My 1st time Dr Emily was recommended and she was straight to the point let's get these labs done and they have an I house lab so that was definitely a bonus. Staff was very nice Taye ( I hope I spelled it right) she was a MA student and she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Sue the lab tech also so kind unfortunately my veins did not want to work with her so she had to try my other arm and it worked. Hoping my labs come back soon.

Jona Stead is amazing! I went for my annual check up and once again waited for a very short time to be seen. Her staff is so nice and personable. Jona truly listens and she is very patient. I wish I had met her many years ago. She really changed my life just by being such an awesome NP.

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so nice, from the front desk ladies to the medical assistant Manny who roomed me. Emily took the time to really listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how attentive she was. It's really hard to find providers that take the time to really care for you, so 10/10 would reccomend!

I was a patient here of Dr Gautham Reddy for over six years. He started off as a good doctor. Then he had some sort of heart attack and decided that he wasnt intersted in any patients that were not medicare insured. I went there to seek a referral for a ENT doctor. I was referred to a doctor who misdiagnosed me. Dr Reddy himself is running a practice with a front office that is rude and short with the patients. This practice terminated me for "non-compliance". The non-compliance was not wanting to take a statin drug for my cholesterol. This practice doesnt care about their patients. They care about what is easiest billable insurance money for the practice. it is a shame that this practice operates this way. I used to like Dr Reddy. When he had his office manager terminate me without the least bit of an explanation, I lost complete respect for this doctor and his practice. Steer clear of this practice unless you are medicare and are a feast for Medicare Insurance chargesters.

I had my first appt. with Dr. Patrick Keefe. He listened while I told him my problems that have led to the present, offered suggestions that were thought through and straightforward. He spent time with me and I felt understood. This was one of the best doctor appts. I've had. Thank you!

Had an appointment with Dr. Keefe to change to a closer location to my new home in a different location. Waited for a while before my name was called.
I had completed all the New Patient paperwork provided on line in their website and a current list of medications prescribed by my other specialists with their name and phone number. When speaking with Dr. Keefe, it was like that information didn't exist AND to find he had that information in his hands. Eeeeesh, his bedside manners were not very good.
He also asked me why one of my doctors didn't make me take a particular medication. Well I don't know why and didn't know I was supposed to ask.
Another interesting piece of information is, I asked the medical assistant if they have access to all my blood work from all my doctors and I was told yes. Low and behold, Dr. Keefe tells me that is not true and he wanted me to provide that information also told me to have my other doctors fax my medical records to him. Excuse me, isn't that what he has medical assistants for?
Needless to say, I will just stay with my current PCP and commute the office visits.

I was having some issues after seeing Dr. Keefe called his office last Friday. It’s now the following Thursday never heard back from the medical assistant couldn’t get my medication refilled. Send a message through their portal trying to reach someone never heard from anyone. This doctor practice is so unprofessional. I had so much better care in California and a lot of people are giving decent reviews, but I’m a former medical professional myself and this is subpar care absolutely would never step foot in this office again!

I cannot recommend Emily Beltran, NP, highly enough. She is incredibly friendly, truly cares about her patients, and always takes the time to listen to concerns. I never feel rushed through my appointments, which is so rare to find these days. It is truly refreshing to find a healthcare provider who genuinely puts the patient first.

Front office staff were friendly and professional. My exam with Dr. Keefe went very well. He was courteous and listened to me. His medical advice made sense to me and I appreciated the fact that he didn’t write me antibiotic prescriptions but uncovered symptoms leading us away from typical strategies. I believe strongly that patients who visit Anthem Hills Medical Center can expect a great experience and quality medical care.

