No nonsense dental. In and out with no anxiety about unnecessary procedures and costs. I was able to get xrays, a cleaning, a consultation, and two fillings on the same visit with a fantastic price. I’ve been coming to this office for over 5 years for routine teeth cleanings. Sadly I was informed at the most recent cleaning that I have a cavity and it needed to be filled. I agreed to do it the same day. The procedure took maybe 15 minutes? The dentist was really good about numbing the gum before the injection. The injection was pretty painless. And the drilling and the filling went quick, smooth and painless. I was amazed!

Very disappointing to finally get dental insurance and to be referred to the office only to hear they are not taking Culinary plans for treatment. Goes to show that dentists office especially this one only care about profit instead of dental health. Once again the health care system fails even when you pay dues to qualify for benefits. Greed.

I recently attended Advent Dental for a routine check-up and was extremely pleased with the quality of care provided by my dentist. He was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The overall dental care experience was excellent, and I felt well taken care of.

However, I did encounter some challenges with the billing process. There was a misunderstanding regarding how my insurance claim was processed, and I reached out for clarification. Unfortunately, the interaction with one of the staff members, Tammy, was less than pleasant. I felt that my concerns were not addressed in a respectful manner, and the conversation left me feeling uncomfortable.

I do want to emphasize that my overall experience with the dentist and the quality of dental care was exceptional, and I am grateful for the professional treatment I received. I hope that the office can improve their communication and customer service in the billing department to match the excellent care provided by the dental team.

I got my wisdom teeth removed YEARS ago. The dentist here told me I only had 3 wisdom teeth to remove. I continued to get my teeth cleaned/checkups occasionally but years later I find out.. I have another wisdom tooth? THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED ABOUT?! I ended up having to go through hoops to get this tooth removed but at no help from the people at Advent Dental. Extremely lazy work from dentist and the level of disrespect presented to patients expressing concern is very unsettling. I came in for a simple cleaning and the dentist looked in my mouth for what was less than one minute. Then proceeded to get up and leave without saying anything. I was sitting for about fifteen minutes waiting for him to come back and he never did until the dental assistant informed me I was done and could leave. I asked if I was getting a cleaning because I was charged a couple hundred dollars and I was expecting one, she told me everything was done and I needed to leave. I went up to the dentist and asked him why he didn’t give me a cleaning and he looked me up and down and told me that he cleaned my mouth and to go to a different dentist next time. I was caught so off guard the disrespect and condescending tone was insane to me. I was simply asking him about a service I paid for and did not receive and he was kicking me out of the office talking down to me. The “cleaning” lasted a total of 30 seconds if even that. Do not go here it’s a waste of time and money and dignity.

Overall, my experience with this dentist has been very positive. I really appreciate Dr. Hejazi and his team. I’d had a terrible experience with another dentist recently & when I contacted Advent Dental it was with no small amount of trepidation. His office staff were friendly and professional. I was able to schedule an appointment within 7 days…which was a pleasant surprise because I’ve had to wait months as a new patient elsewhere. My first impression was that Dr. Hejazi has the type of personality that can quickly put you at ease. Calm and competent would best describe him. Because I had to have a root canal, I was referred to an endodontist for the procedure. Then, the crown (fitting and setting) would be done by Advent Dental. To me, Dr. Hejazi’s referral to such an exceptional specialist speaks highly about him as well. When it came time for the fitting, one of his assistants worked on the temporary crown and it was the best fit and most realistic temporary crown I have ever seen. Some dentists are okay with slapping a straw-like pillar on the prepped tooth and sending you in your way…YES this has happened to me. When prepping the tooth Tammy was assisting Dr. Hejazi, and I really appreciate how she explained exactly what was (and would be) happening. There is one small thing that has me giving 4 stars instead of five and that is the length of time for the numbing process. It may be a little too short. The numbing gel seemed to be inserted and left for less than a minute, and then it was time for the needle. Dr. Hejazi is good, but I still felt a little too much during the actual injection. Then, within a couple of minutes of the injection the work starts. I’m a little up in the air on this because other dentists have had me in the chair for upwards of 25 minutes waiting…which is way too long. I don’t want to be nitpicking about too short when too long is the norm elsewhere. But I can’t help but wonder if my root canal’d tooth with it’s deadened nerves didn’t block what could have been a very painful experience. It wasn’t and everything was fine, which could probably be chalked up to Dr. Hejazi’s experience. But I still think maybe giving couple of minutes more for the numbing take effect wouldn’t hurt.

