I feel like at this point I should probably have my own parking spot at Align PT Adam has helped me through damn near everything labrum tear surgery recovery, an MCL tear, a broken hand and thumb, plus all the random aches and pains that come with being a 40-year-old guy who still thinks he’s 25.

The vibe at Align is awesome. It doesn’t feel like your typical boring physical therapy office. The whole staff is great, the energy is good, and they have a ton of new equipment, machines, and technology that actually make you feel like you’re getting modern, high-level treatment instead of the same three stretches you could’ve Googled at home.

Adam is an absolute beast at what he does. He understands that my goal isn’t just to be “good enough” to get through the day. I want to get back to lifting, training, sports, and doing all the dumb athletic stuff that keeps sending me back to him . Every time, he gets me back to 100% as quickly and safely as possible.

Can’t recommend Adam and the Align PT crew enough. Hopefully I stop giving them new injuries to fix… but I wouldn’t bet on it.

I highly recommend Align Physical Therapy in Henderson! After having surgery for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), I started PT at Align and, in just four months, I’m doing great! My strength and mobility have improved so much, and I’m really happy with my recovery.

This is by far one of the best PT Clinics in town!

I highly recommend align physical therapy; I’m willing to drive 20 minutes past several other clinics to come here. I have been to 2 other PT clinics that did not put half the attention and care into my evaluation and treatment plan that Align has done for me in a just a few visits. Max evaluated me for my slight labrum tear in my hip and bulging discs in my lower back/SI joint. He took the time to evaluate each problem area and I feel confident in our treatment plan moving forward. It has been difficult to find the kind of care this team brings to the table, each assistant has been so helpful and thorough in my training. I've been experiencing pain in my entire left leg. My first appointment was with Adam. What really impressed me is that he listened to my experience and what I thought might be going on. I've been three times and every time I feel better and have a better range of motion. All of the staff work as a team and are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went without a referral and paid cash. I started physical therapy at Align Physical Therapy on January 20th for a tear in the cartilage in my left shoulder. At the time, I had very limited range of motion and couldn’t bear any weight on it. Even the thought of swinging a golf club again felt unrealistic because of the pain.

I chose to try physical therapy before considering surgery, and I’m so glad I did. Fast forward to April 23rd—just three months later—and the progress has been incredible. I now have full range of motion, can bear nearly the same weight on my left shoulder as my right, and today I swung a golf club again for the first time with no pain.

This facility is an excellent option for anyone hoping to heal from an injury without immediately resorting to surgery. The owners, Max and Adam, are not only highly skilled at what they do, but they are also genuinely kind, caring, and bring great energy to the environment. The entire staff has been wonderful.

I especially want to mention Jacina, and Durand who I worked with on the exercise floor. They are incredibly encouraging and consistently motivated me to push myself and stay committed.

Pros: PTs seem knowledgable, are caring and thorough. As are the technicians. Sessions have so far lasted well over an hour. Facility is clean and roomy for all patients. Exercise equipment seems well maintained. Restrooms (at least the men's) is clean and stocked. Facility is easy to get to and has ample parking.
Cons: Waiting area seats are uncomfortable if you have back pain. Usually have to wait 5 to 10 minutes past scheduled start time.

Great experience, vibrant, positive environment. I had been battling chronic neck pain, a myofascial trigger point knot. Dr Max used the neubie and dry needling. During the week after the treatment the pain in my neck and shoulder got better and better, A week later about a 70% improvement after one visit. This place has been really great! I had five babies in 4 1/2 years And my pelvic floor really needed some work. I was at a loss of what to do and wasn’t sure if I was gonna have to have surgery or if I was just gonna be in Payne for the rest of my life and live off of ibuprofen or what. Sadly I cannot recommend APT. The reason why I cannot has nothing to do with the actual therapy. In fact , my first visit with APT was actually very positive. I met the owner, ( Adam ) who was thoughtful and friendly! I came in for a 2nd opinion of my knee injury and Adam was very proficient with his diagnosis and treatment. Where it all fell apart was Adam's follow through with his clients are not good. I asked Adam to simply provide a report of his findings on my knee injury and even after 3 calls (!) Adam never called back. It was very disappointing as I was planning to go back to see Adam for more treatment but I now have 2nd thoughts due to the lack of care by Adam the owner therapist.