ABSOLUTELY A JOKE WHEN CANCER PATIENTS HAVE TO WAIT ON THE BLOOD TECHNICIAN THAT IS TOO BUSY PLAYING WITH HER PHONE. THIS SHOULD NEVER BE THE CASE . HOW ABOUT NO PHONES WHILE YOU ARE AT WORK HELPING THE PUBLIC.
I THINK THAT WAY THEY WOULD BE MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE AND YOUR PATIENTS WOULD COME FIRST AS THEY SHOULD.
WE ALL HAVE BUSY LIVES AND PHONES ARE A DISTRACTION AND DISCOURTEOUS TO THOSE YOU SHOULD BE HELPING 😇🙏❤️❤️❤️

I highly recommend ANTHEM HILLS MEDICAL.
Dr. GAUTHAM Reddy has been my doctor for many years; he is an excellent doctor. His assistants are amazing. If you need a refill for something it is taken care of immediately. The other doctors & Nurse Practitioners, I understand, from other people are also excellent. There is also an excellent Nutritionist in his Clinic that I think is Fantastic. Besides what I just mentioned, in the clinic there are 2 blood labs both Quest & Lap Corp which I have yet to see anywhere else.

The office staff here is incompetent. If they don’t understand something, they don’t reach out to ask other employees for assistance. They just stare at you blankly and nod their heads and then don’t complete the work. It is taken me a year and a half to get a referral completed. I gave up the first time. Went back a second time and finally after working on this for a month, I’ve gotten my referral. Needless to say, I will be finding a new PCP.

⭐ 1 STAR — IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD ⭐
THIS IS YOUR FIRST AND ONLY WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY.
In my personal experience, this office has been an absolute nightmare. The office manager, Shelly, showed what I felt was a shocking lack of empathy — especially for someone working in healthcare. In my view, they seemed far more focused on money than on actually helping patients. I had just made a large payment toward my balance the week before, yet I was told I wouldn’t be seen unless I paid even more on the spot. They were also the ones who made me schedule an appointment just to have FMLA paperwork filled out, even though I had already been seen the week prior and had just gotten out of a five-day hospital stay in severe pain.
When I tried to explain the situation, Shelly became confrontational (this is my personal experience). We ended up arguing because I was being told to leave while I was in 10 out of 10 pain. There was nobody above her to escalate my concerns to, so I felt completely stuck.
I was also repeatedly scheduled for appointments that felt unnecessary when I was barely able to walk due to my condition. It genuinely felt like billing was prioritized over patient care.
My experience with Dr. Keefe was also extremely negative. I found him rude and dismissive, and he made repeated comments about my weight despite the fact that I’ve lost a significant amount over the last year and normally work out almost daily. I explained I couldn’t exercise while in 10/10 pain, but he still insisted I “should be doing it anyway.” It felt degrading and very unprofessional.
Then came the FMLA issue: in my experience, Dr. Keefe refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork, saying he didn’t know me well enough — even though the only reason I was seeing him was because my regular doctor is on maternity leave. When I asked what to do, he told me to try asking my neurologist, even though specialists do not handle that type of paperwork. It felt completely unhelpful. I eventually called back to report how I had been treated, and thankfully another doctor in the practice stepped in and agreed to complete it — but I should never have had to go through all that while dealing with a serious medical condition.
Shortly after I stood up for myself about how I was treated — and after I filed a complaint with the medical board regarding my experience with Dr. Keefe — I was discharged as a patient. It absolutely felt like I was dropped simply for advocating for myself during a vulnerable time.
This has been one of the most frustrating, dismissive, and disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. Thankfully, the physician who treated me in the hospital has his own practice, and I was able to transfer my care to him. This office, in my opinion, shows no empathy and seems to focus only on money.

Provider Emily Beltran is absolutely terrible. She isn’t even my provider but I had to see her because mine is out of the office until February. She would not refill the script I’ve been on for 2 years, switched me to a different script at half the concentration with fewer pills dispite talking about increasing the quantity in the appointment. I had to call and follow up. She gave several excuses and stated rules that she didn’t state in the appointment. Rules that I’ve never encountered in the 2 previous years on this med. If you’re not comfortable prescribing, don’t become an NP. If you’re not comfortable prescribing for other practitioners patients, don’t agree to take them on. Not only that, she was completely unprofessionally grouchy the entire encounter. I’m so mad right now. Some of us have to pay out of packet to see providers and this just cost me time and money. Will be researching how to dispute a medical charge.