Massoud Hejazi dentist clinic has hiding fee that is $10 office fee for each visit as office policy. The fee is not covered by most dental insurances. They did not say or menion it upon made appointment.

I went to the dentist for check up few days ago because he is one of Nevasa Elite dentist in my dental insurance. If I choose dentist from Nevada Elite dentists, it should be save my out of pocket when I start treatment.

It was the first tine to visit there so my appointment was for check up that should be 100% covered by insurance but they wanted me to pay $10. I do not want to pay it and cancel my appointment at front desk.

I do not know that the dentist is good or not but I can not trust the clinic because of the hiding fee that they never say on the phone and their website.

Was disappointed to find I would need a crown and at no time did anyone Endodontist or Advent mention this to me until I checked out after getting what I thought was filling. Not an issue to get a crown, never explained and then sticker shock for co-pay. Just had a colonoscopy. Very detailed in planning up front. Dentist Dr. Hajizi was very nice and knowledgeable and had a real warmth for my son. My son has special needs and he treated him with respect and dignity. The front office person was very kind and professional making the appointments for my son. Now…I felt a bit stressed regarding the women that collects the payments and refers you to their/ her “choice” referral dr’s moving forward. Very aggressive kind of like signing on the dotted line with buying a car. Not really knowing and having a moment to get a grip on the amount of money it would cost(quotes over $2100. for the work this dentist would do) . She called her choice referral and started the conversation with “ we have a cash patient” seriously?! Because of all the flags I did my due diligence and called my insurance company “ kudos to Health Plan of Nevada!” they said your sons infections come under a health issue and indeed they covered what this woman said they wouldn’t. Both office staff tried to pressure me into an oral surgeon Dr. Degan to pull two very infected abscessed teeth the next day and forgo using my health insurance . Antibiotics were indeed ordered from the dentist however later to my knowledge they needed to kick in before my son went and had those teeth pulled. He has a bicuspid not a tricuspid aortic valve. Not having the infection under control could had been a horrible outcome. I’m so happy with doing my due diligence and not accepting the pressures these two office staff people tried to put on me. Julia from Dr. Degan’s office actually could take me the next day as a cash payment emergency however when I let her know Health Plan of Nevada was able to cover it they suddenly did not have an opening for my son for over a month!!!! Interesting? I called both offices and politely asked that both Dr’s call me so that I can ask and hopefully have them understand my concern to get my son in as soon as possible. Both office staff abruptly said they were busy and the Dr’s could not call me back . Dr. Hajiz’s gal simple hung up on me. Ugh!!! Great outcome!! In the the long run “glass half full” I feel we dodged a bullet!!! My son is in great hands with a very professional team of oral surgeons. Honestly believe and trust your gut and your heart!!! I hope people don’t get bullied by poor customer service with these staff people in these Dr’s offices. Dr’s please take the time to really do your due diligence on who is representing you. They can seriously make or break you and all the hard work getting where you are today. Most of you Dr.’s have paid your dues and spent an amazing amount of time and efforts in achieving your positions. It’s sad that you don’t keep up on doing your due diligence on your first and last impressions and who is a directly representing you, FIRST IMPRESSIONS. Just my thoughts and gratitude of seeing extreme differences of office staffs in these past few weeks of getting my son into the right hands. This is the difference between great , mediocre and bad practices.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hejazi for years. Every time I come for my bi-yearly dental cleaning it’s always a smooth and pleasant process.

In the past I’ve been to dentists that scrape your gums and are less delicate than I’d like (I have sensitive gums and teeth) but Dr. Hejazi and his team are thoughtful and careful about making sure I’m comfortable.

