I have pretty serious dental anxiety and this office has always been so patient with me. I saw Dr. Hassan and his dental assistant Bri for the first time, they both were so gentle with me after I let them know I was feeling anxious. I had a surprise abscess in my gums they were able to get me in that day and drain t h e abscess and remove the tooth causing it wasnt too expensive to get it handled but when it's a emergency don't really have the choice of price but they were professional, courteous, and fast to work with im proud to say they are my dentist

I was a walk in that needed cavity refill on a cracked tooth. Staff up front at the desk were extremely warm and welcoming. They immediately took me in and answered all my questions and were transparent about other issues. One thing I noticed off the bat is that it was super clean. I was done within only a couple hours and that included deep cleaning. Although I only came in for the cracked tooth I will be making this my personal dentist location. Solved my problems and more. Not going anywhere else.

Literally was dying because my braces wire was
poking my cheek- (I go to a different orthodontist- my go to office was closed and they don’t open until Monday ) I found the closest place to my house. I walked in and they checked me at like 5:15, they had me checked in and fixed in like

SHOUT-OUT TO MICHELLE, RDH, at West Henderson Dental & Orthodontics. I’ve had two cleanings with her, including a deep cleaning, and both were amazing. I usually get a little nervous at dental appointments, but Michelle explained each step, and was incredibly gentle. She was thorough - she cleaned every area, scaled around sensitive spots, polished, and gave me helpful tips for home care - without causing me any pain or discomfort. She never made me feel rushed or judged. My teeth felt great afterward, and my gums were less tender than I expected. Hands down, she’s the best RDH I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her, especially if you’re nervous about dental visits.

Wow! 5 stars all the way. I had an emergency exam for a tooth that needed removed. Rochelle in the office was such a great help. She was kind, considerate, and has a wonderful personality. She had me booked right away so that I could be seen the same day
She explained my costs let me know that they had a 49.00 emergency exam that covered X-rays ( Full mouth.) and the exam. She helped me make the right choices for my case, and helped me navigate my insurance problem. She is a great asset to this office.
DR. Lipman was just as great! He has an awesome personality and made me feel at ease, even with my dental anxiety. He really went over all the options that I had for my dental issue. Seriously, the smoothest needle work ever. I hardly felt a thing when he numbed my mouth. I had a tooth removed, and he made it quick and painless.
The price was pretty good too. So glad that I chose to come here!

RUN! This business is so unprofessional, they have been keeping my money from me. I came here unknowing that my dentist that I regular see Dr.Yu wasn’t no longer here. They made me pay upfront before getting any services done took me to the back then some random dentist shows up. I’ve never met before. Tells me that Dr. Yu moved to Boston. It was so unprofessional. Our dentist recommended that my daughter get braces. The dentist is very good but the front desk and billing department can't be trusted. They pick and choose what services they want to bill your insurance. So you have no idea if the insurance would have paid. One hygienist is sweet and gentle. The other one obviously hates her job. She sent someone else in to do the final polish and the unfriendly young lady only did my front teeth and called it a day.

Pretty dirty facility. I looked past it because the actual dentists were pretty nice. Front staff (lady with glasses) was super rude to me when a billing issue came up. All I wanted was a couple days to contact my insurance about it- cause I was pretty certain it was a mistake and they would not allow me to proceed with my appointment until it was paid- effectively holding my crown hostage over $150. I had no prior warning that there was a balance due before I walked in for my appointment. What if I didn't have $150 right then? What if I had to choose between groceries for my kids and paying for a crown they had told me I had already pre-paid IN FULL, the month before? Front desk lady didn't give a crap. When I told her, they'd be loosing my husband and I as patients over this, she was quick to say "byeeeeee" over and over. I've never not been given time by any business to pay a bill. I've never not paid what I owe. I can't believe they were so quick and willing to loose patients over a couple days of research and $150. Owners need to do some overhaul.

I wanted to take the time to leave this review for Dr Yu and his office, including Shantelle and Deja. Doctor Yu was extremely kind and the best dentist I absolutely ever came across.
I was referred by my dear friend Shanlee.
I came with severe dental pain. Nerve pain. Broken tooth ans abscess and infection on my right side.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. They are always so nice at this dentist office. I was super scared of the dentist, but this is like my third time coming in and I’m basically now A pro. Everything was super quick, super clean and they did a really great job. The second worst experience with dentist. First was about 15 years ago left peace of tooth after extraction and finally popped out recently, so I went to see doctor at this location to evaluate my teeth and to extract two of them one with ongoing infection and the left over one. They come with close to $10,000 bill with what supposed to be done. I explained I don’t have that amount of money, and they came with new plan (bill) close to $3,000 for bone draft for lower front teeth ( that was only way for me to save them) and extractions. I exited the place with bone graft I really didn’t need ( because my lower teeth are so loose right now after the procedure I can loose them any time now) and no extraction still with infection and close to $3,000 in debt on my credit card. So any one who decides to go with this … good luck and talk with another dentist as second opinion before you let them work on your mouth. P.s.I have the plans with amount I suppose to pay and the bill I paid and what is been done, I am planning to take a picture and post it later on.

Office staff always calls me with cancelations, super friendly and explain every bit of info on treatment and payments, insurance. There isn't anything left to wonder about. I'm getting all of my work done here slowly. I recommend you come here bc there's no chance of not being satisfied.

Let’s be honest — a “deep cleaning” at the dentist sounds like something no one ever wakes up excited about. But surprisingly, this experience wasn’t terrifying at all! From the moment I walked in, the staff gave spa-day energy. The waiting room was calm, the team was friendly, and nobody judged me for the snacks I clearly shouldn’t have been eating.

My hygienist deserves an award. She explained everything before doing it, worked gently, and checked in like she was defusing a bomb (spoiler: the bomb was my nervousness). At one point, I genuinely forgot I was at the dentist.

If you’ve been avoiding a deep cleaning, don’t stress. This office makes the whole thing surprisingly pleasant. Bonus points: I left feeling like a responsible adult!

I came in to get an exam and a cleaning a few days ago and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. My hygenist, Michelle, is so amazing and did a thorough cleaning. She explained exactly what she was doing and offered helpful tips for keeping my teeth and gums healthy at home. Taleia, the dental assistant, took my X-rays and she was so kind and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. Dr. Yu performed my exam and diagnosed me with two fillings. He took the time to explain the treatment very clearly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get my treatment done on the same day which was so great and convenient. The treatment went very smoothly and was done with great care! Overall, the office was very clean and modern, I would highly recommend West Henderson Dental for anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and attentive dental office!
