I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Marlene, the treatment coordinator, explained everything clearly and helped make the treatment affordable with financing options. Diya, the dental assistant, was amazing and made me feel comfortable while placing my attachments. Arthur, the dental assistant who did my exam, was also really great and made my experience even better. My experience at aspen was amazing! I haven’t been to a dentist in forever and have a lot of anxiety. Dr Storr, Diya and the hygienist were super gentle. They went over everything and checked to make sure my insurance would cover it. They worked out the numbers if it didn’t, so I could still get everything I needed done. Amazing, sweet and kind staff. I came in on an emergency appointment, I was dealing with a lot of pain and needing a quite a bit of work done that i’ve been delaying. The last few places I went to quoted me way more and don’t offer any payment plan options or the options weren’t something that worked for me. They took their time explaining everything, took detailed xrays and scans and offered great plans to help get my dental health under control. Doctor white has been the best and caring dentist too me doctor white really makes sure you don’t have any pain at all with any procedure that is getting done the doctor has a great personality and talks to you through everything that is getting worked on to make sure everything is OK for you. Haven’t had too many dentist in my life that really really cares about the patients.Last year I had doctor white do implants and a full top set of bolt on zirconium teeth I can eat almost anything now all I can say is what a difference then having glued in dentures. So now I need a couple of bridges done went in this morning and doctor white worked with me and helped me with a great price for that so they started working on me right now so that was great to get it started so fast went home with my temporary bridges in and will have the new couple of bridges in around 10 days wow that’s fast need a dentist make an appointment with doctor white you will definitely be taking care of all of the technicians are very nice and helpful

Todavía estoy pagando caro el grave error de haber sido atendido por este lugar. Estoy pagando por tercera vez a otro dentista el reemplazo de la corona dental que Aspen D (Doctora White) puso mal en dos ocasiones. La primera vez no hicieron correctamente el procedimiento del core build up, dejando un hueco sin empastar debajo de la corona, la cual se cayó en las 3 horas posteriores. Luego regresé y les permití arreglar el problema, volverla a cementar. Y esa segunda ocasión volvió a dejar el cuello de la corona mal sellado, y esto provoca que se filtren bacterias debajo de la corona, pudiendo causar que pierda mi diente sano. Un proceso fallido que ahora necesito solucionar con otro dentista. Realmente el equipo de trabajo es amable. Pero la Doctora White es bastante arrogante. Tiene el ego mas alto que sus capacidad de dentista. Quizás un poco de humildad la ayudaría a ser mas excelente en su trabajo. Ojalá puedan aprender de sus errores y brindar un mejor servicio.

Unfortunately, my experience with Aspen Dental on Eastern and the Beltway was very disappointing.

I understand that dental offices have policies and treatment plans, but I felt that I was only offered assistance if I was willing to immediately move forward with additional treatment. I had previously paid cash for temporary dental work because I was having difficulty closing my teeth properly. I later needed a minor correction to that temporary work and was willing to pay for the correction myself.

I had been given approximately 90 days to decide and prepare for the recommended treatment, which costs around $3,900. I simply needed some time before committing to that procedure. In the meantime, I asked if the temporary work could be adjusted so I could properly close my teeth. I was told that nothing could be done unless I proceeded with the $3,900 treatment.

What was especially disappointing was the manner in which my concerns were addressed. I felt that my situation was dismissed because I wasn’t immediately prepared to move forward with the more expensive procedure.

As a paying customer, I believe patients should still receive reasonable assistance and respectful customer service regardless of whether they are ready to commit to additional treatment. I left feeling very disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

I happened to see this location (Aspen Dental on Eastern & Serene) on google for same day denture repair. I just came for my denture to be repaired but end up doing deep cleaning procedure since I haven't visited my regular dentist for a while. I did not regret coming to this place. It was an excellent experience. As soon as I came in, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.

