I don’t even know where to begin. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sanford White, and it was, without question, the best doctor’s visit I’ve ever had. That’s not an exaggeration.

In my experience, most doctor visits follow the same routine:

Identify the problem.

Refer to textbook treatment options.

Prescribe a solution and move on to the next patient.

But Dr. White and his team completely changed my perception of what a doctor’s visit can be. Despite his undoubtedly busy schedule, I was able to get an appointment the same day I requested one. Dr. White and his assistant spent nearly three hours with me, thoroughly examining my concerns, discussing every detail, and ensuring I understood my condition.

What impressed me the most was how much time they dedicated to discussing different treatment options—not just selecting the best course of action but also explaining how to monitor my progress and report back effectively at our next visit. The level of care, attention, and expertise was truly above and beyond.

I don’t usually write reviews—in fact, this may be the only one I’ve ever submitted—but this experience was worth sharing. I highly recommend Russell Primary Care.
