After having not been to the dentist in many years I had an issue that was the tipping point and had to see a doc. I used ZocDoc to find Absolute Dental, it was close and reviews were decent. However that is not at all the experience I had.
I arrive 10+ min early and waited 40 min to go back. The tech that did my x-rays was very pleasant and certainly the only positive of the visit. Doctor Lee was fine and not bad but also not the most informative. The prognosis was more invasive than needed (ended up going elsewhere for a second opinion). The doctor informed the urgency to get my tooth fixed. HOWEVER the periodontist that Dr Lee said I needed works 1x a month.
The front desk was extremely unhelpful and had the demeanor of not seeming to care one bit to help find a solution. I asked about scheduling and the need to get the tooth fixed. There was an opening for the periodontist but it was for a consultation ($150+) with no guarantee of the procedure needed to be performed same day. So that would leave a potential month to be seen again.
The visit ended up taking over 2 hours and at least 60% of that time was waiting.
I will not go back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I was so happy I came to absolute dental at 9400 s eastern Ave. I love my lady dentist Ms Kim i always have bad experiences before im glad I found the best dentist. She took care of me right away while I was having so much pain and Thanks God im feeling lots better still healing and planning to come back again for some cleaning later. Thank you guys. Even though the waiting time to actually get a consultation appointment is over a month out even with a referral! When I finally went there for my scheduled appointment, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service. Even though it was busy the staff managed everyone's needs in a reasonable time and in a very professional manner. I will definitely recommend. Thanks!

My dental experience was incredibly unexpected. I was nervous about my surgical procedure, from the front desk to the chair, the staff was very nice and calming. Honestly, I had a female dentist and it took her 30 minutes to pull my tooth out (I should have stood up for my self but was embarrassed and didn’t want to hurt her feelings). Then it ended up breaking and she had to use a drill for lord knows what, and it still didn’t come out. it truly felt like a torture chamber not to mention I got numbed and still felt the pain under my jaw. I ended up having an actual anxiety attack so bad they asked me to stay until I stopped trembling turned the lights off and tried playing relaxing music my fiancé had to pick me up and leave my car I cried the whole way home like a baby I’m 29

There was no wait time when I got there, called me to the back before my appointment time. The dentist took the time to explain to me what was going on and what my options were and we were able to work together to come up with the best plan for my case. It was very personal and I love that about the visit.. Definitely recommend Dr. Lee!

My father required a tooth extraction, and I needed a filling for a fractured tooth. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. While I understand the necessity of X-rays, I initially preferred to forgo the procedure for the specific service I was receiving. Despite their impending lunch break, the team graciously extended their time to accommodate my needs. The staff, from the administrative personnel to the assistants, exhibited exemplary professionalism. Dr. Lee was both kind and gentle, and my father also received excellent care. Given the short notice, the team performed an impressive job, and I extend my gratitude. I will certainly be returning for future services. They have earned my continued patronage.

Dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentists have been the only saving grace ever since front office woman asked me, a commissioned Nevada state notary, to sign someone else’s signature of financial agreements. Finding a dentist for an Autism kiddo is hard enough. But back of house staff had us.That incident with front office asking me to commit fraud started the remaining office woman’s unprofessional attitude. The last two appointments this first woman hasn’t been there. But her coworker? Smug, rude, and has clearly a problem with me as she’s tried ruining the last two appointments saying I didn’t show up even though I was there and checked in an hour before my appointment and magically this time, my insurance “ran out” despite confirming price for cleaning at $35 three times only for her to bloat that price up to $119, apparently a common practice based on the reviews online. Perhaps it’s ego hurt because I called out the unprofessional handling of appointments and patients since her coworker was removed. Due to two front office women and their unethical and unprofessional running of this office, not only did you lose two patients at once. But this woman who was so arrogantly rude on 5/26 prompted me to not only file a formal complaint with the state’s Attorney General, but also request a formal investigation with my insurance provider for not just identify fraud but insurance fraud. I’ll be coming in there for information and if I’m met with the same disrespect and rudeness as on Tuesday or before, I’ll go far beyond that to make sure this place is investigated by ANYONE and EVERYONE who will listen, my voice can be potent. As someone who’s gone to school, graduated Cum Laude for it, and has worked these jobs, none of you would have your cushy desk spot sitting on your behind all day if not for patients and providers. Front office has the potential to make a business thrive or close down. This one is latter. DO BETTER.

