Wow! I love this place! So clean and peaceful. Gigi was a great dental assistant and made sure to keep me distracted and calm while the dentist did his thing. I had a big issue with a double rooted tooth and they did a great job with a fast effective solution. I’ll be back for any more tooth fairy needs :)

As much as I hate to leave negative reviews, this one cannot be helped. With my new dental insurance, I had to select a primary provider from a list of approved providers. After calling a few options, I found that most nearby offices had no appointments available for six months, except for one (Dr. Tan Q, Tran). This very open schedule should have been my first clue.
When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed that the office had a broken side window. It didn’t look recent, which wasn't a good sign. The reception area was neat, but the place looked rundown. After providing my information, the receptionist asked me to take a seat while they verified my details and confirmed Dr. Tran as my primary provider.
While waiting, I could hear the staff's conversations clearly. They were loudly passing a phone around, exclaiming, “Can you believe this, brah?” “Oh my god, brah, that is crazy!” “I know brah, can you believe it?” Not the most professional environment.
The person who brought me back was pleasant and took me for a single panoramic X-ray, followed by 4 standard bitewing X-rays. However, they charged my insurance for an additional panoramic X-ray that did not occur, and the bitewing machine was shaking the entire time, making me question the quality of the X-rays.
The dentist came in within less than five minutes of the X-rays being complete, which surprised me, and he charged my insurance for a comprehensive oral review, not sure how he even had time to look at my X-rays let alone a comprehensive review. He introduced himself quickly and said we would do a simple cleaning today and I should come back for a deep cleaning. When I asked for an explanation, he mentioned I had minor bone loss and needed the deep cleaning for thorough care. I asked if a hygienist would clean my teeth, but he said they had no hygienist, and he would do the basic cleaning.
The cleaning was rushed, lasting literally five minutes, and he was not gentle despite me telling him of my sensitivity. He instructed his assistant to polish my teeth afterward. Throughout this brief interaction he mentioned the deep cleaning 3 times. I’ve never been told by any previous dentist that I had minor bone loss and I had never heard of deep cleaning up until this point, as I take extremely good care of my teeth.
The assistant was very nice and did a good job, but when I asked about the bone loss, she couldn't give me a clear answer and seemed uncertain when looking at the blurry x-rays she pulled up.
At checkout, I chose to stand rather than sit on the filthy stained chairs. The office was rundown, with a stained and ruined waterfall wall with no water. The receptionist asked when I would like to schedule the deep cleaning, and I just looked at her, then she said, “Well, it’s optional” and I said no thank you. She said, “ok we’re done,” so I left.
I have never had such an unprofessional experience at a dentist's office. This dentist seems to be pushing deep cleanings to make more money from insurance companies and charge for extra X-rays that did not happen, additionally they have no website seems shady. I would stay far away from this place, and I will be reporting them, as I'm not confident they have the appropriate licensing to work in my mouth. Just WOW. So mad at myself for not doing better upfront research. Lesson learned.

I feel they are very honest here. Went to another dentist who wanted me to spend a ton of money. Those issues weren't found here. I do have a clinching issue and when I forget my night guard I typically break the fillings in the back, which has left the very back tooth short, he was worried about just filling it again but since I promised not to forget my night guard anymore, he filled it but said next time we’d need a crown. I appreciate him listening. The ladies up front are knowledgeable and will let you know pricing from the insurance for recommended services for the next visit so you can make the decision right for you. If I had one comment that’s a slight negative it’s just that the dentist is a bit fast so maybe less careful than some might like (but at least if he doesn’t recommend unnecessary work, then ultimately he’s saving you from pain!)

The receptionist and assistant are both very nice but the dentist is very harsh and not patient. He answers questions with one word responses. That is why I will not be returning.

The receptionist is so sweet and very knowledge able. The Assistant was very kind and over worked. She most definantly was the hardest worker there. But the Dentist was aweful. No wonder people are horrified of dentist in general. I have been to very good dentists in my life time. I Love going to the dentist. I only had to switch due to insurance and I will not be coming back here again. There was no hygenist at this building. He came in drilled my teeth creating heat and pain in my mouth. I don't even know why! Then told me the assistant would be in to polish them. The assistant was very sweet, but obviously new to her job.

This is where I went to get my second opinion and I wish I went here to begin with. First dentist gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed w/the total coming out to $2k+ out of pocket (w/insurance).
I booked an appointment with Allure dental on Friday for Monday morning, was seen in less than 10 minutes. I was given a much smaller list of 4 small cavities & a deep cleaning, all for the high price of $0 (all covered by insurance). I will be going here from now on & recommending to everyone!
Update: I’m a big crybaby when it comes to needles and the dentist. I let everyone know before getting started, they had no problem w/letting me use my headphones to zone out. I did shed some tears when it came to the shots but the dr gave me a prescription for something the next time I come so I won’t be that nervous (Only did right side) the women at the front desk are my favorite, they’re so sweet. So happy I found this dentist.