Beyond awful.
My concerns were not taken seriously and I was told my symptoms were "all in my head". I took it upon myself to find another doctor and specialists. It was not in my head. I was diagnosed by professionals as having gastritis and SIBO. I am thankful for the help I received elsewhere. I was under a high stress situation having horrible pain and needed help which I did not in any way receive. This took me a while to post since I have been working on recovering but I feel it needs to be out there in the world.

I was a patient of Dr Reddy for 10+ years at least. Since he only sees Medicare patients, you have to see either a PA or nurse. For those of you that had him as a doctor, you know, that nobody else in that office compares to the quality of care that you received by him.
I have a lot of health issues, my issues were not being addressed properly by anyone else in that office. When I showed concern about the quality of care that I received the last couple visits to Jona Stead, I later receive a letter in the mail that says I’d be better suited elsewhere.
No kidding! I already knew that. I thought I would try somebody else and hopefully get a better result but at the end of the day, nobody cares about your health there unless you’re Dr Reddy.
I do want to thank them for the final push because I found an amazing concierge‘s office. If you want quality healthcare, I strongly advise finding a concierge doctor.

I was referred to this office by my OBGYN, but the doctors only see Medicare patients. Nurse Practitioners see regular patients under 65, unless a pediatrician appt. Why is it so hard to find a GP in this town practicing willing to see patients? Willing to establish a long term patient relationship? I may go to the doctors once a year, but I wanted it to be with an established doctor. I understand nurse practitioners can do a lot that a doctor does, but there is a reason why a doctor has gone to school and done his/her residency and specialized in their practice. Can anyone recommend in Henderson a great or even decent GP?

I️ had the same medical provider for 30 years at a top global clinic before moving to Vegas so perhaps I am spoiled, but the staff here is slow to respond, fails to have updated records, constantly turns over, and won’t have practical conversations about obvious health care decisions. Not providing details but I️ am appalled at the lack of professionalism and incompetence. I️ have twice had to have issues handled elsewhere because they don’t know what is going on or are out of touch and unresponsive.

I recently moved to Henderson, NV from out of state and scheduled an appointment for an annual physical/wellness exam (covered by insurance as preventative) with Laurie Michlin. When I checked in, I was told I had to pay since they couldn't do an annual exam without a first appointment to establish care. I had made it very clear when making the appointment this was for an annual physical, and was not told about an initial "establish care" appointment. I got a brief apology for the lack of communication and was told I would be able to set up a subsequent appointment for an annual exam and labs after this one, so I decided to go ahead and paid for the appointment. 50 mins after my appointment time, Ms. Michlin walked in with a hurried greeting and no apology for my waiting time. I understand things can run late, but I do not accept a lack of respect for my time. The rest of the appointment was hurried, and I had little sense that there was much interest to get to know me, only to get me setup for labs (some I didn't need, no explanation what the others were for) and a subsequent appointment (and pay more for care I wasn't looking for). When I asked to set up an annual physical, I was basically turned down, that this could be done (next year) once care has been established. Since the labs are not part of an annual physical exam, was I to move ahead I would have to pay for them. Needless to say, I will not go back for the lab work, neither will I ever go see Ms. Michlin or get care at Anthem Hills Medical Center again. That was $75 and an hour+ of my time wasted.
PS. I noticed someone's comment about dictation while present, that was done as well and not an issue per se. There was a diet recommendation - none that had been made to me directly, nor had I been asked what my diet actually consisted of. Had that been done, the comment would not have been necessary as my diet already is better than the recommendation. DS.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Sandeep Reddy since the day after my daughter was born. My daughter is now 17 and I directly attribute Tristan’s overall successful physical, mental, and emotional health to Dr. Sandeep Reddy oversight and guidance. Dr. Reddy is compassionate and caring, and treats her patients as if they are part of her family. Dr. Reddy embodies the belief to treat her patients’ overall health, and not just the physical health aspect. Through every physical, emotional, and mental incident, including some more serious events, Dr. Reddy not only provided guidance, but much needed emotional support for my daughter. I don’t know what we would have done without her over this journey to getting my daughter to adulthood. Now that my daughter is getting ready to graduate high school, I worry we won’t be able to find another doctor like Dr. Reddy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhatia for quite some time. He is always pleasant and he spends time with you during your appointment. As for the office staff, they are unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. I'm not sure what's the issues are with them however, the doctors in the practice should listen in on calls for training purposes.