Worst experience I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her teeth evaluated to get her wisdom teeth pulled. She had a referral to a different dentist however, her original dentist said If they don’t answer she recommended you guys. Well i took my daughter today for her scheduled appointment just to get told she cannot be seen regardless of the appointment I made. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t want to do her job. Was rude and not helpful at all and did not greet us when walking just stared till me and my daughter said hi to her. My name is Faith Schwenke. It’s taken me a lot of courage to leave this review but it’s haunted me for 2 years. In 2024 I came in to Absolute Dental during my pregnancy and while on Medicaid. The front desk staff were very kind but I had a terrible experience with my dentist. I had a lot of dental work that needed to be done which included root canals and crowns. The dentist & dental assistant who did my dental work botched my teeth and made things so much worse. The assistant was kind but obviously something went wrong. This review is solely based on my dentist and the work that was done on my teeth. I hate to leave this review because I haven’t reached out to the location about my teeth but I haven’t felt comfortable to call them because I never felt heard during my visits. They scanned my teeth with a machine to get the sizing for my teeth/crowns in the beginning. When my root canals were done the pain was excruciating. I told the dentist multiple times I was in pain and it felt like she didn’t believe me because she continued to work. When the crowns came in, none of them fit. When they were placed on my teeth it was like it was for someone else that’s how bad they didn’t fit… & when placed on my tooth with their cement a sharp cold pain shot through my mouth & she told me that was normal. I was clutching the chair from the pain. She had to drill each crown down multiple times for them to “fit” onto each tooth. I still told her they were too high and hitting my other teeth and too tight against the teeth next to the crowns. At one point she said because I was numb I wouldn’t be able to tell if they were too high… but I definitely could. They didn’t size them properly. She said to come back in if they were still too high after the numbing. The day I went home my teeth kept hitting each other when I chewed and closed my mouth causing one of the worst pains I’ve ever felt. I couldn’t eat anything and I couldn’t put my teeth together due to the pain. I went in immediately the next morning to drill down the crown. She went in to drill the tooth down with no numbing and I told her how much pain I was in and she still didn’t numb me until I begged for numbing. Over the next week this tooth grew an abscess on the gum. My other tooth with a crown has so much space in between itself and my other tooth that food is constantly getting in between and causing my gums to become inflamed and causing pain each time I eat something chewy. I never dealt with any of this pain or infection in my gums that drain out each day to come back the next day. Shortly after these visits and experiences I gave birth with the abscess still on my gums and my other side of my teeth inflamed. Since giving birth I was postpartum and losing my Medicaid. It’s been 2 years and I haven’t been back to any dentist due to the anxiety it’s caused and the terrible experience I had. My teeth with the abscess has stayed with the infection and is slowly rotting and spreading to the teeth surrounding and my tooth with the wide space has caused my gums to become constantly swollen and moving back away from the tooth. I will never recommend absolute dental because they ruined my teeth and didn’t give me a safe space during my pregnancy. If they ask me why I didn’t say anything, I spoke up during my visits and was never listed to. Why would I come back for them to ruin my teeth more or for them to not listen to me again. I even asked to see a different dentist but they said due to my Medicaid she was the only dentist I could go to since she started my treatment. Now I’m going to be dealing with the repercussions of my visits with them. Now that I have insurance again through my work I’ll be looking to get all of this fixed and I have no idea how much this will cost. Probably in the thousands. I’ve been in pain for 3 years, my teeth they worked on are rotting and spreading the infection to the teeth surrounding. I will never trust this place again.

