Had an Absolutely fantastic experience at Align today.

Emergency broken bracket situation right before flying out for a holiday. Had to find an orthodontist in a hurry, because the regular treating orthodontist was closed Fri, Sat, Sun.

Contacted them and explained the situation and had an appointment in a few hours and everything was fixed. Not 100% sure but they may have even opened just for us. They seemed to really go above and beyond to help.

It really was amazing from start to finish. So often it seems impossible to find anyone who actually cares. I got the feeling that Dr Momtaz genuinely got a kick out of helping someone out of a difficult situation.

Honestly, just can't say enough positive things about how the entire situation worked out.

Anyone reading this review also please keep in mind, he really went out of his way for someone who is not even his regular patient.

Considering the last minute nature of the situation and the quality of the service, was expecting the billing to be at a premium. It wasn't, it was extraordinarily fair. In no way did they seek to profit of an emergency treatment, which I feel is a rare.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services and hope that this review will help anyone considering them to take the next step.

My fiancé just moved to Vegas 3 weeks ago from Mexico. Our initial conversation with Dr. Momtaz was amazing. My finance broke her upper retainer. During my fiancé’s teeth scan the doctor noticed glue on her teeth from the braces. Without hesitation the doctor removed the glue and shaved her front teeth with no extra charge. I just want to say that my kiddos have been going to Align Orthodontics, Dr. Momtaz, for 4 years now. The results exceeded our expectations. Dr. Momtaz is quite meticulous with his work. In fact, my son had a need to see an outside dentist and in their 360 degree view of his mouth for initial evaluation, the dentist stopped and asked my son who his ortho was. I am genuinely disappointed & disheartened by this business. My whole process was not done correctly & at the end of the day I get the short end of the stick as much as they tried to make it seem like they were the ones “losing money.” Which is very unprofessional to continuously bring up, by the way, you work in the medical field I don’t care if you are losing money. Anyway, they were quick to put on my braces on before the dental work that I had to do was done. This created problems with scheduling and tension within the dentistry that they rent at because aside from doing their process incorrectly I am also at fault for not knowing how to do their job. I am moving out of state so at this point I just want to cut ties and start over & they still charged me for removing the work that was done before it should of been done. But out of their “good will” I will be receiving retainers (a value of $250) but I will pay them $1500 for 3 months of treatment (not beneficial to me at all) of work that should have waited and made my experience at the dentistry easier. They did not lose money, I did. I regret not being a worse client. I hope they ACTUALLY lose $ by missing out on future clients who read my review. They are too new & unorganized. Research more places before working w them.

I just moved to Las Vegas and was in desperate need of a dentist. And I found them by word of mouth because lots of people at UNLV go here and the first time I came in, I felt so welcomed. They talked to me like they knew me my whole life, the music was great which calmed my nerves, and they are very gentle with my mouth! I’d recommend them to my grandma. And she’s picky. I called to see if I can get a replacement retainer same day and they did not disappoint. I called other places and they could not do same day retainers even with my molds of my teeth. Everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my new retainer!

Dr. Pouya Momtaz and his team were some of the most polite, friendly and proffesional medical personnel I have ever had the pleasure of having to see. An Xray from a different dental establishment led me and my family to believe there was a high chance I had oral cancer. After 72 hours of worrying and being transfered from one medical office to another, Dr. Momtaz and his team saw me without hesitation and helped me recieve answers to my questions that allowed me and my family to breathe easy and continue planning for the future. I am extremely grateful and in debt to these kind and caring individuals who cared when it seemed like nobody else did. We were traveling from out of town and my little boys wire popped out and Align saved the day by letting us come in at the last min to fix the wire immediately. Dr. Momtaz saw him and took his time to make sure his wire was put back in properly. I would definitely recommend them. I can only imagine how they treat their actual patients if they were this good to visitors