Office is nice and clean. Easy to find parking. The staff is nice. We never encountered someone rude there. You can do your labs in the office. Easy to find parking. The thing that sucks is that my wife and I has been patients there for the last 7 years and we're on our 4th Dr. Every Dr. that we've seen left so its hard to build a personal relationship with the Drs. Wish we could see Dr. Reddy since we heard nothing but good things about him but he doesn't take patients under 65.

Hi
I am new patient at this office. I loved how quickly they responded on my appointment request and even on appointment day it was very quick in and out. I love their staff welcoming attitude. Office waiting area was neat and clean along with a lot of seating. Inside the patient waiting room everything was neatly organized and doctor assistant was very good. Dr Gotham Reddy listened my problem very thoroughly and took every particular action. Also Lab was in their office and no wait it was pretty quick. I love their patient app too it is very easy to setup and use that has everything your history, lab and vitals everything. I also take my kids to Dr Sandeep Reddy . As you know it is a family practice. My kids love her. She is very kind and very thorough too. Overall I am happy to find this practice which is very efficient and quick for a person like me . I definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I’ve been going to Anthem Hills Medical Center for over 2 years. Caring doctors and physicians assistants, the front office staff was polite and helpful, very short waiting time to see Dr. and the added convenience of having lab work done at the same facility. Follow up appts. were scheduled by the office staff, and referrals were made very convenient, and in most cases scheduled by the staff. My adult kids are also on the doctors’ panel at the facility . If you are looking for a one stop shop (peds and adult care), plus overall a comfortable and pleasant exchange during appt., and after, make AHMC your primary healthcare choice.

Posting as a warning to others about medical billing scams. I had single visit to this office after leaving the person at checkout said all clear to go and I'm 100% sure no follow visit. Smash cut 4 months later, i get a $40 bill for a "NO SHOW". Oh never got any kind of reminder about the appointment 24hr before either. My impression of this place, it is the Walmart of medical care. From reading the other review this practices is about volume and not quality.
Follow up, on the "owner's" response. I love when a business uses canned response and spins the issue around as IF I'm the ignorant one. I know for a FACT you have my phone number because I did get confirmation for the first appointment. I'm not stupid about the cancelation fee or rejecting it I'm stating that you DID NOT create appointment or you did without my knowledge and charging me a fee.

ZERO STARS. Another tragic example of a doctor's office with incompetence oozing from their front desk. My appointment was canceled THE SAME DAY and it was DONE BY TEXT - fortunately, I had the opportunity to reschedule for the upcoming FRIDAY.
To ENSURE that they had everything in advance of my arrival, I completed all of their patient forms online and faxed it. Then, to be sure, I called and spoke with someone who confirmed that the fax was received. In afterthought, I called the office again to ensure that they request labs from my former provider ... I don't think they had it in their mind to do this, but I requested that they do so that I wouldn't show up for an appointment then leave and get rescheduled to come back once the labs were there.
They evidently didn't think to use any forethought - at all - to ensure that this was done before my arrival so as to not waste my time. I confirmed with the front desk receptionist/medical assistant (whatever) that they received the fax that I sent which had all of the new patient forms completed/filled out.
The morning of my appointment, I called to confirm that the labs were there. They said no - Wolfson Medical (another waste of time) never sent them over but they collected the information from the lab. Fine.
I show up and the first thing the dirty blonde haired thin eyebrowed receptionist asks me to do is fill out the new patient forms. So this means that NO ONE bothered to create a folder, add the forms that I faxed, and have it ready for my appointment.
I don't know what it is with medical office staff but I feel that it is almost safer for them to be working in a front office rather than a fast food restaurant as a cook or something. With their lack of attention, lack of professionalism, and lack of hindsight, I imagine that they would light themselves on fire if placed in front of a hot stove or grill.
This medical office aren't even equipped with an email to contact the office. That should have been the first warning.
DO NOT USE - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

