Jenni, the PA I see at Ace Primary, in Green Valley is a phenomenal provider. I was having problems for the longest time and Jenni, was patient and thorough. Finally diagnosing me after running tests that no one else had thought of. When the results became available over the weekend she prescribed medications on Sunday ahead of my scheduled drs appt with her on Wednesday. I didn’t have to wait to start medications. Can’t say I have EVER had a provider do that. She’s on top of my health which I greatly appreciate. I finally have answers thanks to Jenni. I highly recommend Jenni to anyone wanting someone who wants you to succeed in your healthcare journey.

I’ve had a great experience with my primary care NP Jennilyn Chiu APRN.She truly listens to my concerns, takes the time to answer my questions, and encourages open communication. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she makes sure I understand my treatment plan and options. Her compassionate, attentive approach makes me feel heard and valued as a patient. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares.

I seen Dr. Courtney at this location. New patient to this facility. The experience was too notch. On time and with a smile. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Dr.Courtney was incredible and explained everything g so I could understand it and helped me so much.

I’ll start off by saying the ladies At the front desk were super nice, but I was a bit disappointed with Jenni My appointment was at 1:45 and Jenny didn’t walk into the room until way after two. I believe it was 220. And it didn’t seem too busy so I was just a little confused. And our discussion about my blood test was very vague and fast she pretty much explained to me what I already knew from my results

Today was my first day at Ace Primary Care. The staff was super nice and listened to me. I saw Jenni and she was amazing especially since I dumped a lot of new medical issues that I have on her. She answered all my questions and I felt heard. It was also nice to be able to get in so quick. Most doctors offices are a six month wait but I got in the next day and even have a follow up in three weeks. I can't wait to establish a long term partnership with Jenni and the Ace team! Thank you to everyone I saw today. You were amazing!