All of the employees are friendly and responsive. The inside of the business is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and motivating. As a guitarist and drummer, injuring my hand was a huge setback, especially after needing stitches. There really are not enough reviews for how GREAT this place is!! This review is long-overdue for me. Adam, his brother Max, and the other therapists and therapy assistants here are TOP TIER.
I've been coming here for a year for pain management for an unsolved ongoing ankle injury that I'm still figuring out, and their level of care, concern, and empathy is incredible. They make me feel like family and they've helped me significantly reduce the amount of pain I'm dealing with.
They're proactive in updating their modalities to stay current and relevant in the physical therapy space, which ensures they're ahead of what others can offer, and attend trainings to further their education so their patients always get their best. Between the manual therapy, dry needling, and the Neubie machine, I’ve seen huge improvements—not just in pain levels, but in my day-to-day function too. Through the 2 and a half months coming off an ACL surgery they have been more than accommodating. Coming out of the sports world everyone in the building is extremely punctual and knowledgeable in their craft. It is a blessing to work with everyone while I get in there. Full Story- Align Physical Therapy has given me back my life. Full range of motion is something I used to take for granted each day until I did not have it. I first went to my doctor, which felt like a 6 week waste of time and money. After x-rays, other tests, and visits, the doctor finally gave me a referral to a physical therapist after I requested it before I was willing to allow them to continue with more test. I was able to make an appointment with the company my doctor recommended (another company I will not mention). When I looked at their 2.5 star rating, I decided to do my own research to find a better facility. I found Align Physical Therapy. Thank God I did! My first visit was with Adam and he properly diagnosed my issue within the first five minutes. He then explained the process and estimated time frames for full recover. I appreciated that because now it gave me a timeline and proper expectations. Since I typically try to beat any expectations, I now set a goal for myself. Not sure how Adam professionally assessed pain tolerance, but he did. Adam used that to know how much he could push me. I had always heard the phrase, “no pain, no gain”. Most of my life I associated that phrase with working out at the gym. Adam explained that if I wanted to shorten my road to recover, then I had to know that up front. I also appreciated that Adam explained why he recommended two sessions a week without being like a pushy salesman. Adam stated it once and never brought it up again. He allowed me to make that decision. Prior to my first visit, in one of the reviews I read about dry needling which was a term I had to research afterward. My definition after completing a physical therapy session with dry needling and opting out of it on another session is this: a therapy which reduces the length of time you feel “the pain” after a physical therapy session. It really helped me, and I highly recommend it. I started following all the exercises Adam trained me to do, and attending two sessions a week. By the end of the first week, not sure if my pain threshold increased or I just felt better, but I was able to get about 25% more range of motion. After my second week, I started to do more things with tolerable pain levels. I no longer felt the sharp pains which used to make my whole body freeze. My journey is only a couple weeks in, but I have to say, so far, I am extremely pleased with the results!

I had a great experience with post-surgery physical therapy at Align in Jan/Feb 2025. I worked with Max and really appreciated his approach. He laid out a great plan and we checked in on that plan during every visit - really great communication. Max and the the staff gave me 1:1 attention to my recovery - special shoutout to taskmaster Gabe and the other PT staff that kept me on-task and on-form. They have the all of the necessary equipment, but also some newer equipment and techniques that I found very effective - like post-session electric stimulation and Blood Flow Restriction therapy. I came out much stronger much faster than I expected. In addition , the admin staff took care of all of the insurance qualifications and made scheduling a breeze. I give them my highest review!

After several months of unsuccessfully relieving back and shoulder pain at another physical therapy place, I found Align PT. Before I even scheduled an appointment I was able to speak with a therapist (Max) to explain my condition. He took about 20-30 minutes just to have a better understanding of what I was experiencing. He explained different techniques they have used with great success. I liked the idea of trying something different, since I hadn't had any success with current practices. He mentioned a device called Newbie, and it's a game changer for sure. In only a few visits the pain was 95% gone, I couldn't believe it! The trainers were also on point with exercises and rehab needed to alleviate the pain I was having. Learned some new exercises and got in some excellent workouts. I can’t say enough great things about Align Physical Therapy. Adam, the co-owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and effective—he genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure progress and recovery. I first visited Align with a partially torn rotator cuff after unsuccessful PT experiences elsewhere. I was extremely skeptical, but after just a few sessions with Adam, I went from barely being able to raise my shoulder to confidently returning to my daily pull-up routine and weekly basketball!

When I first came in, I was using a walker and in debilitating pain. Max and Adam are very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional when it comes to helping their patients by creating the best treatment plan for their individual needs. I’m so grateful I found this place. I am no longer using a walker and keep improving daily. Although some days for me are better than others, I can always find relief for my symptoms here. Align is just the absolute best! I had an intense shoulder pain develop early this week. It was so bad I could barely move my arm, had to call out of work, and was waking up multiple times at night from the pain. A friend sent me Adam’s contact @ Align and they got me in the next day. Within a minute or two Adam identified the problem (sprained rotator cuff) told me how we were going to address it and made me feel confident in the recovery process. I took a very hard fall where I dislocated my shoulder and fractured my shoulder. My arm was completely black and stuck to my side until I went to Align Theraphy Within 3 visits Max (my therapist) got my arm moving and is still working to get me to full recovery. I came to see Adam for a second opinion before a pain clinic put me on the road to surgery. Turns out, the true cause of the problem was different than what the spine doc and pain clinic thought. After just a few sessions of active treatment and exercises, I am 95% pain free and my core strength and overall flexibility is way up.

As we age, muscle imbalances, weakness and chronic pain sneaks up on us and slowly adds to the aging process. Eventually you hit the tipping point and lose the active side of your life. The longer you wait to get little things fixed, the harder it is to get healthy and pain free.

Adam works magic! I had a bum knee that didn’t get better after trying several PTs, an injection, etc. Align was my last ditch effort before surgery. If you need a PT who really listens to you and provides the best care, Align PT is the place to go. I have been working with Max since before he moved here and can say that he is by far my favorite PT. I've had many experiences working with PTs--as an aide, student, and patient--and I've met many phenomenal PTs. Max really stands out to me because of the quality of care he provides. He's also great to talk to about random things outside of PT, which is important for a lot of people such as myself. He genuinely cares and wants to help you feel better. Moreover, this clinic isn't a regular PT mill, so you will work with your PT one-on-one for the full appointment, which can be extremely valuable.

I haven't worked with Adam but he is, based on my observations, obviously extremely competent and also provides excellent care. Overall, you can't go wrong here.

Had a recent knee scope for a double tear of the meniscus. I was back to work sooner than I thought from the incredible physical therapists at Align.