After exhaustive research for the best medical practice in the Henderson Area (on par with NY, DC, and San Francisco, where I have lived), I found Anthem Hills. Booked an appointment and sure enough it had an aesthetically pleasing, sophisticated, well-appointed, comfortable reception area, a well-organized systems for getting people in to see the medical provider. The physicians' assistant was a little rough around the edges, as if she had worked "on the Strip" for some years if you know what I mean. She was rail thin and she insulted me for being 35lbs overweight. I don't really need people ridiculing me. I feel bad enough. She said all I had to do to lose weight was get up up the couch, stop eating so much, and exercise. Not what I would call empathetic. She said "Hey, we all gain weight when we're older--I used to be a Size 0 and now I'm a TWO!! But I just know I have to take care of myself and so I do." It was fairly humiliating; nonetheless, she was thorough and a competent clinician, and she did spend a lot of time getting all my baseline info and figuring out what bloodwork to get me going, and said we would meet and set a strategy for addressing the weight issue and anything else that popped up (there was nothing--I am healthy just need help dropping lbs). So, why 2 stars? After all that, and a huge amount of bloodwork that was ordered--3 days after the bloodwork is done, I get a postcard saying Anthem Hills has decided to drop my insurance company--Aetna--a major, reputable company! When I called the office to find out why, the phone-answerer flatly said "uh, I don't know why...but they did." So, I was left swinging in the wind, and Anthem Hills Medical Center would not even provide a referral to another medical practice of their caliber. Just said "Your insurance company should handle that." I explained I'm unfamiliar with this region, and most medical practices in Vegas seem pretty low quality and sub-par, and Anthem Hills' doctors must have colleagues in practices they would recommend. But the office would not help. Left in the lurch. "Find someone else." It now remains to be seen if my insurance company will even cover another annual physical and a battery of blood panels. None of which I ever was able to get feedback on. Enormously unprofessional. Borderline unethical behavior to pull the plug on an insurance company right after accepting and beginning to build a relationship with a new patient. Inexcusable. UPDATE: About a year later I get a postcard from Anthem Hills Medical Center "reminding" me to schedule my annual exam. I called and said: "You dropped me as a patient a year ago because you no longer accept Healthscope/Aetna." The woman I spoke with said "No--not true! There must have been a mistake." Thankfully, long before this call came in I'd found someone else. So Anthem Hills Medical Center was in the rear view mirror and I never had to look back.

The only star I will give to this clinic is to the PA who i had an appointment with. The receptionist was in a very bad mood, nobody smiles or said " Good Morning ". I understand that people have bad days but when you accept a job dealing with people that come to your facility with pain and suffering, you have the obligation to at least make them feel safe and confident that everything is gonna be alright which was not my case and for my observation while sitting and wiring for my turn, many others share the same feeling as I did.

