I have been going to the wigwam office for over 2 years, and am very impressed; everyone has been very professional and very courteous. I have medicaid and they are very helpful and knowledgeable and treat me with respect. I've had 2 crowns and a partial done here and am very happy with the outcome, and will continue to use this office. I highly recommend...

I’ve been with A+ dental group for almost 4 years now, and they’ve never disappointed me once. Dr. Ariel Kinfu, Jennifer, Bernice, and Cynthia are so helpful, so kind and always make me and my family feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great dental office with great people!!! The dentist office is so clean, so organized and just great in general.

A+ Dental in Henderson is honestly the best! Jennifer, Bernice, and Cynthia are all so amazing, super kind, helpful, and always make you feel comfortable and cared for. Everyone there is so sweet and professional, and the whole experience is always great from start to finish. I’m so thankful to have found such a wonderful dental office! Highly recommend! Mixed Experience: Great Equipment, but Concerns Over Medicaid & Billing
​I had a mixed experience at A+ Dental and feel it is important to share both the positives and the significant concerns I encountered.
​The Positives:
The front office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the office is equipped with the latest dental X-ray technology, which is quite impressive. The initial exam was very thorough, and I felt the clinical assessment of my oral health was detailed.
​The Concerns:
Unfortunately, the distinction between "recommended" procedures and "necessary" ones is very blurred here. I found Dr. Norton to be vague and noticeably lacking in compassion regarding patients on Medicaid.
​In Nevada, adult dental Medicaid coverage is limited, but it does cover basic cleanings. I was disappointed when the office refused to provide this covered service, instead pushing for an expensive, out-of-pocket "deep cleaning" that felt like an unnecessary up-sell. It felt misleading to be steered away from a covered benefit in favor of a costly procedure that wasn't clearly justified as an emergency or absolute necessity.
​While the facility and staff are nice, I would caution those with Medicaid to be very diligent about verifying what is covered versus what is being "recommended" for profit.
