I had to make a quick visit to the urgent care and found this clinic. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by the front desk. He was very welcoming and very efficient. Sad to update my review... but about 3 months after my appointment I was sent a new bill from some 3rd party company claiming to be acting on behalf of A+ asking for sensitive personal information and refusing to research the account without it.

I was a self-pay client who paid debit immediately on the day of service, so there should be no reason I'm being charged again. Really disappointed by this experience.