I’ve been coming here for years, from dental cleaning to fillings. The staff are great, from front desk (Brenda and Tammy) to the dental assistant and of course Dr. Hezaji. I had no complains! The office is always clean.
Our safety is their main concern.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Hejazi is also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not anxious at all during your appointment they answer and questions you may have and explain to you step by step what your appointment is going to consist of. We’ve been going to Dr. Hejazi for almost 5-6 years now. And every visit is exceptional, the staff are all very friendly and professional. The hygienists and Dr. Hejazi are all very gentle throughout the entire cleaning process. They’ve also practice good social distancing and all wearing PPE’s.

I only had the basic cleaning done. The Dr and staff was thorough and professional. All was great. Only issue I had this time was they added a service charge due to COVID. I understand they have to do extra measures but I have had pretty substantial cutbacks on my salary and every bit counts at this point. Hopefully they will drop this charge on my next visit.

I can’t say enough positive things about this office! I’ve never had an issue, the staff is always so pleasant, and so personable! I’ve been to offices before where it seems like forever before you get to see anyone. This office is completely different! I will often come in a bit earlier and still manage to leave within a half or so. Thank you all for the great work you do!

I’ve been seeing their offices for almost 10 years now. Their staff has never been unfriendly, and the ease of the procedures have kept me here since then. Mount in from the first time of the pandemic hitting, they’re following all the guidelines for the waiting room, which is a huge relief overall.

my husband and I have been patients here for over 10 years! the Doctor and staff are amazing. He truly cares about his patients.
he is very gentle and puts you at ease.
Now I have never had a fear of dentist, but my husband is a different story. Lol.
But we can safely say Dr. Hajazi is so gentle that my husband goes every 6 months with zero problems.

Wonderful staff ! Always kind and helpful. Work is done nice and easy. Gentle care. I am so glad I was able to keep him and them when I switched health plans. I go in twice a year with the usual dread, but come out happy and relaxed. My teeth are cleaned and cared for with professionalism and information. The office staff know their business, and take care of the paperwork without problem. The ones that clean and polish and x-ray me do it the right way. I highly recommend Dr Hejazi and everyone else, as they are just as pleasant as they could be.

I only started going to Advent Dental recently since it was recommended by one of my friends. Let me tell you, Dr. H and his staff are so kind and understanding. I never got such good experiences with my recent dentist, so I never liked to visit the dentist. However, Dr. H has such a gentle touch, that my anxiety for going to the dentist is a lot lower than usual. Also, I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done so I would like to thank them for dealing with me lol. I highly recommend this place.

Place is empty, they're all just gossiping in the back, very unpleasant welcome. As in the insurance card isn't good enough they will make you sign a waiver taking responsibility for making any additional payments that the "insurance" won't cover. Better sayed expect some mistakes to be heading your way.

I went there today to check my tooth and because I couldn't complete the form, they didn't do anything for me and they said that I been rude, because I didn't know how to read and write in English.
right now, I'm typing with my Google keyboard.
I can only speak English, but I cannot write or read.
The woman at the front desk was so rude and she called me rude and this is not how to run a business.
there are a lot of dentists, butThe reason that I chose a Persian dentist, was because he can understand my language

I have been going to Dr. Hejazi for almost 10 years now. I was recommended to him by a coworker. I went to him for a second opinion on a tooth my 1st dentist wanted to put a crown on. I had absolutely nothing wrong with that tooth as determined by Dr. Hejazi. I have been with him ever since! He is super gentle and a caring professional. His hygentists are very nice as well. Tammy & Brenda upfront are very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance and payment information.

This is a new dentist for me because he is closer to where I live. I of course always read reviews before I go anywhere and was pleasantly surprised that the bad ones were untrue for me. Everyone was quite friendly. Tammy was very friendly this time when visiting for my root canal and last time for my checkup. One thing I never understand is why some dentists don't learn the techniques for pain free needle shots. THANK GOD this one did. I was so thrilled at the lack of pain during my shot for root canal. This alone says a lot about a dentists' compassion for his clients. Thank You Thank You Thank You! Pain Free is GREAT FOR ME! Anyways, He was very patient with me and checked to make sure I was okay. HE DOES NOT RUSH! And that I appreciate. Yayy! I think I got a winner for my new dentist!