I was a patient at this center from 2019-2020. The care I received was adequate because thankfully I am in good health; I had my routine 'exams' done here. I needed to be referred to a rheumatologist which was a message that was lost on me so I'm behind on receiving care in that sense; I requested holistic and preventative care for rheumatoid arthritis to which I got a "yes" from the doctor but no follow-up appointment.
However, my husband recently had to go in for results of a chest x-ray and the assistance we received was unsatisfactory. They had us establish care first before being able to see the doctor for the results of a chest x-ray for which we paid our co-pay. They sent him home without giving him instructions on how to do his bloodwork, or where to do it (they have an in-house lab he could've used). Then I saw the order for labs in his paperwork and sent him back. He went back in a few days and found out he had to be fasting for his labs; he had to leave and return on a different day. Upon his return, Labcorp did not have the proper test that needed to be run on him, so he had to return for a third time for that one test. The staff was friendly about this mistake, but it wasn't the only mistake. He also had to call the office to set his own follow-ups; the staff did not facilitate this process.
My husband requested a sign language interpreter and while they did follow through with that request, the accommodation he received was inappropriate. A sign language STUDENT was assigned to his case which is lack of an appropriate accommodation (a violation of ADA law); the student was not qualified to interpret and lacked the basic vocabulary needed to inform my husband of the doctors recommendations per his lab results. Lastly, my husband sat waiting in the lobby of the office after his name was called and he didn't hear it (he is Deaf). After reminding the staff that he requested someone to wave toward him when his name was called, they didn't apologize for having him wait for an hour unnecessarily and having a student interpret for was like adding insult to injury. What a shame we had to pay another co-pay after this disaster of an appointment.
If we didn't have the choice to change to another clinic, we would have to reschedule a repeat of the same appointment and request that a certified/qualified interpreter be present at the appointment because again, it was a waste of everyone's time. We will not be returning to this location due to these multiple reasons and I hope that future patients will not have the experience we have had the past 2 years collectively.

I have been seeing Dr. Reddy for many years now. He is the best doctor I have found in Southern Nevada. Not only is he knowledgeable about so many things, but he also works hard to get to the root of any health problem you might have. He has always been willing to send me for diagnostic tests and his medical assistants are great at calling me with the results. When I was having a few serious medical issues, several other doctors just shrugged and said they didn’t know what was wrong with me. Dr. Reddy took the time to figure it out and then refer me on to a specialist who could treat me. I recommend Dr. Reddy to everyone I know.

My husband has had a horrible experience with Dr. Raj. My husband started having anxiety attacks in December. I quickly found him a doctor and therapist so we could try to get a handle on it. Dr. Raj prescribed my husband anti-depressants and sent him on his way. My husband starts taking the ant-depressants and Dr. Raj never bothers to call and check on my husband through the process. The pharmacist from Walgreens called to check on him and his own doctor didn’t. Starting the medication was very difficult and I missed a few days of work supporting my husband as he began this journey. He continued to have anxiety attacks so he reached out to Dr. Raj and he basically told him he wouldn’t help and to continue to take the medication. We had other procedures done in the office along the way and they never even called to give us results. My husband had to track them down and ask. Fast forward to this week and Dr Raj refuses to refill my husbands prescription without him coming in for an appointment. He told this to our pharmacist because we were unable to reach the office by phone. My husband suffers from depression and anxiety and doesn’t feel comfortable in a doctors office due to COVID. So now we are in the middle of a pandemic and my husband is going to have to come off his medication for depression and anxiety because he is too anxious to enter a doctors office?! This is in no way supporting patients with mental health disorders during this trying time. The pharmacist agreed to give us 3 days of emergency doses until we figured out what to do. We call telemedicine and they write my husband a 90 day prescription over video call and apologize for his doctors incompetence. Dr. Raj could have written my husband a 90 day prescription due to COVID and refused to do so for what reason? My husband couldn’t sleep for days and when he would fall asleep would wake up in a panic from the stress of not being sure he would get his medication. I spoke to the office manager and she handled the situation well but I do not recommend this doctors office to anyone with mental health disorders. They are further perpetuating the problem and in no way support their patients. I can’t imagine the agony my husband would have went through if he would have had to stop taking his medication right now.