I’ve never in my life been more traumatized in any type of medical/dental setting. The staff is wonderful, but the dentist doesn’t listen, and literally told me “im not hurting you” when I was clenching and shaking in pain with tears streaming down my face. She did the procedure and after gaslighting me went on to her next money pit (patient). It’s all about “treatment plan” and how much money they can make. It’s quantity NOT A. I didn’t feel like she cared at all about what was taking place. I don’t need a response from customer service staff to tell me they’ll address the issue, because that’s just what they are robotically supposed to say, and I know they will not. I want people thinking about going to read the review and understand how scary this place is. I cancelled all future appointments and will never return. I walked out in tears with the doctor ignoring me as I walked past her. They got plenty of money from me and I’m sure that’s all they needed to sleep at night, which is a scary thought. Sadly, they give the industry a terrible table. I shouldn’t say they, but the dentist specifically. I went in 6 days after an extraction with severe pain and had a dry socket. I went to get out of pain, not put in more.

If I could leave -10,000 stars, I would.
This is hands down the most money-hungry dental office I have ever been to. You come in with one actual problem, and instead of fixing it, they somehow find 10 other things to charge you for while completely ignoring the issue you came in for in the first place. It feels less like a dental office and more like a place that’s trying to squeeze every dollar out of you before you make it out of the chair.
The overcharging is insane, and the quality of care is even worse. I had an extraction done here and received little to no proper aftercare. There was no meaningful post-op follow-up, I had to come back on my own for both post op appointments . I also had to ask for a syringe because they never gave me one after the extraction—something that should have been standard. And now, on top of all of that, I have a chipped tooth directly in front of the extraction site after being treated here. Instead of taking accountability, they seem perfectly comfortable handing me another bill for a problem that may have been caused during the extraction itself. To make matters worse, the dentist told me she removed material from my gum, yet my X-rays show it’s still there. So to sum it up: overpriced, dismissive, careless, and clearly more focused on billing than patient care. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and still dealing with dental issues I didn’t have before. It’s honestly disturbing how comfortable this office seems with taking people’s money while providing such poor care.
If you value honesty, proper treatment, and a dental office that actually addresses your concerns instead of creating new ones and charging you for them, go somewhere else.

This is my first time going to Aspen Detal on the( Eastern Beltway) my scheduled appointment was at 7:00 a.m. I went to the door at 6:50 a.m. I tugged on the door I realize they were not open yet. Then I heard the door open i was greeted with a friendly good morning. I told receptionist that I was here for a 7 a.m. appointment to fix my broken denture. She told me to take a seat and they will be right with me. Not even 10 minutes they took me in. Dr. White saw me and stated that my dentures are repairable but she strongly suggested to get new denture because the dentures i had was temporary dentures. So I was fearing for the worst she directed me to Marilyn. She gave me options to choose from, I told her I really don't have money for brand new dentures. She said no worry let see if you qualify I filled out the form. She informed me that I was approved I was so relieved then she told.me the price for the denture I was ecstatic. I was visiting Vegas from out of the area, and had a terrible tooth ache developed over the night and couldn't bare the pain. I looked up dentists near by and chose Aspen Dental because they would be open at 7am. I got there and was seen without an appointment within 10 min. I had to have exams and exam as a new patient and was diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics to fight the infection and was out of there by 730. It took 24 hours for the pain to go away but I now feel great and can continue my vacation. The staff and doctor was amazing and this dental group is better than anything I have available back home. It is almost worth flying to Vegas just to go to the dentist here. Thank you so much. I cant believe how fast I went from unbearable pain to completely normal. I highly recommend this agency.

Had a really good experience at Aspen this morning! A few days ago I noticed a hairline fracture in my denture, and Aspen was very helpful from the first phone call! They easily helped me move my appointment sooner than I originally made it (I was in a crisis mode lol) and got me in first thing the very next day. The lab tech Shalisha did a great job fixing the crack quickly & efficiently, and my dentures feel very strong again! They're a little smooth from the polish but I'll get used to it, overall they're strong and fit great which is what matters most. Also, shout out to the receptionist Stacy. I had an exceptional visit today! Dr. White and her dental assistant Cass took such good care of me while explaining the steps along the way and making sure I was comfortable. They had to redo a crown that I’ve had redone before at another office and it’s the best fit yet, I’m so happy with the results! Its been six years since my last visit. Never had a good experience with tears and pain, till Dr. White and Diya. I went there to purchase a new set of dentures. They did their routine as normal and then talked to me about what they could do. Their people there are so nice very patient with me and their prices were $1500 cheaper than my normal dentist and unlike my normal dentist they actually came with a warranty. The first set I bought from my normal dentist broke twice in different places in less than a year. I was floored they wanted $250 to repair each time. The ones I bought from Aspen are over 2 years old never broke and still look great! Aspen Dental will be the only place I will ever go to again.

