First time visiting Wellish Vision Institute and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The entire staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Apologetic for the slightest delay or inconvenience. Dr Rohani was fantastic. Explained everything so well and showed genuine interest and concern for any questions or issues I had. Very grateful to have found this Dr and her staff.

Dr. Kostanyan immediately figured out what my eye problem was when 2 other specialists could not. My wait time was very minimal and the entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable. So happy I was referred to this vision clinic!

Personally, based on my experience I decided to go somewhere else for LASIK.
My appointment (which they called and scheduled with me) was for 8am. I showed up a little early, checked in and waited. The girls at reception showed up around 8:10 and called me up at 8:15 to fill out paperwork. After I was done, she told me that the intake nurse doesn’t usually show up until well after 8:30. I asked if they had a rough idea when they’d be in and she told me she had no idea. I was pretty frustrated because THEY are the ones who gave me available appointment times over the phone, if the nurse isn’t available then why offer that time?
Another receptionist said she would try reaching out to give me a time. Turns out the person I needed was there the whole time. As far as the appointment itself went, I wasn’t particularly impressed. She seemed annoyed and rushed, and it felt like when I had questions about possibly using a different procedure, I was immediately shut down instead of discussing it.
I was just not impressed and it felt that no one seems to know what’s going on. Receptions solution was to reschedule me for late afternoon. I made my appointment and took off work, why would I want to do that again and risk the proper staff isn’t there AGAIN. I decided to go somewhere else based on the vibes that I am not sure I can trust them.

I have been going to Dr Wellish for 40+ years and often I am seen by one of his associates. That was today and as always, they are great at their jobs and the office runs on time!!! Who knew!

Best investment that anyone can ever make 👀
When you consider the cost of eye exams and glasses or contacts in the span of 10-15years, it’s makes so much more sense to use that towards Lasix.
Initial assessment is free and my counselor Katie was attentive to my inquiries(multiple emails) and recovery.
The surgical team is the best, they were so enthusiastic and reassuring throughout the process 👍🏼👍🏼
Highly recommend Wellish Vision to everyone, thankful for my optometrist for referring me to them 💜