One thing I can say about this business is they are consistent. Consistently horrible. They lack time management due to over booking appointments, leading to long wait times. Staff can be very unfriendly at the front desk. Have to escalate in order to experience any accountability. Customer service center is horrible with making accurate appointments. I can go on and on. Please choose to go elsewhere if you can.

Both of my children go to Absolute Dental for not only their 6 month checkups and regular cleanings but both have braces and we see the orthodontist that is in-house too... we've never had a bad experience with either the dental side or the orthodontist side... all of the staff and the dentists have been great...

I first visited last week and all went well. I was seen in a timely manner and scheduled a follow up for an orthodontist consult.

I went in today for the consult, and it was a different experience. I waited for an hour and a half before leaving. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was simply told, “there’s one person ahead of you.” No specifics and no apology for the delay. The waiting room was absolutely packed so it’s clear they have an issue with overbooking. I heard one man say he had been there for 2 hours. The room was full of frustrated people, not getting answers about the delay. They desperately need a better system.

This office is incompetent, understaffed, and overbooked. Every time I have an appointment here, I’m waiting at least an hour. They schedule way too many people at the same time and don’t have enough staff to accommodate. Do not come to this location if you have other things to do that day. You will be here for hours. If you mention your wait time to reception, they treat you like you’re being unreasonable. How dare you expect to be seen around your appointment time and not be perfectly content with waiting for an hour+ to be seen 🙄

I am very fortunate to be a patient at Absolute Dental at the Eastern Avenue location. is always a very friendly experience from the moment I enter the office until I’m done and walking out at the finish of my appointment. My first experience a year ago was great I have since deleted that review. However, I returned feeling hopeful. Dr. Lee was Awesome, but the front desk staff needs a few lessons in professionalism and courtesy. The manager sold me a tooth whitening gel marked up by 50%. Then schedule me for an emergency appointment without informing me that I had to pay a consultation fee of $139.00 before the extraction like why? I was confused, and then she argued with me that she did. It wasn't very comfortable in a office filled with patients, and my neighbor that I asked to drive me home after the procedure. Needless, to say, I left with my infected tooth in my mouth.

The reviews on Yelp were spot on. I came in for my 9am appointment, signed the check-in form as instructed, and then sat there completely ignored for 15 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no estimated wait, nothing. When I politely asked how long the wait would be, the woman at the front desk snapped that it would be an hour. I clarified, asking how long I’d be seated in the lobby, and she immediately got defensive with a nasty attitude. I just moved here and this was my first experience, what a terrible first impression. I had booked two appointments and cancelled both today. I won’t be back, and I strongly suggest you avoid this place too. If I could give a 0 star I would. This front receptionist is giving this business a bad name and I highly suggest you terminate her.

Doctor and Dental Assistants are very polite and friendly. I was a bit frustrated with the front receptionist for check in. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. We walked in and sat there for 20 mins to get paperwork mind you there were no other patients but us. We went sit down and wait to schedule an our next appointment. Waited another 20 minute to get attended. Literally had to wait for the receptionist to finish gossiping with her friends it was until I walked up and insisted on making an appointment because I had to leave. Then she was completely lost and didn't even know what appointments were needed. Didn't seem like she cared much for doing clearly her priority was gossiping and having a fun time while doing her job seemed annoying to her.

Going into this I was very scared not only for the financial part of it but for the actual removal of all the teeth, there is one particular dental hygienist there her name is Krystle. She talked me through everything through my tears and everything explained everything that I needed to know and made me feel a lot more comfortable, they have made me feel so welcomed and just all around. I was sent here by my original dentist The front desk is Pleasant meets the eye, they really don’t care under the surface and you can tell, thankfully they don’t work on the teeth, had a consult and Dr Lee didn’t even look inside my mout not one time. Then here comes from desk with a payment bill for the total but didn’t inform me they would need the FULLpayment to even get seen. Didn’t suggest a payment plan or anything this Location is all about OUT OF POCKET FUNDS! I just purchased a really great insurance due to the pain I’m enduring, only for them to tell me my insurance doesnt cover the things I need.

