

I had 1 done and then found out I needed another one a week later when I felt some pain in a tooth. I got appointments quickly for both procedures, and had them fixed very professionally. Scheduled an appointment for a cracked tooth. Went through the online check-in and it was smooth. Arrived this morning to a very clean and happy hello from the front staff. I waited about 2 minutes before they took me back. The hygienist got me all set up and was able to see the dentist in less than 10 minutes! He was very informative and incredibly nice. He told me everything I needed to know and asked if I had time for him to fix it. I was thrilled, I said yep and on we went. He was very gentle but also very confident. Exactly what you want in a dentist. I was done in less than 30 minutes. Almost no pain and did a fantastic job. I figured almost 1900 reviews at 4.9 stars could not be wrong. I was completely and utterly impressed. So glad I found a dentist office that is professional and on top of their game! I'll be seeing them soon again for routine checkups!! Five stars across the board. Without a doubt, The best dental experience I have had in my lifetime.

I loved my visit to Wagner Dental!! This is my first visit since the two Wagner bothers joined their cousin in Summerlin.

The office was beautiful, Anna the receptionist was friendly and efficient and my wait time was almost non existent!

I had inadvertently not created the appointment for a cleaning yet Elizabeth the Assistant, who had a fabulous bedside manner, visited with me while she was able to get me squeezed in after the Xrays for the cleaning I desperately needed!

Shauna the hygienist was wonderful! She talked to me about options to correct a little movement with my teeth, better home care and our next visit!

Dr. Wayne came in promptly, did his work, suggested a few areas I could improve on and left with a smile!

I was able to pay right in the room so I didn’t need to stop off at the desk on the way out.. so modern and efficient-an absolutely clean and quick experience!
