They got me in the same day. They were quick and explained my costs and insurance coverage. I haven't been to the dentist in years and the process wasn't hard at all. The doctor was teaching someone to be a dental assistant and he was very nice and obviously was listening to her cause he would correct her. I enjoyed the staff and the doctor going back for a cleaning soon.

Always a great experience when going for a cleaning at Absolute Dental. Iris, the dental assistant is so pleasant, and helped with my anxiety. Dr. Acevedo is detailed in her work, and has a gentle precise touch which makes even the scariest procedures tolerable. Totally recommend for anyone seeking treatment to help prevent any bacteria getting in the gums and never leave without a fluoride varnish if you have sensitive teeth. 😃🦷🪥
This is the first time ever, that a dentist made sure I actually did not feel any pain, and the work they do is amazing. 10/10 for bedside manner and customer service. 10/10 for quality of work.

Poor customer service! I made an appointment for 3:30pm for a routine check up and hygienist. I received the appropriate reminders for my appointment until the day before I saw my appointment was switch to 9:30am. I never rescheduled my appointment and no one called me about a scheduling issue.
I called the central scheduling office and they said my appointment was changed because there was an earlier time slot. I said I didn’t request an earlier time slot and asked for my original appointment time of 3:30 to be honored. The rep informed she switched it back to 3:30pm.
Guess what?! I arrive to my appointment the next day and they said I was not scheduled and missed my 9:30am appointment. How does this happen? How can you change a patient’s appointment time without their knowledge or consent. The girl in the office didn’t bother to explain nor APOLOGIZE. A simple apology goes a long way when you know your office and/or company made a mistake. But no, I have to be inconvenienced by coming back another day. I will never come back to absolute dental. I’ll spend my insurance money and dollars somewhere else. Good riddance.

Love this office! We moved and was kind of worried on switching locations but so happy we did. Reina the office manager was very helpful with making the switch and helping me get all 3 of my kids seen on the same day. She answered all my billion of questions before making our appointment and as well after our appointment with the best treatment method for my youngest. The whole staff was great! Great experience from beginning to end.

Derrick at the front desk was amazing! He was very attentive and sympathetic, my nurse that did my X-rays was amazing as well … we need more people like them . I was able to get seen the same day and have my wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist made sure I felt no pain I appreciate them all .
