Physican and staff are great no complaints about them but they need to figure out a better system dealing with delays in the office. Checked in at 8:15 AM for my scheduled 8:45 AM appointment, yet I was not seen until 10:35 AM. Waiting over 2+ hours past my scheduled appointment time, especially after arriving early and checking in on time, is completely unacceptable. What makes this worse is my actual time with the physician lasted only about 10 minutes.

I understand that medical offices can experience unexpected delays, but when a significant delay is occurring, at the very least patients should be given an option to make other arrangements or return later in the day rather than being left waiting.
Because of the excessive wait, it ultimately resulted in me having to call out of my job for the day. This was an unnecessary consequence I had to suffer on my end. I am hoping in the future their management with time gets better.
