Dr. Romualdo Aragon is an outstanding primary care physician. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to listen and always asks what concerns I would like addressed during my visit, making me feel involved in my own healthcare decisions.

He reviews my blood work thoroughly and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he makes sure all of my questions are answered before I leave.

The clinic itself is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. A special thank you to Joy, Dr. Aragon’s front desk, who is always kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk with. She makes scheduling and communication smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Dr. Aragon and his team to anyone looking for a primary care physician who truly cares about their patients and provides excellent medical care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So hard to contact to make an appointment, we decided to come in the office to make an appointment today around 11:30 on April 8, the receptionist with brunette blondish, with eyeglasses was unbearably rude and hard to work with, we didnt mind the long wait time for the appointment for new patients, but the way she acted and how her tone was, it was so unwelcoming, we decided to leave it instead of making an appointment because of her, that is 1 way practices lose their patients is through rude staff.

After moving here four years ago and trying a couple different doctors, my husband found Dr. Aragon. I switched doctors a year ago to Dr.Aragon. when you have an appointment he takes the time to go over everything with you and does not rush. He’s very thorough. This review would’ve been a 5 except that when you have an urgent issue, the staff will not get you in and tell you usually have to wait two weeks. If I’m really sick I need to get in. I don’t want wait two weeks. Also, when I call 80% of the time, there’s no receptionist to pick up the phone. I do leave a message. And I usually get a call back the same day. Only issue is some of the time it’s an urgent situation and I need to get in asap. One big problem Is if they won’t get me in ASAP and I ask for a medication until I can come in they won’t do it So like now, I have a UTI/kidney infection They won’t answer the phone So left a message I will hear back. They will tell me they can’t get me in yet they won’t give me any medicine until I do get in. So I’m forced to go to urgent care. They really need to leave some time in at the end of the day in case Somebody needs to get In that day for urgent

We have just moved to Las Vegas. It was very difficult to find a primary doctor. Upon referral by my brother to Dr. Aragon, we were given an appointment to see him for assessment within 2 weeks. During our first visit, doctor was very cordial, easy to talk to and thorough that we felt at ease and comfortable to trust him with our healthcare. His staff were diligent in following through with our paperwork to transfer our health records from our previous providers. Dr. Aragon's office is auspicious and relaxing.

I am convinced that any "review" that says this doctor "cares" knows him personally, and is doing so as a "favor".

I know of multiple people that see him, and he is FAR from caring!!! Heck, I used to see him as well! Terrible experience!!! When he's wrong, he shows no remorse for it!

Dr. Aragon? More like Dr. Arrogance.

Spare yourself the trouble and find someone else, seriously. Not one person I know that see him likes him, and they're all looking for a new primary care provider.

When calling at 8am, 9am, 10am. Nobody to pickup phone, always voicemail even leaving messages. No one calls back. Had to drive to office just to get a simple answer. I did leave my name and my phone number waited from morning til afternoon. What is the use of first come first serve if the patient called since morning. Dr. Aragon is a very good Doctor he needs to have an organised and attentive staff.

This Doctors office refused service after they made an error on an appointment date. They just moved offices and seem very disorganized and are unfortunately losing a patient. No one should ever not be seen for an office error. I would take responsibility if it was my fault but knew i was going to be out of town months before they said i had scheduled that day. Dr Aragon should look into hiring a better staff and maybe he wont lose patients.
