The office accidentally ordered a plethora of obscure incorrect and not indicated labs and i got a rather large bill from quest that i didnt feel like i should be responsible for. I called and emailed the office multiple times but could never receive a response back so i scheduled an appointment. In the appointment Dr Prabhu apologized and said this is the first time he was hearing about it but i should not be responsible for the bill since it was their fault and Vidya the office manager would take care of it by the end of the week. Vidya called me the next day and was openly hostile raising her voice and talking over me she said i must have demanded the labs because there is no way they as a primary care office would order labs that she had never heard of. I said i didnt demand the labs and requested a copy of my appointment to confirm that i hadnt requested them which she ignored. The next day I received a personal call from Dr Prabhu saying he knew i didnt request the labs it was their fault for ordering and again i shouldnt have to pay so Vidya was definitely going to take care of the bill within the next couple days. Since then silence. This has dragged out 5 months now. No further responses to phone calls or email. I filled a complaint with the state medical board and let them know and they still have not responded. I would avoid this office

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Prabhu for more than 15 years. He is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. When I was diagnosed with cancer, during Covid, he stayed on top of my team of doctors and made sure my surgery was not put off because of the hospitals covid concerns. We recommend to anyone who wants consistent, knowledgeable and caring treatment.

Never seen Dr. but seen Julie Sexton. I don't know if it's a staff problem or what. But diagnoses pretty straight forward but can't get oxygen or CPAP adapter to freskin breathe for months now. Call Preferred Health Care and they are waiting for signature. And go back and forth with phone calls while I am struggling with very low oxygen while sleeping. Jumped through all the hoops for months to only wait months to get supplies I need. Seems no one answers emails, phone calls or follows up on anything.

The worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Waited hours to be seen. He wasn’t even in the room with me for 5 minutes. He was annoyed and rushed. Could care less why I was there. If you want a caring primary care this IS NOT the place.The only thing he is good for is ordering "testing" and refilling and prescription .. Dr. Suresh is an excellent physician, but his staff’s lack of professionalism and efficiency is unacceptable. They consistently fail to do their job, causing unnecessary delays and frustration for patients. I was forced to wait 6–7 months for something as simple as a referral call—something that should have been handled promptly. Instead, they repeatedly wasted my time with excuses, negligence, and a lack of urgency. Their laziness and disregard for patients ultimately cost Dr. Suresh a loyal patient. If he wants his practice to succeed, he needs a team that actually cares and takes their responsibilities seriously.

WE Absolutely adore Dr. Prabhu and his staff we moved here from Oregon 2 1/2 years ago. When they do choose to answer the phone which is rare, Mary who I believe cannot be more than a receptionist, will not comprehend anything you say to her. I was a 23 year old, very healthy girl. I started to have complications and knew something was terribly wrong with me. I visited so many hospitals (both in the US & the UK) and so many cardiologists. All of them kept telling me I was fine. After not getting any answers, my mom recommend me to see Dr. Prabhu. He knew my condition immediately. He was the only one that took his time to figure out my concern. He not only listened, but he’d speak with my mother over the phone after hours to make sure i was getting the proper care I needed. He then sent me to Dr. Jiji, an amazing cardiologist here in LV. As the both of them worked together, they found my rare condition, saving my life. As this was a life threatening condition, I have now had my surgery. I wouldn’t be on the road to recovery if it wasn’t for Dr. Prabhu and Dr. Jiji. Dr. Prabhu keeps in contact to make sure I’m healing well. I cannot recommend and thank them enough!!!

Worst medical office i ever used in my life. First time i went they never followed up with bloodwork. Two years plus he never touched me once. The only thing he is good for is ordering blood work ( assuming it is the correct request) and refilling prescriptions. The last straw is when I told him I had swelling and a lump in my lower abdomen. He never even looked at it and just ordered a X-ray which turned out to be the incorrect. X ray. He spent less then 5 minutes at that appointment and didn't even go over my blood work which was the reason for the appointment.
