I hate leaving a negative review for an office with such nice people, but Dr. Jameson Noorda Has earned it. I came to see him in February 2025. I was seeking his help because I had a bunionectomy that was botched. That surgery was performed by another physician at SW Medical. After assuring me that he could be of some help Dr. Noorda was Anything but helpful. He continued to tell me the time wasn’t right to treat me. I agreed to take a five day course of steroid medication because he told me if that didn’t work out we could discuss surgical options. When I arrived for that appointment, he acted as if he had never said that! It was alternate universe all the way. I’m a lot of things, but my cognitive function is intact. He later confessed that he had said that. Anyway, every time I had an appointment, he told me to come back after two months. The last appointment was more than I could take! It was then that he told me to come back in five months. Each time he told me it wasn’t time to do anything yet. The five month thing was just too much. I decided to seek the help of another physician and I’m so happy I did! My new podiatrist actually ordered an MRI! It made me wonder why Dr. Noorda Never bothered. Honestly, this guy, quiet quit on me from the first time I walked in the door! I wish he would’ve bothered to tell me. I wasted months! As it turns out, I have necrosis in the foot. Actually, I don’t have it anymore! I found a doctor that could help me and I am currently recovering from that surgery. In addition to the necrosis, I also developed a condition called Frieberg Infraction. Dr. Noorda missed that as well. I would never suggest giving this guy a try. You could wind up like I did. This has been a very painful experience, prolonged by a physician who never planned on doing anything for me. Seriously, continue your search! Don’t stop here unless you’d like your toenails trimmed. He seems to do a lot of that.

Go there for first appointment, girl on phone takes both insurance ppo. When I get there said did not need 2nd ins? Why? Could not give me answer then wanted copay. There is a reason why u have two insurances. Whatever first does not cover the second picks up, then u bill out. This is how it works, also I work in insurance. Maybe u need to train front desk, obviously she did not know what to do kept leaving desk to ask. R u trying to make it so patients get large bills, but they wouldn’t cuz f secondary. Sketchy office.

Staff and doctors are super friendly and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday morning after I had injured my big toe. Dr Spencer Noorda was attentive and walked me through my treatment options. They were quick to see me upon arrival and I was in and out within 45 minutes. If I have any other foot concerns in the future, I'll definitely be back!

My doctor Sandy Henemyer referred me to this place. Tracy left me a message. I called back and left a message 2 days ago. No one returned my call. I called back 2 finally gey 2 talk to someone and this lady was very rude. I told her I had United Healthcare then she asked me what kind of plan did I have. I said I wasn't sure. She then said we don't take United Healthcare Intermountain. She just assumed I had Intermountain and for me to take a picture of the back of my card and send it to their office. I told her my doctor referred me here because I was covered for this office. Which I did contact my insurance and they said this office was covered under my choice plus plan. It's an open access plan a really good plan. This lady didn't want to really help me. She had no patience with answering my questions. She said hold on, I'll let u talk 2 my office manager. Then she said to her office manager, can u help this lady? Not sure what happened in this conversation with this lady who apparently shouldn't be answering the front desk calls. I'm not a pro at insurance industry. This lady did not want to help at all. Good first impression. Do not go here.

The Noorda brothers are great cutting nails and that's it; They completely screwed up my right foot by cutting a non infected blister on my right foot; After weekly having them cut into my foot, it became infected and they referred me to another foot specialist; I have 3 doctors and nurses that shared with me that these 2 brothers should have never cut out the blister which was the size of a quarter; It would have gone away by itself. These guys are nothing but glorified nail cutters; Their head office woman was rude and fat.
