We couldn't have chosen a better pediatrician for our baby. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They take all the time needed during each visit to thoroughly examine the baby and answer every question without rushing. The environment is warm and welcoming. We are so grateful for their care!

Worst pediatrics I've been too. Every time I need a refill I get the run around to wait 72 hours, then I call again and im asked to wait an additional 72 hours with the same excuse "sorry we don't know what the last person you spoke with did, but we are asking you wait an additional 72 hours now and we made this a priority" same bs! This isn't just a one time mistake its every single time I call to refill medications!

If I can give this place zero stars .. I would! You will love this place if you want to wait two or three hours before being seen, even if you showed up on time. The nurses are always playing on their phones, zero accountability, no quality control, and no proper follow-up. X-rays are sent over, and they sit on fax machines with no call from this office. Their email and scanning system never works. You have to follow up on EVERYTHING .. I might as well be seen by a dentist for medical issues for my kids. STAY AWAY from this place, you'll thank me.

Amazing doctors, Dr.King and Dr. Vu are very knowledgeable, understanding and try and answer patiently every question/ doubt we may have as parents of young kids. They have taken care of our 2 kids since almost about 7 years now. Medication and tests are prescribed only if needed. This is one of the few hospitals/ clinics in Vegas where the front office people are very responsive and prompt too.

Do not use this office. My wife called because my daughter needed an appointment and the front staff claimed they haven’t treated my daughter who has been a patient for almost 2 years, getting all of her critical checkups and vaccinations here. They refused to do any additional research. How can my daughter get treatment if you won’t even look her up?! It’s a shame because the doctors are great, but the front staff make this office impossible.

AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS. They have a distressing tendency to recommend unnecessary procedures. Shockingly, during routine visits for vaccinations, they insist on performing invasive vaginal exams on toddlers as young as two and four years old. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was asking for an immunization record for my daughters and the lady that answered the phone named RICA was very RUDE! As soon as I asked her if she can email me the record she got super annoyed. And I told her, this is the reason why I STOP taking my kids there because of unprofessional staff (not the Doctors) And she has the guts to say “oh good you stop coming here” 😡 Under her breath. I asked her why did she even say that, she puts me on hold right away. I was so mad and she was denying it. She needs to get FIRED! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE at all. This incident happened today (11/14/23) not even 1 star. It doesn’t deserve any stars👎🏼👎🏼

I loved this pediatrician. Dr Chen was so great but unfortunately they stopped taking my insurance even though my insurance says they still do. Receptionist is always rude, when I tried asking questions about insurance she said she already told me they stopped and hung up. She's never friendly but we excuse it due to our daughter's daughter. Now we have to find a new pediatrician.

These doctors are amazing! I’ve been bring my son here since he was 1 week old. They were very patient with me being a first time mom I constantly was crying wolf on the phone lol literally the 1st year of my sons life we went to the doc like 2x a month & they never seemed annoyed or frustrated they took every concern I had seriously. They didn’t force or try to pressure me to do anything I didn’t wanna do when it came to vaccinations. They also have always been ON TIME! We are always in & out.. I recommend everyone who wants a CARING COMPASSIONATE PROVIDER to come here.

Excellent Drs, Excellent Service. My cousin referred me here after finishing his rotation, speaking highly of Dr. Vu, his practice and work ethic. My daughters are now 5 and 3 and as a mom, I couldn't be happier. I always get an appointment with a Dr when my child is sick.

The staff her is pretty friendly. I love that in vegas you actually get to talk to the doctor after hours instead of a nurse. Something I wish they would do in CA.