Yesterday (1/22/24) I went in for a consultation. I don’t like the dentist as I’ve had bad encounters in the past, but the team here was absolutely amazing. When I was anxious they sat with me and made me feel comfortable, even went as far as to hold my hand when extracting a tooth. I felt NO PAIN!!! Andy, Tracy, and this other wonderful woman whose name I didn’t get were amazing. I really appreciate both the dentist, orthodontist, and all the assistants!!! Thank you all so much!!!!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had a dental office!! And I’ve had braces and everything starting off with my first appointment completed my paperwork, and at the end of the appointment, the secretaries were arguing with each other, talking rude to one another, very unprofessional. Then, after scheduling the appointment having to reschedule at least four times couldn’t get through on the phone. It was all kinds of rescheduling problems. Finally Go in for my appointment and I have to fill my paperwork out completely all over again on my phone. Super frustrating!! From there, I go back in the back I get my Gums, numb and then suddenly there’s a giant syringe in my mouth No warning at all!! Did not appreciate that one little bit. At that point, I was somewhat expecting the second shot so fine meanwhile, I’m drowning in my own saliva because the woman administering the shot did not drain the saliva from my mouth really uncomfortable situation!! After that, I get moved to another room as I walk in the room I look at the tools and I noticed they are filthy completely disgusting. I asked the technician if they had even been washed and she told me that they had been so I went ahead and went forward with it Reluctantly. At that point, the dentist hand me some safety glasses completely disgusting with all kinds of filth covered in these glasses. Unbelievable I asked for a clean pair glasses and got them.. Then they start working on my Upper left side of my mouth fine everything’s cool. And they moved to the lower side of my mouth, and I can feel the grinder on my teeth. I raise my hand and they Both get their hands out of my mouth behind my head. I can’t really see what’s going on. I’m starting to get saliva in my throat again. Feel like I’m choking. It’s going up my nose. Worst situation I’ve ever had at a dentist!! At that point, I’m ready to leave. I want to get up but they told me there was a hole in my upper tooth that they had to patch so I went ahead and let them do that simultaneously once again my mouth is filling up with saliva and going up my nose as they did that Terrible situation worst dentist appointment I’ve ever had in my life Dentist told me she couldn’t do any more work on me. What a relief at that point I get up from the chair and walk up to the counter and asked To talk to the main Boss and get my money back, which I was refunded very upsetting situation. Super disappointed with my service. I will never go back to Absolute Dental ever again.!!!

The dental hygienist pulled my fillling out. I didnt notice until I was home and the novocaine wore off. She didnt even tell me and she definitely noticed she pulled it out! My daughters billing wasn't done right and now they say its too late and I owe over $300 though she's on Medicaid. Go somewhere else.

Had to remove my son braces which did not want to doctor refused to do them same day as cleaning every visit they refuse to touch his braces saying he needs cleaning first and did not have any cavities or decay so I don’t see the reason why he couldn’t do both procedures. The dentists and assistants at this place are great, I’ve never had a problem with them. However, today I took my son in for a routine cleaning and we waited for over an hour for them to call him back, yet one time I was 15 minutes late, called them to let them know I’d be late, and when I got there they still told me that I needed to reschedule. So it’s ok for them to be over an hour late without telling us what’s going on or that they’re running behind, but it’s not ok for me to be late.

