I'm really disappointed with our recent visit for my 9-year-old son. They tried to give him laughing gas for his treatment, but he got scared and started crying. Just five minutes later, they came out and said they couldn't do the treatment and were referring us elsewhere. It's pretty upsetting, especially since this is a kids' dentist. You'd expect a place specializing in children to be able to handle a child getting a bit anxious. To make matters worse, when I asked for specifics, the assistant confirmed he wasn't screaming or doing anything out of the ordinary – he was 'just crying.' For a kids' dentist to refuse service because a 9-year-old child got a little teary-eyed is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of understanding for children's needs.

This office staff was very good with my son, he had no problems with getting his xrays without me, handled his cleaning well and got a clean bill of health. Office is very clean and staff was professional and curtious.

The Dr Dentist was amazing 🤩 we loved his vibe. This kids love that there’s electronic devices to use while getting treatment. Thru felt like home. It sure was a great choice I did bringing my kids over here. Also staff was amazing as well thank you again.

Amazing services all around as soon as you walk in the door to when the nurse sees your child to when the doctor finish his check up with your Child, very welcoming very clean and very organized. Definitely recommend for family with Kids of all ages my son is two and enjoyed his time there.

My 2-year-old son had his first dental visit, and I was very impressed! The dentist, Dr. Atrian was incredibly calm, caring, and patient. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and genuinely listened to my concerns. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this office!

Not a Good location to take your kids to. I had 9am appointment. Walked in and it was a DEAD ZONE. No one infront of me and took almost an hour to get me back. They hear my kids screaming and crying as we're waiting to be seen and they're setting up decorations and getting take out food. I literally canceled my appointment and going to location closer to me. I chose this location because they had sooner availability but I see why. I'll rather wait a few weeks for my kids to be seen by profession people. AND front desk lady was extremely rude. Not helpful to new parents or people who need help. This is just my experience. Maybe you'll have better, but not bringing my kids back here. 0 stars for me.

My 8 year son went and got 8 teeth removed. No one told him or me what he was able to eat or when he could eat normal again. He received no pain medicine script. They didn’t tell my son anything just gave him back to me like here you go. I’m just saying for an 8 year old second time at the dentist. He didn’t receive that warm welcome and the staff were a tad insensitive. Guess that’s how you get treated when you’re insurance is Medicaid

2 stars only. because the doctor is nice gives a lot of information and very kind with hia patients. the only thing is that the receptionist people. My son was brought there yesterday (11/5/2024). it was an emergency because his face is swollen because of his teeth, after being treated and seen by the doctor. the doctor immediately offered to give me an excuse note for my son for schoo for two days. but then the receptionist wont give me one because they can only give an cxcuse note for that day which is weird. then my son was sent home the next day because of the swollen teeth. I called the clinic again and argued about the excuse letter. they really dont want to give it. after that I called my sons school and tell them about it they also said its weird they only heard that just now clinics usually gives out xcuse letter but this is the weirdest one. I called absolute dental customer service and reported this already. will transfer my son to another location. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!

Dont fill out any information online. They have no acccess to it and have no idea where that information goes according to the front desk who "just works here". You will have to fill out all the info again when you get there.
