My experience was very poor, I waited for 2 hours to see the physician even with an established appointment. I notified the staff that I had another appointment following, however that was not taken into account. Once I encountered the physician no apology was offered and I did not feel comfortable nor appreciated by seeking out treatment as a patient. The physician was very well spoken and knowledgeable, however, overall a candid bad experience.

I was very comfortable with Dr.Perry upon meeting him.
I met with two other doctors before I met Dr.Perry and he definitely stood out. His professional approach during my initial exam had me convinced this was my surgeon. Whenever his name was mentioned during my pre op visits with other doctors, everyone expressed that he's very good.
Day of surgery he came to me and talked to me for a few minutes. His whole team looks soild and made the day a comfortable experience.

I've only had one initial visit but Dr Perry was a breath of fresh air taking concern to a problem I've been dealing with for the last couple of months with my back, immediately taking the initiative to start me up with rehabilitative therapy and also immediately sending me for additional evaluation with associated specialists for a possible related issue. So far he has been the most professional and informative doctor I've seen for my injury. I'm very pleased with the action and care he has provided and even though my injury was an unwanted misfortune, Im finally optimistic and looking forward to the healing process.

Dr. Perry is treating me for severe back pain, and he is wonderful! He takes the time to go over everything and is amazing at diagnosing. I also had ACDF surgery by him about 3 years ago and, again, had been in severe pain. His PA came into the room where I was waiting and said that she would be seeing me instead of the doctor. She was pleasant, listened to my concerns and took good care of me. The only negative is that I don’t think it’s right when the patient is scheduled with one medical professional and then switched to another, without prior notification or asked if the change is okay. My husband walked into southern foothills September 2023 for back surgery and he hasn’t walked since. The hospital poisoned him withJardience and I drove back 4 hr 1 way and then it took me 2 days to get him into ICU then I lost another weeks wages. Ryan never got back to me during this ordeal. Everyone ignored my husband until it got really bad then he was smothered by doctors and nurses and it was very unpleasant and extremely painful for my husband and he asked for a DNR.
He was in that hospital for a month and couldn’t sit up by then. Now we have to keep driving to Vegas because my husband doesn’t walk anymore and Dr Perry is ALWAYS 1 hour late for your appointment. Why can’t we do zoom visits? Why are you bleeding me dry in every way?

These offices are literally the best I’ve been too! I’ve been coming here on and off for the past 5 years and every doctor including Dr.Perry and both Dr.Lees are incredible! I’ve never had a bad experience ever. It may take some time to get in and they fall behind every once in while but I haven’t been to a doctors office that wasn’t. My husband and I are so disappointed when we went to our appointment today to learn Dr. Perry had another emergency and could not see my husband. This is the second time this has occurred. We’ve been trying to see this highly recommended surgeon for over 10-12 weeks now. My husband needs a repair to his cracked vertebrae and two disc replacements. Now, Dr. Perry can’t see my husband until June. My husband was so upset we walk out of the Centinnal office. My husband, an engineer, cannot sit or stand for more than a couple of hours. He had to reduce his work hours by 50% because he’s in such pain. My husband needs surgery. What he does not need is to wait two months for an appointment!

This was my first appointment l was just trying to get a referral for therapy for my back. They pull me in 10min early for my appointment ask questions get my xray done now it's my appointment time. I'm like ok I'm going to be in and out of here. I'm in my room a hour and 15min go by and nobody has come in the room to even let me know they are running that far behind or anything my phone is about to die I had other things to do still so I go out and let them know im leaving I'm been waiting over and hour she then ask ok do you want to reschedule or cancel? Dr. Perry has completed two neurosurgerys on me in the last year and a half. He has been very upfront and honest with me about the prognosis of both surgeries, which have been on my cervical spinal column. No promises given on the outcome and all the warnings clearly presented to me, regarding the amount of time and pain, in the healing process.
All staff members, I have learned to respect and I have nothing more than gratitude for their patience and understanding. A very special thanks to Diana.Diana you are the best.
If I was able to deduct 1/2 point, making it 4 1/2 , I would. Just because nobody is perfect.

I am not sure why the few people who are saying this is a terrible facility are coming from, but I have 17 years in healthcare and I can say this is one of the cleanest, best run, appointment on time offices I have had the joy to be in.

Sure, I hurt my foot and I was in pain, but the doctor who saw me was kind and caring, the front office staff helpful. The office person brought out a pillow and chair for my obviously swollen foot, and helped me get in and out of the doors.

My appointment was for 11am, I got there at 10:45, filled out paperwork and was back in an exam room about 1130. Pretty good for a very busy practice. The RN was in the room getting everything ready for the doctor right away. The doctor came right in, was polite, gentle and very careful while examining my foot. He prescribed me an appropriate amount of pain meds, and I was on my way with a follow up appointment in less than an hour. Out the door by 1230 pm.

This is a VERY busy place, you need to come a little early, just like they ask you to, and/or fill out your online profile or you will be delayed. It is like any healthcare organization, there is a process.

If you don't want to go through the process of checking in, showing you medical insurance or payment method, filling out forms and stuff, then ... good luck on getting healthcare anywhere.

If you see yourself as the only most important person in the world, and you want your care NOW NOW NOW... probably not the place for you.
