I felt like part of the family! I was greeted by Monique and her beautiful smile. She is the perfect model of the profession. T the dental assistant has the greatest personality and Dr. Vernon mentioned she has worked with him for years and he seemed pleased and proud of that. Dr. Vernon has a sweet demeanor and is very experienced. He took the time to explain the care and procedures. He even preformed my cleaning which I hadn't had an appointment for that day he just took the time to care! Please don't close the Ft. Apache office it's in my neighborhood and I will miss my new family.

She was at the front desk, answering questions, taking X-rays and in the middle of X-rays a customer came back to ask for help. Office is clean and neat. I scheduled an appointment because I was having tooth pain. I came into the office with a lot of dental anxiety. I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist. The dental assistant who did my X-rays and helped me to the door was very kind and helpful. When the dentist came in, he explained the pro’s and con’s of each treatment route. He made me feel confident and assured me that a root canal would be the best option for me. I’m so glad I found Absolute Dental and I will continue to come here for further treatment.

The performance of the employees was excellent, but I experienced the following problems:
1. The religious music played everywhere in the office was a HUGE turn off.
I did NOT go there to attend a church service!
Politically incorrect music on the PA system should be immediately discontinued.

I went in for a much needed cleaning. It's hard to find a good place that will take you right away. This place was clean and very welcoming. The front desk receptionist jenny was super helpful. I had questions regarding my new insurance, and she was very helpful. The dental assistant Monica and Doctor Truong were very gentle and always asked if I was comfortable and if I needed anything or if i was in pain to let them know so they could accommodate me. I stopped by Dr.Vernon office for a second opinion about another dentist quite expensive diagnosis. D.Vernon staff is very nice and welcoming, from the receptionist to his assistant. Contrary to the other dentist, he checked my bite, my jaws alignement and my teeth, by "actually looking into my mouth", while the other one didn't bother and just looked at the x-rays. Dr.Vernon's diagnosis was 50% cheaper since he didn't impose on me some extra optional procedure that the other one wouldn't do without, so I asked for time to think about it. Follow your intuition sometimes. I'm glad I did. I found Dr.Vernon and saved money for the exact same work.

Absolute dental Fort Apache is a terrible place. I had an infection and swelling on the right side of my face I made an appointment under the condition that the problem would be dealt with that day. What happened I got x rays and a consultantion with an estimate of all work needed. Yes there were 2 teeth on the right side with the swelling that needed to be pulled but the dentist would not do it. I would have to go to an oral surgeon at another location their office doesn't even do the appointment for me. I made one by phone still took 4 days. The appointment is on Eastern ave a 70 mile drive from my house once there they say I get a consultation but maybe the work won't be done for 139.00. I say no guarantee of work no money they agreed to do the work .I have the consultation 3 hours later I'm still sitting in a dentist chair with no work done. I was told the oral surgeon was too busy I had already paid 1050.00 for the procedure and said I'm not leaving till the teeth are pulled so I'm told there's another oral surgeon in the building . She was actually a dentist and did remove the teeth but bruised my lip badly and damaged two other teeth .The total cost to remove 2 teeth 1314.00. This is a bad company they are not concerned with the patient's wellfare or skilled enough to correctly do dental procedures. There is no communication between different offices . The Fort Apache office set me up for this situation . SHAME ON THEM ! ! ! !

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOD-AWFUL!!!

Firstly, I noticed that a kid with absolutely zero, or close to zero experience was performing the x-rays on me, being that it was obvious that he was struggling to get a clean picture of each section of my mouth. He would go over the same shot 2-3 times, on every single section of my mouth, and it got very painful at a certain point. Thankfully, a more experienced lady noticed how long it was taking, then came by and got it done in less than 2 minutes. For just 2-3 pictures of my teeth, the kid took almost 45 minutes & caused 13 sores in my mouth.

When the lady was finished, she walked out of the room, and I sat, waiting for 20 more minutes without being told a thing! I couldn't take any more of the hassle, inconvenience and pain, so I left when they cleared the room, after waiting an additional 20 minutes for someone to just say something, letting me know they were there. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in the dental industry, and do not feel I should pay for something that entailed the consequences I endured.

They did not respond to my emails, and have not refunded me when I requested it. Now, I will be filing a dispute and letting everyone know how HORRIBLE Absolute Dental is!