Imagine having an appointment at 4:30 and it’s 5:46 and you’re still not seen. Imagine them messing up your teeth to bill your insurance more money. I was told I had 4 cavities went to a different dentist and had zero. My daughters teeth were just fine until the drilled down to far and now she needs a root canal. Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous pricing. Went in for routine cleaning and they only took X-rays and then tried to tell both my daughter and I that we both needed extensive dental work including root canals and crowns. How is this possible when we have never been told this with all our other cleanings.

Then they asked if I had a secondary insurance to help cover costs or Medicaid. Sorry I work in healthcare and I know when you’re trying to just get more money out of private insurance companies and the patient. I plan on going somewhere else to get a second opinion. Again never even did a cleaning or talked about doing one. Only took X-rays and then tried to tell me that it would cost over 6k out of pocket for the work that needed done. What a joke!!

Update I went and had a second opinion done on both my daughter and myself. We found out that my daughter does have nine cavities but does not need any kind of root canal. They tried to tell me that she required three root canals and three crowns.

And as for me, I had one cavity, not the three root canals and 11 cavities that they tried to tell me I had.

DON’T GO TO ABSOLUTE DENTAL!!! You’ll definitely be scammed out of money and services you don’t need And they lie.

Ok, update to my previous review..I decided to go with treatment at Absolute Dental for various reasons and started with the most pressing issues. They gave me reasonable pricing so I was happy with that. Office Manager Yanet was very helpful and kind and does a great job with logistics for patients. Paula is ALWAYS a big help as well, she kept me informed with things and answers all of my questions gracefully. Andie is great and made sure she was on spot to help and made sure I was clear on post appt. care and following up. Dr. Lee is excellent and did a wonderful job. She is so patient and skilled and gave me options when we had to make certain decisions on treatment. She never gets pushy or fussy like I've seen other dentists do. Dr Lee assured me whatever we decided on, everything would be fine. I'm very comfortable with her and will be doing follow up visits at this location. Great team! Also, assistant Leyvili was awesome! She was very encouraging and competent. She along with Dr. Lee got me through the appt. I had virtually no pain the following days and was really happy about that. Treatment can be more of a process instead of a one shot deal and keep in mind that no pain doesn't always mean no problem. Get the regular check ups if you're able. Very pleased with the care of this office and team 💯

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the entire Staff on the excellent service I received Monday the 18th. After being in excruciating pain since Saturday, to the point where the right side of my face was hurting, I was able to get an early Monday appointment to take care of my tooth.
Who knew a tooth could cause so much pain on my face!!! I met with Dr Lee who was pleasant and explained everything to me about the procedures that could be done to take care of my tooth. First off I'd like to acknowledge everyone that contributed to my journey of having my smile restored. Yanet the office manager was very helpful considerate and understanding of my finances which made it easier and less stressful on me. Then Paula always greeted me with a smile and she made me feel just like family because she always remembered my name when I came through the door which meant a lot. Caprice, I don't want to leave her out (because she is new to me) but she has a very warm and pleasant and beautiful smile and a calmness in her voice when she's helping you.
Now my team, which I mean in a very loving and endearing way is Crystal and Dr Lee the two of them working together made MAGIC when it came to creating my smile. At first I was nervous ( not the best experience with previous dentist) That's how by 🙏🏼 I ended up finding absolute Dental.

Sorry about the long review but this is my first ever and I'm 74 so I'm excited and I want them to know how they have changed my life with something as precious as a smile.

The third visit was great I started to relax so that I would even doze off waking myself up with a snore LOL,that's how comfortable and confident I was with Crystal and Dr. Lee. Crystal has a natural gift when it comes to being able to look at you, understand what you want with sincerity and patience. Then she creates the masterpiece. In my case it was a front bridge, nothing less than perfection.
Dr Lee was quiet and attentive when I was voicing the things that I hoped could be restored. She was confident in being able to take care of my issues.
Dr Lee is such a humble person she always speaks in a quiet reassuring voice which helped to keep me calm letting me know that I was in capable hands with her and Crystal. Because of my experience and interaction with the people I have mentioned earlier I can truthfully and with sincerity recommend and give Absolute Dental on Eastern five stars.
I am extremely happy with my bridge. Which brought back my old smile which is the one that family and friends and most importantly I remember. Thank you again for bringing something so important back to me. My smile😁

