This is the WORST office in all of Las Vegas. Stopped going here months ago and all they do is book me appointments without my consent month after month. refuse to take me off their list as a patient. Refuse to answer the phone. Will not respond to my emails about not booking me an appointment. I hate this office all they do is scam! Do not come here! You will truly regret it!! The worst place ever!!!!

This morning I went to the Craig location. Staff were friendly. The front desk was nice and helpful. I was called in quick to see the provider and they answered all my questions.

Every single year, my wife and I got annual physical checkup at this location which is the closest location to our house. However, staffs here have changed very often, and the worst part is the way they bill my insurance. The staff at this location explained that the bill was sent by another department, the billing department said that they billed dependent on the info they received. And I can assure that half of what they billed to my insurance are fraud because we didn't get those services. The medical staff is nice but all other are fraud.

Why is the phone number from Google still linked to Craig medical center??? I haven't been able to get in contact with this facility in over a year. What is going on??? Can yall please update the phone number so I can make an appointment 👍

I had a blood draw today and the appointment from last week was messed up which unknown personnel booked the appointment which I already done a wellness check up last Sep. but booked again but after all, the new receptionist is friendly and the blood draw this morning was efficient/quick/no pain, hopefully the new management would run smoothly like before and will be my primary physician as always, thank you.

I love Dr.Rhia but this office and staff ain’t it. I waited close to 40 mins to be seen. The whole time I was sitting there I could hear staff questioning my appointment and asking who made it and if I was a walk in. Mind you I had already been sitting there 30 mins. After seeing the doctor I had to make follow up appointments for another office and it was taking a while because front staff had to go ask back staff for help. I was told to take a seat and I very nicely asked if the other office could just call me because I’d been there over an hour already and was just ready to leave. Before the receptionist could answer, her co worker said” well she can call the other office and schedule herself”. Really? I said sure and walked out. Staff is bothered and wants us to do their job but will bill insurance with no hesitation. Customer service and experience just sucked and lacks organization.
