Dr. Suz is an wonderful doctor. She is thoughtful, attentive, thorough, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She is passionate about children and their families and fosters such a welcoming and nurturing environment. This doctor has no accountability. She can't send referrals, she gives you wrong. Telephone numbers for doctors.She never sends information that she's supposed to, and then when I called her on these things, she said that she was no longer going to see us as a patient

My 5.5 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced, and I knew Dr. Suz had a piercing system that uses plastic earrings, which I preferred to avoid developing a nickel allergy. Dr. Suz was very gentle with my eager but anxious daughter, explained to her what to expect, and gained her trust. We planned the perfect placement together, and the actual piercing was quick (did both ears at the same time) and only briefly painful. My daughter was smiling and proud of her new earrings before we left the office. It’s been 4 weeks since and we have had no problems with healing. I highly recommended Dr. Suz for medical ear piercing!

Dr. Suz is phenomenal! She takes her time to explain everything, answers all questions, and is willing to work with you based on how much you do or don't want to vax. For your newborn, she'll come to your home 3xs in their first month of life. Let me tell you what a relief it was not to have to pack up my tiny baby that was born 3 weeks early and take her out in the cold winter days to go to doctor appts. She's very thorough and literally her love for children beams through as she shares tips to help you with your child and measures and weighs them. We've had 3 home visits and 1 office visit so far and all of them were perfect due to Dr. Suz's perfect demeanor. I can't imagine having anyone else as our pediatrician.

After our previous pediatrician retired, we were nervous about finding a provider who would feel like the right fit for our growing family. Then we found Dr. Suz through social media, and she has been an absolute blessing.

Her concierge model immediately caught our attention—we loved the idea of home visits in the early postpartum weeks, when packing up a newborn (and an older kid in 100+ degree July weather!) and heading to a busy office just feels impossible. Being able to stay in our cozy, calm space while receiving compassionate, comprehensive care made a huge difference in our postpartum experience.

Dr. Suz doesn’t just check boxes—she listens. She sat in our home and cared for not just our newborn, but also took time to look me in the eyes and make sure I had all I needed as a postpartum mom. When we unexpectedly tested positive for COVID during our baby's first week of life, she calmly answered my 2 a.m. call and talked me through it all without an ounce of panic. Her presence was always warm, knowledgeable, and reassuring—exactly what a new parent needs.

As first-time parents with an admitted tendency to overthink things, we appreciated Dr. Suz's nearly-instant replies to all our emails and text messages about feeding, sleeping and more. Our son came home from school with a small object in his ear. After our failed attempts to get it out and fear of injuring him, we decided to reach out to Dr. Suz for help. She was able to see us immediately. Our son was clearly distressed and scared. Dr. Suz was compassionate and helped keep him calm while using her otoscope to help visualize the object. She was able to safely remove the object and then checked his ear for any signs of injury. She is talented and well-experienced. We can't thank her enough and highly recommend Dr. Suz!