Review is based on front desk staff. Absolutely Horrible! Staff is all over the place no type of communication between patient and staff at all. When you walk in they don't greet you or acknowledge you. You have to speak first. The wait time is ridiculous don't tell you if they're running behind and when you ask they act like it they don't know anything, just "it shouldn't be that much longer". Poor customer/ patient service especially the front desk. Only thing positive is the their office is clean. If you have to reschedule they don't ask where you want to be seen they just schedule at whatever location fits your time frame, not okay. Overall staff definitely needs retraining on proper customer service and care or hire new people who actually like there job. Will not be returning.

UPDATE: I’m probably going to have to update this review a million times because the service just keeps getting better and better. The last 2 times I saw Andie and she is the most nicest, calmest person ever. . I use to dislike going to the dentist but she so soothing and gentle. I told her she can do whatever she like lol. From my first time going in Crystal was so nice, friendly and patience with me. I am a big baby when it comes to the dentist but she treated me with respect and took her time with me. She told me I will be there every step of the way and she meant exactly that and she did exactly that!!!!. Dr Chun look so young to be a dentist but she was super nice. ALMOST 3 weeks past and I call and no one can tell me why I haven’t been contacted or when I will be. The dental technician who greeted me started lecturing me because I did not get the deep cleaning 2 weeks after I had the first deep cleaning on one side. I did not agree with the few statements she made regarding the gap between tooth and gum. That made her upset, and she kept arguing with me instead of reaching her superior. My voice became louder! Later , Dr. Lee came in to check our situation in the room. The whole issue was there was no communication sideways among your staff members. This technician had no need to going into the lecture of necessary deep cleaning issues. I was not informed of getting the deep cleaning 2 weeks after I had the first one. I received the dental care in March 2023, April 2023, May2023. I have a 3 months regular cleaning scheduled on Dec. 28, 2023. After all, there was no need for her to make my had not getting the 2nd deep cleaning 2 weeks after the 1st one such a big deal. Don’t you agree? She has been trained poorly. Thank you.

Waited for 2 1/2 hours for our appointment. Front desk did not greet us and we stood there for 10 mins with staff just passing us by. Extremely unprofessional for the front desk ladies to have long nails in a medical setting. They weren’t train to handle so many patients with customer service. We were referred here by main dentist for my kid to get her wisdom tooth’s taken out and they wanted the referral paper from our dentist, which no one called to ask us to bring it to the office. I suggest they should call each patients the day before of appointment and give instructions before coming in the following day and remind patients to make sure to bring necessary papers. This facility just wanted head count so they can bill insurance. They do not care how long a patient wait. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all

Went in to ask a few questions about pulling a tooth expecting the usual corporate jargon. What I got instead was a 1 on 1 chat with Mei who explained everything clearly and concise, making the whole experience something marvelous.

This woman has excellent customer service skills went in with tooth pain and left with a smile on my face knowing I was well taken care of.

I literally don't know how its possible to have such horrible follow up and communication. I was only helped (after 5 days of back and forth/miscommunication the phone) when walking into the office IN PERSON and speaking to a manager. It's truly pathetic.

I truly did not receive the service these positive reviews claim. Avoid this company and save yourself the TIME and MONEY.

I’ve never been to a dentist office this fast paced! I had an appointment and I was in and out before I knew it. The employees there were so nice and helpful with all the questions I had about my dental health. The manager even asked me at the end of my visit if I was satisfied with my treatment! I would recommend this office a hundred percent.

