I needed glasses for over 3 years. I saw that Walmart had a vision center. Since Walmart is one of my favorite stores. I decided to give them a try. I used my eyeglass insurance to buy them. I got my eye glass prescription from Dr. Rotor who has an office in the vision center. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. Trenton pointed out the perfect fitting eyeglasses from the ones I narrowed down. He is very professional and has worked there over 25 years! I trusted his advice. I bought 2 exact pairs with Progressive and Transition lens. Along with a guarantee plan that covers my glasses for a year. It only took 2 weeks to receive my glasses. Looking through these new glasses makes everything look like it’s high definition. I had a great experience and will return in the future. I read the reviews and they’re great because they have great professional people working there.

I’ve been visiting this eye care center for several years now and it never disappoints! Although it’s not my local Walmart, I’m willing to make the drive for the excellent service and wide selection. The manager Elizabeth goes above and beyond, not only does she have a warm personality, but she’s also so knowledgeable! She’s always so helpful and patient to find me and my family not only the right style but the best price for our budget! It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, that’s why I will always trust Elizabeth and her staff to take care of my all of my eye care needs!

I have been taking my Son for glasses for a couple years. The service I have experience has always been phenomenal! My Son dances and his glasses have been broke twice. His glasses were fixed quickly and the great service had been making us come back! I felt my needs were met and will be returning soon for our family yearly check up .

10/10 experience. The lady that helped me is named Nichelle! Absolutely wonderful. Very patient and kind. She very thoughtfully asked me specific questions to be able to find the perfect frames for me. Gave me plenty of options and helped me narrow them down too! Was constantly smiling and giggling because she was super sweet.

This review isn’t about the business it’s about a person. People are who make a business and Walmart eye center should be honored to have a person like Robert on their staff. I had witnessed a bad accident on the way to get my glasses. I was upset and frustrated. Robert read my energy and inquired if I was okay several times before I was able to explain what happened. He held space for me with compassion instead of writing me off. Robert is a wonderful human and an asset to your staff.

My experience at this vision center was very pleasant. Nichelle was really helpful and gave tips on what type of frames worked best for me. I have always had trouble in past visions centers, but after coming to this one here I was blown away by the customer service and quality in care. Elizabeth answered all my questions and guided me through my entire process got me what I wanted and how I wanted it. This is definitely the best center I have visited. I have always struggled to find frames that style well with my face shape. Here, Nichelle was able to pick out some frames that not only work well with my prescription, but also style well with my round/square face shape. I highly recommend a visit!

Being new to glasses & contacts, I must say I was intimidated about the process and insurance. Not only was I greeted and treated kindly, but was walked through without any issues or delays. I have used this optical department for the last time. It really isn't due to the employees but rather to the guarantee they have for the glasses. The guarantee is only for the frames not the lenses which to me are the most expensive part. It seems unreasonable that the lenses weren't guaranteed. On the other hand the stem of my frame did come apart from the rest of it and they did replace the frame. This has happened THREE times in the last year and a half. Very disappointing! ! Had to pay for the last 2 replacements.

On Wednesday morning, February 24, 2016 at approximately 12:05 a.m. I met an employee that ruined my overall shopping experience. She was an Unkown female working the deodorant section of the store. Caucasian, short, with long blonde hair and a thin build, maybe between 28-40. I was trying to purchase a deodorant spray, not knowing what each spray smells like, I needed to spray just alittle bit. Knowing that some sprays do smell funky, I tried spraying away from everyone, unfortunately the smell lingered to the female employee working the isle. The female then snapped at me, the customer saying not to spray those. I replied I'm sorry, I wanted to know what it smelt like before I took it home, which to me is understandable. It ruined my shopping experience because I couldn't by the product I came there for because the employee. Honestly, I have worked in customer service for a very long time and understand, but if someone has done that to me I'd just leave and come back later. Just think of how many times the employee had deterred a customer from buying a product, it adds up.