My civil rights were violated here today. I was forced to leave the medical office because I couldnt wear a face mask to an appointment for a known breathing related issue. The extremely rude and unprofessional office manager, "Shelly" walked into a full waiting room, after I had been seated there for 40 minutes, telling me I had to leave because I couldnt wear a mask. I informed her of my medical condition and explained I have difficulty breathing. She walked away saying she would lose her license. She then laughed when I mentioned I would make a complaint to the ADA. Her actions violated my civil rights, went against the governers executive order, and caused me embarassment of having to disclose personal medical information in a building full of strangers. It sucks having to change Drs but the office manager's actions are unacceptable. A quick google search shows many times this horrible person, Shelly, has done similar things.

I am super impressed! We chose this family doctor based off of a recommendation when we switched insurance. It’s been years since we’ve been to a family doctor and we set up an appointment so we could get referrals to the specialists we were already seeing to satisfy our new insurance.
We expected to go in, check that we’re healthy, tell him the referrals we needed and leave. But Dr. Reddy came and asked about the symptoms I’m seeing my specialists about. At first it was annoying, just give me my referrals and leave it to the specialists. But then I realized that he really cared about me as a patient and person and gave me his opinion and invited me to research it and talk to my neurologist and perinatologist about it. It was the first diagnosis that has actually made sense to me and it made me feel less crazy and scarred. While I’ll still trust my specialists, I am so surprised that he took so much time to really listen, actually listen, to me. I’ll be quick to book an appointment in the future with Dr. Reddy.

When i told them i left my card at home and only had $10 on me, they told me they would have to ask if they could see me. They called me to the desk in front of 30 people waiting and told me i couldn't be seen because i didn't have my $25 co pay. I asked them to bill me and they said no. How embarrassing. ***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*** ***AVOID THIS PLACE*** ***SEEK OTHER TREATMENT OPTIONS*** ***STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED SHELLY & TAMMY***
I love Dr. Marlina Robinson, but my issue is with the STAFF. I called in today to make an appointment as I was just in a car accident, SHELLY tells me that I would have to see Dr. Reddy since Marlina does not treat car accident patients. Okay? Then tells me he wont take my insurance & that I have to pay $75. When I don't understand & ask if I can make payments, she treats me like I'm stupid & gives attitude! I ask to speak to someone else who was just as rude before SHELLY got back on the phone & said Marlina would call me & just hung up on me -- RUDE. I called back, & thankfully I did becuz they did not have the right phone number! I asked why SHELLY hung up on me without asking for my correct phone number but I got was a bunch of, "I don't knows". Then TAMMY called me back, Marlina's nurse saying that I was being rude to the staff. HELLO? WHAT? I told her I had been a patient with Marlina for a long time & never had any problems before. She transfers me back to scheduling who once again hangs up on me. I called back AGAIN to make an apt, a girl schedules me then tells me to hold on. Transfers me AGAIN to another girl who gives me attitude when I ask why I'm being transferred so much she says, "I finalize the appointments. The other girl didn't finalize" while shes smacking her gum in my ear. She AGAIN places me on hold while TAMMY gets on the line saying there was confusion, & I'm thinking okay.. on what.. how hard is it to schedule an apt? She said SHELLY said I said I refused to pay the $75! I'm laughing at this time since that was never said & I told her to pull the conversation. She reminds me about 5 more times how I need to have the $75 up front & before hanging up she says, "AND BE POLITE WHEN YOU COME IN" ARE YOU SERIOUS?? I've been hung up on twice, been told I was being rude when I was only asking questions & trying to make an apt! Not once did anyone care that I'm in pain FROM A CAR ACCIDENT. Just make sure you have the money to pay us & "be nice". Nothing about how her staff treated me. ***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*** ***AVOID THIS PLACE*** ***SEEK OTHER TREATMENT OPTIONS***

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Reddy as our primary care physician for several years. Dr. Reddy is very knowledgable, and listens to his patients. He is by far the best family practice doctor I have ever been to. His PA Robinson is also very knowledgable and caring, so you can't go wrong with this practice. If you're looking for a great doctor in the Las Vegas area I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and PA Robinson. I haven't seen the other two that work out of this location so I can't review them, but the office staff is excellent. One other bonus is they have someone on site to do lab draws so if you need blood work they can do it during your visit.
