I have been going to Dr. Loren Wright for a few years and I absolutely love him. He is so easy to talk to and I trust him more than any Doctor I have ever dealt with. All medical issues I’ve had I always tell him to get his insight and opinion which has been far superior than your “PCP” or specialist Doctor who just want to prescribe medicine. He believes in finding the cause of ANY problem not just treating it. Also I changed insurance with work and he is no longer covered because I have Culinary. I can go to a chiropractor in the Culinary network but I refuse. I continue to go to Dr. Wright, pay for it myself (he has packages you can buy) and also drive 19 miles each way. In Vegas that’s a big deal bc no one ever wants to drive to the other side of town. 😂

Dr. Wright is a very kind person and I think he genuinely wants to help his patients. There is a reason he has so many good reviews, and he is a good chiropractor. For me personally, I did not receive much help from his chiropractic techniques. I was going to a different chiropractor but after moving, wanted to go to a closer practice and was drawn to him because of these reviews.
I did become rather turned off with how jam packed they schedule his appointments, and often felt like a number when I visited. There were occasions I waited over 30 minutes because he got so behind, and it was especially bad when it got closer to their lunch hour.
Here is my biggest complaint and what has compelled me to write this, as I am still quite upset over it. I have union insurance and receive 30 chiropractor visits a year under my policy. I track my appointments. I went to a different doctor prior to Dr. Wright and had ZERO ISSUES, ever, billing my insurance. In August, my insurance made an error on the annual COB and I did not catch the issue until October, and at that time, I corrected it. In that time, I received multiple communications from the Dr. Wright office that there was a billing issue and I was very proactive with my insurance to resolve it. Once the origin of the error was found, I immediately let the office know and thought the issue was resolved. I was quite frustrated with how complacent the office team was, and it never seemed like they never once, ever, called my insurance to figure out the issue. I sat on the phone with my insurance, collectively, over 3 hours to figure out the billing. I don’t think this is for me to do, but it was always pushed off on me every single time I went in for an adjustment. The final straw for me was when a very young front desk lady at Dr. Wright could barely articulate why there was STILL a problem with the billing and kept rattling off nonsensical notes on her screen. She then proceeded to tell me I now owed a $20.40 copay for the adjustment, and that has never been the case with my insurance. I asked her to explain why now, all of a sudden, I owed this, and she claimed I always paid for it and acted surprised that I questioned it. I called my insurance while at the office and was informed the error was fixed and it should be updated with Dr Wright and no copay was ever needed and benefits had not changed. I still had 5 appointments left for the year. So I let the lady know and she just sat there, deer caught in headlights, as if I was speaking a different language. She began rambling off the notes again and said I owed the copay. Clearly, I was not talking to someone who had the qualification to even discuss billing with me. I paid the copay, absolutely furious at this point, and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule another appointment, Yea, no thank you. Dr. Wright may be decent at what he does, but the level of incompetency of his office staff is utterly ridiculous.
I also overheard one time in their office a poor lady came obviously needing help, and a front desk person callously told her they do not take her insurance, even though their website said otherwise. I could tell the lady was so troubled by this as she would have to pay around $100 out of pocket for the visit and could not do so. She turned and left, obviously upset. The front desk person quipped quite flippantly to another employee, rather sarcastically, “yea, we should probably get that updated, huh?” and then chuckled. I found that so distasteful.
With that, I have returned to my old chiropractor and happy to take the extra drive to do so. Zero billing issues and a team of people that actually care and have the ability to understand medical billing. I am sure if you don’t have insurance, the experience with Dr Wright could be quite beneficial, but his office staff is just awful.

WATCH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PAYMENTS. First off I would like to say that Dr. Wright is an outstanding doctor and truly cares about his patients. That said, for the last three or four months there have been some billing discrepancies wherein the manager of Wright Chiropractic has said that my insurance company told their office that I only need to pay $11.90 per treatment when in fact my copay should have been $30. I certainly don't mind making up the difference which i already have; however, I do mind the manager blaming the problem on the insurance company and myself, telling me she was going to offset the difference by writing the $18.10 I owed them off her taxes, and then emailing me some jibberish that I had to read several times over to understand and implying that she is right and I am wrong. In addition, I advised Marie that I would either pay what I owed or donate it to charity and she said pay it. Now, I'm so very disappointed that I will not be going back to this establishment because Dr. Wright is such a decent doctor and human being. That said, Marie on the other hand needs some training in customer service, managing a business and overall human decency and kindness. Dr. Wright, I truly apologize for this write up and not being able to return to your establishment; however, I can't in good conscience go back to a place where the manager lacks the very basics in human kindness,.courteousy and decency. For her to have demanded the $18.10 instead of allowing me to donate it to PETA and provide your office documentation that I did so is disgusting, reprehensible and tells me everything I need to know about this petty person. Very, very disappointed and disgusted. This would be a one star if not for Dr. Wright himself. Also, Marie, no need to brag about you being the doctors wife when you in fact give a negative impression of the business.

I have been coming to this chiropractor for about 1 year now. 3 months regularly at the beginning. Had severe issues that are almost nonexistent now. Besides my health, Dr. Wright is such a wholesome and truly outstanding doctor. He practices the advice gives and it has helped me make better habits. I found Dr. Wright through my previous insurance provider on a whim in excruciating pain as I had thrown my back out tossing and turning in the night. I pinched a nerve in my shoulder grabbing a blanket. The staff was able to accommodate me same day and were friendly and professional with a family feel. Dr. Wright didn't try to push additional fluff that some other clinics have been known to do. I visited weekly, monthly, quarterly, and now yearly. Dr Wright has a skilled professional approach to feeling out the spine and getting you adjusted to correct your spinal misalignment resulting in pain relief. I was night and day better from the adjustment within 20 minutes. I continued seeing him while I built up upper body strength and he was able to accommodate me without issues. He also had a knack for knowing when I needed to hydrate more or supplement my diet with additional magnesium to reduce muscle spasms.I greatly appreciate him and his staff for their friendly and professional approach to Chiropractic care.