This place, location, office will always stay in my heart as my favorite dental establishment in the world. I stumbled in for a broken crown during my pregnancy and was treated with the upmost care and attention to detail. The people who made this experience so noticeably beautiful were *Mei at the front desk, who was very caring about my insurance and paperwork working out and helped me find a suitable payment plan along with a suitable credit line and if it wasn’t for her help, I’d surely be in a rough situation, either financially or medically by putting off care that needed attention. *Crystal cared for me before and after the doctor as she is the Main Dentist Assistant. She’s truly an amazing, and beautiful soul. Very caring, thoughtful and ahead of it all by bringing up potential concerns that I was wondering about but not saying. Unexpectedly wonderful ladies.. Personable, attentive and gentle. Seriously I wish Them only the best, I was given a double apron during my ex-rays and cared for like an individual who matters instead of just another person. Dr. Chung was my dentist and he was soo very gentle and careful, The tender care I received- I felt like a dainty flower- They were soo gentle. And I honestly tell you the girls Crystal and Mei were very professional with great bedside manners and by the time of my 3rd/4th visit they almost felt like actual friends because of how natural conversing was with them and they remembered details regarding my individual case.
Overall, I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this exact office with these kind hearted professionals. You can’t ask for anything more than that. They went above and beyond in my opinion because I’m so used to dry and indifferent people so the warmth I felt here was uplifting and refreshing. Last 2 times I was there, I was taken care of by Stephany and although I didn’t get to know her she was attentive, sweet, and remembered me after just the first visit and constantly pronounced my difficult name correctly as well! Thanks a Million for all of the positivity during a normally scary task (dental work). You guys made it a breeze~ Need more humanitarian people like You out there. <3 NOT TO MENTION THEY WORK SO FAST!! No wasting time!!! What’s not to love?

This is the second time that I’ve shown up for a scheduled appointment and the doors were locked. I have my appointment card and email reminder showing that I have an appointment at this time and no one is here. The only reason why I gave two stars is because when I actually do go there the dental hygienist is great. The lady that I spoke to in customer service was really nice and offered to reschedule my appointment but I will not be coming back to absolute dental. I have had to take time off of work to show up for an appointment just for no one to be there.

Very friendly staff. Dentist stopped immediately when I said I still felt pain and made sure I was good and numb before she continued. Also staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Told me about some things medicaid will cover that I wasn't even aware of.... definitely will be going back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When I say do not select this location I mean do not! Day of appointment you go sign in sign some paperwork then BOOM hit with the time you come in is an arrival time. So basically if I am arriving at that time I am waiting an hour to an hour and a half maybe longer because the front office staff has over lapped appointments. Getting to the back even before the guy who's appointment (I mean arrival time) was thirty minutes before mine was still waiting. I get to the back and there are at least 4 people ahead of me. Mind you no one stated this would be any longer than 3 hrs. In fact they say I should be out by no later than 1:30 which is would have been fine but how would that be possible if there are several people ahead and it is already going on 11:00. Completely horrible experience. I will not be returning to this location. Someone needs to work on the scheduling seeing there is one surgeon.

This place is the worst! My wife has had appointments schedules multiple times and shown up and no one was there, no call or email or anything! We kept her home from school for an extraction and show up for them to tell us she needs her spacers out in order for us to do it. Didn't tell us that when scheduling the appointment. Now we have to bring her the day before winter break to do that! Dentists here are great, office staff has no idea what they are doing! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Absolute Dental and especially Dr. Han. Like many of us, I hate going to the dentist. It’s been too long since I have been to the dentist and needed deep cleaning and three broken teeth crowned. The hygienist was very good and she got my teeth feeling very clean. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. She also has me on a good plan for hygiene using a Oral-B electric toothbrush, proper flossing & using a water pic. Dr. Han and her staff did a great job on the crowns. Between them and the lab they use, they all feel natural and look fantastic. The front office staff were also very friendly and helpful. This is now my dentist for life. Thank you so much.

