My appointment was at 4:40 pm. Traffic was terrible. I arrived at 4:45 pm. They cancelled my appointment. How many times has a doctor been more than 5 minutes late? I have a UTI and I wanted to go over my blood work. I will never step foot in that office again. I need a new PCP that cares and isn’t worried about being at the office past 5 pm.

I always looked forward to meeting with my PCP. She is very detailed, and easy to talk to. She calmly explains all issues that arise from bloodwork and readily refers you for further tests when required. She is composed and confident in her examinations and prescriptions.

It was ok with her last Friday but what makes me upset this time Amber Quave they put me out to do important labs and things till July or August and then my follow up appointment not till September cause they claim not gonna be available before then but yet Everytime I go up there or call they says she's there I have to continually go to urgent care or UMC quick for my problems and they say follow up with her amber Quave and she to me don't think my issues are serious cause if she did things like test , labs etc would be done ASAP so to me it's a waist of time seeing her and going up there for follow up and appointments I have to tell her about my other doctors and what's going on cause she be acting like she have no knowledge of this information from my other doctors she's has to get my records now she suppose to know all the other stuff going on with me you wrote the referrals but I call to get results of stuff cause she don't bother reaching out so I go to the places and get my own results and last I called today June 5.2025 again and yesterday and day before and left messages but for some reason today I call June 5 2025 I can't get threw and the AI assistant says they don't have my records or information Wow any other time I can get threw to speak with representative at intermountain for my primary physician I'm so done so mad!!!!!!!

Earlier I posted a review about Dr.Amber Quave but lost connection so it was listed as a bad review so I removed it. What I really wanted to say was Dr. Quave has helped me improve my health and always listens and gives the best advice with referrals. Sometimes she is hard to get ahold of and doesn’t answer her emails or return phone calls but that could be a system error. Overall her and her staff are great.

I've been going to this location for many years. I have had several different doctors over those years and they've all been great. My current primary doctor is Dr Quave. She's awesome. I feel she cares about my health and very easy to talk to and if I have questions, she always answers them for me. All the assistants and the girls at the front desk are just as nice, never had an issue with anybody there. Wait times aren't that long, I'm usually there for 45 minutes to an hour for my appointment, so that's great. I've also dealt with Rebecca D'Silva at this office and she's very professional as well and nice.

I didn't even get to talk to Dr Quave, afer being told she would call me, three times. She never did!!! I had to go to a quick clinic instead. It was a horrible experience and I'm thinking about changing clinics!! I'm gonna check my Medicare statements to make sure I don't get charged for no service and frustration!!! They wanted to give me appointment for March!!! This whole experience made me sicker, I connected with the office and, they never answered 3 times. Why I was never called, I was told by three different people she would call, never did. Very unsatisfied, while I wasn't feeling well.

I went in for a clogged ear. Dr. Quave took a look and determined I had a wax build up and it needed to be cleared. She said a medical assistant would do that. When she left the person who escorted me to the room came in and said I should return in a week to have the wax build up removed. I was dumbfounded. When I objected to living with the clogged ear for another week, she said I could check with scheduling to see if they had any availability for tomorrow. The check out nurse was hesitant to schedule me for the next day until I insisted. So I had to make two trips to the office just to get a wax build up resolved. The next time I’ll just go to CVS Quick Care.
