Don’t bother purchasing the warranty because if they can’t get the same glasses they will either force you to get a pair you don’t want or they will have you get an updated pair for more money. They take your insurance payment and keep it so you are not able to even purchase another pair somewhere else. Horrible customer service and no care at all for the customer. This will definitely be my last time going to Walmart vision center. And I won’t recommend anyone to go to them either.

Amazing people all around. Highly recommend! Dr. James is an absolute legend, super professional, simply amazing at what he does. Rocky, the Vision Center Store Manager, was super nice and explained all prices and procedures, overall a great experience!

I truly love this vision center! Rocky, the manager gave me my best eye wear shopping experience ever! He was super awesome in helping me with my eye wear needs and he has such a great personality! My eyeglasses frame broke and I came to vision center to get them fixed. Mr. Rocky is extraordinary professional, he fixed my frame in short a time, likewise he adjusted them too, they feel like brand new. Thank you Rocky you are a valuable employee. I absolutely recommend this vision center Mona