Moved to Vegas recently and I needed to take my little one in for tooth pain. Turns out he needed a root canal. The whole process was simple and easy. The entire staff, fromthe front desk to the office manager were polite amd professional. Dr. Han was awesome! He kept my son calm and happy throughout the process. Just amazing. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DONT COME HERE. they bribe people to waive fees if you write them a good google reviews before they even perform their procedures. My mother came in for a tooth extraction, face was clearly swollen and in a lot of pain, waited 2 hours before even starting x rays. Terrible customer service. They first numbed the wrong side of her face, she had to correct them herself. Then they made her hold the other side of her face as they extracted her tooth. As she’s sobbing in pain because not 1 out of 3 dentist know how to properly numb, and perform this procedure, they are basically yelling at her to take deep breaths. She clearly made them aware of her pain, they basically ignored her. After they extracted her tooth, they dismissed her, and didn’t even bother to give her any gauze, neither before or after the procedure. My mother left the office sobbing, and in the same pain she came in with, and traumatized.

This whole office is full of truly kind and caring people. Came in without an appointment in so much pain and afraid to get dental work done and from the wonderful assistants to the dr, I ended up with my teeth repaired and the pain gone. He is a true artist at what he does. Best dental work I've ever had. Beautiful, comfortable crowns that look and feel great. Confidence to smile and no fear of going to the dentists! Im terrified of Dentists. Not the people but the equipment. I have really bad anxiety to the point I CANT TALK to communicate even the smallest things. SYDNEY (i hope i spelled your name correctly.) They were so nice and I felt 10000x more comfortable after they chatted with me. Even with all thex rays I felt calm lbecause they were so kind.
Also when they went over my medicare stuff at the end it was extremely helpful to figure what i needed done, and were patient with me. thank you i just had to post before I forgot

I Have used Eastern location for work usually for an urgency as my busy schedule required in past to get work done asap.

Personnel had changed in past. Good and better moved to other locations.

Today after loosing cap a few days ago, I found the best team in place today from front to back.
No detail missed and a thorough professional service was received. My referral to my benefit office placed in file to help expedite a nail down a schedule to get my teeth in order.

I am highly recommended this particular as I know what great customer service is and when anticipated thoughts are given to keep my teeth in my head.

I absolutely recommend this office and will encourage any co-workers, toothless or ugly teeth people to them.

I spent my pregnancy in and out of the hospital with Covid and pneumonia which seriously impacted my mental and physical health and I watched my teeth slowly crumble over 3 years. If I had known who crystal was I would have seemed dentures much sooner. I really was terrified of being judged and just having a bad experience. She made me feel so relieved and comfortable starting my denture journey. Seriously guys… call and request crystal, especially if you’re on Medicaid. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made and crystal was more supportive than my friends.

This place is a SCAM they had me pay $39 for an exam and cleaning then refused the normal tooth cleaning and said “it would do nothing” but recommend a “discounted” rate of $495 per left and right side of mouth for a deep clean…. They also told me they would discount my total bill for all the things they found wrong but it still was over $7,000 for out of pocket expenses. Don’t waste your time. Also facility was dirty with dust and stains all over the chairs and x-ray equipment.

This has got to be the worste dentist office in all of Las Vegas , they never have your stuff on time . Have you come in just to reschedule, take your money but never keep up their part of the bargain , even giving me discolored veneers . My names Jonathon matos and every part of this company as been horrible . Especially when I’ve given them over 10k . They have messed up literally EVERY single appointment for the past two years . I would LOVE for someone and this location to FACT check this. This location is beyond unprofessional and a complete mess behind the scene . Can’t even get it together even after hiring a new team. They play the blame game all day on eachother . From past employees to the lab taking to long . I was on my way to Las Vegas, and we stopped to eat in kingman. While flossing my teeth, my crown popped out. Luckily, I saved it. Got to Vegas called Absolute Dental. They took me in the next day and glued my tooth back in at no charge.