By far the most horrible experience in my life, I actually feel bad because the gentleman helping me get my x-rays done was not experience. The work performed was fine and on par with most dental offices. My problem was with pricing and administration. For new patients, they advertised $69 on their website for exam, x-rays and cleaning. For whatever reason, they charged me $179 and would give no further discount. I could have went to another office down the street but didn't want to waste more time. I scheduled the appointment online and arrived on time after filling out the downloadable medical forms and uploading to their site. Just before the appointment, I received a text with the same forms to fill out. So, I did. When checking in, I was asked to give my name, phone, address, etc. At the end of my appointment I was told I would have to come back for the cleaning. As a new patient, I was disappointed that I was overcharged and unnecessarily lost valuable time from my work day by going to two appointments.

I finally got a chance to get into the dentist after not going in several years, I walked in without an appointment and was able to get the red carpet treatment, from the admin Daisy squeezing me in because of my work schedule, to the Hygienist Miguel, giving me the best Deep cleaning and educating me on my dental health to my now new Dentist Dr Miguel and his assistant Monica, I can truthfully say this was by far my best dental experience ever! I have invested lots of time and money into my dental, it was a challenge to get the time to go and try to make an appointment, they went over and beyond to get me back on track.
On a scale on 1-10 they are a 20! They even offered me financing! There’s so much more I can say, but definitely give this office a chance, 0 disappointments 🙏😇💯

This is my first time at the Ft Apache location. I used to go the lake mead and jones location for my teeth cleaning and dental exams, but after being here for the first time, I'm sure that I like this location more than my old one. The inside of this location was decorated differently than other locations that made it feel more warm and welcoming. The wall paint and lighting didnt make me feel like I was in a doctors office like other locations. Aside from the aesthetics of this location, the service and hospitality of the employees here really made my experience an exceptional one. The front desk lady (I think her name was sandra?) Was very professional and polite when checking me in. Miguel did my teeth cleaning and Dr. Vernom did my dental exam. Dr. Vernom is very polite and gentle when examing my teeth and overall was very friendly and answered all my questions. I prefer this dentist over my old one because my old one was not as polite and always seemed angry doing his job so having Vernom as my new dentist makes me look forward to future appointments. Miguel was EXTREMELY informative and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way during the cleaning. He really seemed to enjoy his job and was very attentive. I learned a few new things from him when it came to flossing and some interesting facts I didnt know before about teeth staining and dental health. The results from my cleaning were excellent and I would recommend this location to anyone just based off of service alone. Thank you to the whole team from the front desk, to the dentist, and the hygienist that made my first experience at this location a great one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall this place has been a horrible experience. One visit, they lost/did not receive a check from my insurance. My insurance confirmed the check was sent but never cashed, and the dental office needs to recontact them to issue a new check. It has been 3 months since I reported this information to Absolute Dental's customer service and billing departments. There is still no resolution, and I have received multiple threats of being sent to collections by Absolute since then.

Another visit, my insurance covered, but Absolute Dental overcharged me on the day of the visit, totalling about $150 of overpayment on my part. Nearly impossible to get a hold of their customer service, and when you do, there isn't anything they can do about it.

The dental work was fine, but the headache of dealing with their billing "practices" is not worth it. I will be looking for another dentist in the future. I only used this place because they took over the location from my previous dentist Advanced Dentistry, I had no problems prior to Absolute Dental taking over, and it has only been problems since.

Billing department isn't competent enough to reach out to insurance and request a lost check reissue. For over 6 months they've sent me statements for claims my insurance shows approved and paid but uncashed. Only Absolute Dental can request the reissue to insurance. I continue to call Absolute but when they do answer they don't actually get the issue resolved.

Tried to charge me $2500 for a deep cleaning. Go to Rampart Dental. They only charged me $600. They also wanted to charge me $2000 more for a root canal than Rampart Dental. And when I went there, their internet was down so I waited in the lobby for an hour while a tech had to fix it. The front desk ladies are nice at least.

Really bad customer service. A Spanish speaking relative went in for an appointment, she was not acknowledged by Daniel. He demonstrated no respect, the first thing he said was “we do not have any Spanish speakers”. Handed us the paperwork and when we asked if it was in Spanish, he annoyingly pointed at the paperwork without further explanation. His behavior was unacceptable. He should not be the first person to “greet” patients.
