A business named 5 Star means superior, what a joke. Dr Tran-Cao was not qualified, so he had 85 yr old subcontractor, Dr Laurence Levine perform new implant. After implant, I had discomfort, numbness, pain & not feeling good about this office. I got a 2nd opinion from a Harvard grad dentist, top of his class of 200. His X-rays showed the implant was way out of alignment & too close to a nerve. Dr. Levine said Harvard Dt didn’t know anything about implants. I asked Dr Levine to return something towards the $5000 worth of bills. Being my Christian brother, he fell way short. I’m 72 yrs old & have been manipulated mentally, physically & financially by 5 Star, I also had paid $1200 for a crown & within days I requested a refund; after 21days, Dr. Tran-Cao finally returned my call said “ no refund.” This is the unprofessionalism you will receive from the owner who is a non-believer. “What you sow, is what you reap.”
Both Drs are being scrutinized by the NV State Board of Dental Examiners.

This is the best dental office I have ever visited. The entire staff is friendly and warm from the moment you walk in the door t. Dr. Phong, Megan, Helen, the dental assistants, and front desk staff make all my visits extremely pleasant. They genuinely care about my well being. I leave smiling and happy each time.
