I go to them with x-rays and a mri for my right shoulder which I was told it was fractured and all they said I'll see you in three weeks. No instructions or sling and nothing for pain. I have yet to get more than 4 hrs of sleep do to this injury.

The Durango location was over crowded. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about my position on line. I was informed that I was next to be called. I was happy to hear that. However, it took another 20 minutes to be called. Once in the room, the MA nor doctor apologized for the long wait. So in the future, I will make sure that I'm not scheduled at this location ever again. Other than this, the doctors mannerism was great. He listened and answered all my questions. And he explained my surgery photos.

Don’t come here but If you do make sure that you show up an hour after your original appointment time because that’s the amount of time you’re gonna wait to see a doctor probably more but who knows since I left at the hour mark. I got there at 12:45 pm to be able to fill out my documents, I sat in waiting room till 1:17 pm then got put in a patient room and answered a few questions for the nurse, I sat there till 1:45 no doctor had come in to just at least meet me and introduce him self nothing just sitting there. When you make an appointment you make it at that time to be able to do what you need to do with the test of your day, the doctor and this office showed no actual care at all, they don’t care about your time either. As I walked out nurse said “ he’s coming “ as if that would take back the hour I been waiting there, I took off and called my insurance provider right away to document this. I would not recommend.

I saw Dr. Kim for severe shoulder stiffness and pain. I deeply appreciated that he didn’t immediately push for surgery. He recommended a localized cortisone injection paired with targeted physical therapy. The treatment plan broke the cycle of inflammation, and my mobility is back to normal.

I had my first visit with this facility on Friday, April 3. I drove from Skye Canyon all the way to their office by the Durango hotel when I got there, the lobby was packed. It took forever just to get my new patient paperwork to start filling out. When they took me back, they did my x-rays rather quickly and then I waited quite a while for the doctor and instead of seeing the doctor, they sent in a physicians assistant. In total, I was there 2 hours and when I was leaving, I asked the nurse if she sent my prescription in and she said yes. Here it is Wednesday April 8th and they still have not sent the prescription in, even though I called them on Tuesday the 7th. The first phone call the woman I spoke to didn’t even ask my birthdate or patient information. Just put me on hold and then sent me to voicemail after being on hold for 20 minutes. I called back the next person I spoke to after being on hold for about 15 minutes, told me that they are in clinic and that she’ll leave them a message and I still do not have my prescription. I’ve never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism with a medical office. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had an 8:15 appointment at the Horizon Ridge office this morning and didn't get called back until NINE!! FORTY FIVE MINUTES after my appointment!! Time is money, folks! When I FINALLY got called, I complained and the lady says, "We're running behind." You think? Unacceptable!!! Now I'm in the room...WAITING!! So, let's see how long it takes for the Dr to come in....(I'll wait for THAT before finishing)...
Well, Dr came in 1/2 hour later.
Saw him for TWO minutes and out I went...at 9:35!!!
The one star is due to a 45 minute wait to be called back!!
(Dr K is awesome, just overly busy.
I told him he's like an airline...he overbooks! He laughed and said he wished!)

I had two knee surgeries last fall and Although Dr. Luo’s surgical team were excellent the office staff has been extremely rude. Many of the office staff are short and rude. When you arrive they never greet you with a hello and smile. When I call there are very long hold times and when you finally get a person they are rude. I called today to check on my bill and the lady in the billing department was extremely rude and did not even end our call with goodbye. She simply hung up on me. I will not refer others to this place simply due to the customer experience.

The doctor is amazing but his staff definitely needs some training. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and recently I’ve been having horrible knee pain again. I have dual insurance and still somehow 2 years ago some X-rays didn’t get paid. I tried to schedule an appointment today because my knee is throbbing and swollen and I was told by their billing department so rudely that I couldn’t schedule an appointment unless my balance was paid off even though I have dual insurance . So never returning here again.. billing department definitely needs some customer service lessons.

Every experience with Advanced Orthopedics has been positive. Dr. Timothy Trainor is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge easily. He is kind and no nonsense. I am not impressed with this office. First, I keep getting texts that I was referred to this office from my PCP. I was seen almost 2 weeks ago. This office referred me to pain management that doesn’t take my insurance. Waited a couple days to find out where I need to go after I called back, found out it’s BACK to my original doctor office and the referral was sent two days prior to getting ahold of anyone at this office. No call, nothing letting me know what was going on or where to go. Called my original doctor office last week and they said it was a new referral not ready for appt and to call on Monday. Called my original doctor office today to schedule an appt and they are STILL waiting on info from this office. Never can get ahold of whoever in in charge of this referral nonsense (because there is apparently only ONE) and still dealing with herniated disc pain. It’s been almost a week. I chose this office because they are suppose to be good instead of going to the other options I had and because of their “sports medicine”. The provider I had was great, but trying to get communication from the office is not helpful. If this is how they deal with patients and communication, there’s not a chance I would trust them with a herniated disc surgery or treatment plans.

I was 1st seen by doctor Timothy Trainors staff and I had to have an ORIF surgery on my right ankle. The surgery was successful my bone healed, however, the hardware had to be removed. Doctor Heller called and was absolutely wonderful, he removed the hardware and he cared for my wound and he cared for me. He and his team of nurses and medical staff worked with me dried my tears held me hand and comforted me. My final visit was Tuesday and we both wear a little teary eyed, a very long haul.I am forever grateful and back on my feet hardware successfully removed and my life is much better. Hats off to doctor Heller, absolutely wonderful!

I feel relaxed when I come into this office because, I know that I am in capable and well trained hands. I had another foot doctor near my home . He had been my doctor since 2005. Once he sent me for a test and gave me an incorrect result, that was it! Dr. Heller is a breath of fresh air. Usually I am afraid when getting my toe nails clipped but, it was a breeze with the doctor. He even had a medical device I had not seen which he used on my toes. If you are looking for a foot doctor, try doctor Heller you won't be disappointed.

I called AOSM, yesterday to get a podiatry appointment for my neice. It had been challenging locating a Podiatrist in network, accepting new patients, during these trying times, but I really needed to get my neice seen, as soon as possible. Carrie answered the appointment line and she was wonderful. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She gave me suggestions to help me expedite getting the required xrays done, prior to a next day appointmen, she was able to give us. She was amazingly pleasant & helpful, and continued to be, when we showed up today, as well. Next, we met Vanessa, for check in. She too, was very pleasant and welcoming. It didn't stop there. Our introduction to our new Podiatrist, Dr. Heller, was inspiring. He was warm and helpful, even taking extra steps to make it easier to begin my neice's treatment sooner. I wish, I had not been so surprised by their pleasant nature, but I could tell the company has been slammed. My call yesterday to the appointment line took 40 minutes to be answered, but I loved how the automated system told me my number in line. There wasn't a huge staff there today, they were clearly very busy and yet, it never affected their cheerful demeanor. That meant so much to me, especially during these challenging times!! Thank you, so much to these three front line workers for doing what you do!! I know this was a long post, but it needed to be said. I highly recommend this company, specifically, Dr. Heller and I look forward to telling others about my experience.

Terrible customer service at the appointment line. At fitst they wouldnt book me an appointment because i did not have my referral in their name yet but when i offered to have it setup as cash until i gor my referral that was ok. The lady was rude when i tried to say how i kust needed to change the doctor office on the paperwork and Iwould be good to go. At the end Iwas rushed off the phone at the end like I didn't mean anything. I would not recommend this place at all. If they treat someone like that from the beginning imagine the rest of the time you are seen by them.
