I am so happy I choose All Things Eyes on Sunset!

The staff was great from check-in to check-out. Jack was very patient, explained everything and had such an amazing aura about her that made the experience very pleasant.

Dr. D was so the best eye doctor I've ever had. She walked me through all the tests and made sure I had any questions answered. She even noticed an issue with my eyelashes that I did not know I ever had! 30+ years I've always had tears in my right eye and thought it was just natural. Turns out it was eyelashes that were growing inwards and kind of scratching my eye. She even plucked them out!

Caleb(?) at the end was helping me choose glasses but sadly because of my large head, couldn't find me a pair. Not to his fault though! He looked, searched and was ready to order. I didn't end up choosing a pair today but will definitely find one and bring it back to get my glasses made.

It was such a wonderful experience and I recommend anyone and everyone to go see Dr. D and her staff.

This was my very first time visiting, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The clinic is incredibly clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology that makes the testing quick and comfortable.The entire staff was phenomenal from the moment I walked in as a new patient. The girl at the front desk gave me a very warm and welcoming reception. Dr. Lisa Duong was incredibly kind, crystal clear with her explanations, and deeply professional, taking her time to answer all my questions. Afterward, the gentleman who helped me browse frames was fantastic—he was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me look at options with absolutely no pressure.They took down all my information and measurements, and I am excited to head back next week to officially order my new lenses and frames. I don’t usually write reviews, but this office truly deserves it. The entire staff is exceptional. My family and I always feel well taken care of from start to finish. Scheduling appointments is easy, we’re seen in a timely manner, and ordering glasses is always a smooth process. They really take the time to address each of our individual needs.

The doctor is amazing, she’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. The office manager is responsive and organized and always so kind. and the optical team (the guy who was the very first person that helped me when I first joined this office) is beyond helpful, attentive, and makes the experience seamless.

Dr. Lisa Duong is amazing! I’ve suffered from dry eyes for soooo many years. I’ve done all normal dry eye therapies like artificial tears, warm compresses, switching to daily contacts, etc…but it was always a temporary fix. She offered me this new state of the art therapy called Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Radio Frequency (RF) therapy done over the course of 4 sessions and I kid you not, I felt so much better even after one session!! There’s a dry eye package that makes it cheaper to bundle up several therapies. After researching it a little more and calling other clinics to compare pricing, they are affordable for what you get and Dr. D is so professional and has amazing bedside manners. I’m so excited to finish up my other sessions and will go to her for all my eye care needs from now on. Thank you so much Dr. Duong!

This place is AWSWOME!!!! It's very clean and has a comfortable inviting vibe. The sofas give it a welcoming esthetic. The staff members are so friendly, you can tell they enjoy working there. I took my almost 8yo daughter for a comprehensive eye exam and she didn't cry or resist when the optometrist put the drops in her eyes. She was very comfortable the entire time. A total 360° difference from last year. It was such an impressive visit I will be back for my own exam.

Wow ! This was an amazing experience. I am so grateful for Dr.D and the staff here . I not have only hope but it was ver pleasant to feel human and not just a number . Dr.D informed me and really wanted to create a solution to my eye issue . I became super emotional as I have not experienced this kind of care and information for my issue before and other eye doctors made me lose hope . I couldn't even hold back I had to let the Dr know how amazing she was and inspired me to keep helping others In mind as I'm almost complete with my bachelors degree . I called around a lot before making an appointment. From the moment Kaleb answered the phone I knew I called the right place. Very friendly and helpful staff. There good with handling there indecisive clients...like me. And the no dilation eye checking services are a great alternative to make sure you have underlying eyesight issues. 🐱🤟

I needed a new doctor and found Dr. Wong through my Insurance provider. I wanted to use an independent provider after using a chain for the last several years. The staff was phenomenal, however I found Dr. Wong lacking in professionalism. I made an appointment for 9:30am, I was 15 minutes early to give time to complete new patient paperwork because I wanted to be respectful of Dr. Wong's time. He came in at 10am, 30 minutes past my appointment time without even bothering to apologize for being late. His staff was fantastic and they were both apologetic, unfortunately that is not their responsibility, they both managed to make it to work on time.

The rest of the appointment went fine and I marked it off as everybody has a bad day. The alarm clock doesn't work, unexpected accident one of a thousand things. I made an appointment for one week later for my wife, again 9:30am. Again his staff was there and he was not. His optician said that he was running at least an hour late, that I could make another appointment in another week. For the 2nd week in a row I got the excuse of "well traffic on 95 is bad". If only our phones had apps that could show route different routes so we could make it to work on time. It is kind of obvious that Dr. Wong lacks the ability to acknowledge that other people have commitments and if one is to run a small business it would behoove the principals involved to respect the time of the clients they depend on.

Before coming to this office, my experiences with progressive glasses did not go well. At this
New office, The doctor took her time explaining the different types of progressives to help me find what would work best for me. This is the first time I have a perfectly fitting pair of glasses. I am very glad I upgraded to the premium progressives!