I went in because my gums were swollen and hurting. They immediately said that it was because of my bite and that they wanted me to fix it which would have been thousands of dollars (this was them only looking at the 3D scan and not looking at my actual mouth). I told them that I did have gingivitis and was worried that it was progressing. They said yeah but what is more important is your bite and that I would lose my teeth if it didn't fix my bite. They wouldn't even clean my teeth. They didnt ask me if I had been using a different toothpaste, take into account my gingivitis, nothing! I left and got a second opinion elsewhere and it ended up being my toothpaste, gingivitis, and a potential bacterial infection, which was so much cheaper than what this insane dentist office wanted me to do. In fact, the other place mocked Aspen Dentals advice and said that it was ridiculous. I felt like this place was trying to scam me the whole time. Do not go here unless you want to spend thousands of dollars on a problem that isnt even a problem to begin with.

10/10. I had an early appointment so that always helps move things along but Cass was Amazing. Girl you rock!!! She informed me of everything she was doing and she made me feel comfortable. The absolute BEST dental office I have ever been to. I have had terrible dental experiences, in the past, which has left me with anxiety and fear. From the moment I called for an appointment I was hopeful that this would be a whole new experience. Lark and Nessa are so warm and friendly the minute you come in. Amber made me so comfortable during my xrays and scans. She explained what she was doing and we talked "non dental" which kept my anxiety level manageable. From the moment Dr. White entered the room I could tell that this was not going to be the visit I was expecting. She is the kindest, most compassionate woman. Not just as a dentist but as a human. I had a lot of communication issues with this office. From what I wanted when I went in, to what I paid for in after care products I didn't need. Just be careful that you watch each line of the care plan. If you sign it, they haul it out when you wonder what you were charged for that was not covered by insurance. I recently came to aspen dental not expecting a whole lot but I was wrong. First they had same day appointments available I don’t know if that is always the case but I was so glad then did as I was in so much pain. When the took me to the back the assistant was so kind. He was very gentle while taking X-rays understanding that my mouth was in so much pain. He was so efficient and quick all while making sure I was still ok. When the hygienist came in she was so calm and gave me all the information as to why I would need the services I needed. It was very refreshing as most places only tell you what you need and give vague answers when answering. The dentiet came in she went over each tooth I was having issues with and explained what had happened what we can do and how it could be accomplished. I felt like she understood my concerns and there was no pushing or harassing. When I got to the end to talk about my payment options and what my insurance would cover Nessa A. was the best. She helped me with everything. Making sure I could afford the services I needed, helping me maneuver services and understanding that loans were not an option right now. There was no pressure or bad feelings and I would recommend this dental office to all my friends and family.

I felt at home I first walked in the door. I had no bone on my lower. I’m getting my work done at a great price. Everyone NEEDS to come here. I got my implants and snap on dentures all in 3 months. where no one else can do it. You guys gave me a smile!. They took the time to make sure they fit proper and I was comfortable. I will never go nowhere else and neither should you. They put the metal piece in there because I broke my regular dentures by putting them in my bra in my side pocket of my car or anywhere I could because I could not use them to eat . Now I don’t have to go looking for them trying to remember where I put them. NOW I KNOW WHERE THEY ARE !!! THEY ARE IN MY MOUTH WHERE THEY BELONG .I can eat with family members and not have to cover my mouth. I can also participate in events, where I wouldn’t before by feeling embarrassed. It has definitely brought my self-confidence back. I am able to eat my favorite chocolate see’s candy with the nuts) I’m also able to eat popcorn and everything else I could not before so now I have 13 years of catching up THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL ON SERENE AND 215. This place overcharges and feels like the vultures of the dental industry. Was told that my srp would be a few thousand with insurance. After feeling pressured, I eventually canceled and found that anywhere else in Vegas is significantly cheaper for the same care. I have also never been to a dentist in the US where the staff judges you and makes you feel bad about both your oral health and financial situation. Healthcare professionals should do better.

My husband was having a toothache along with swelling. He was able to make an appointment with Aspen Dental immediately. Nessa at the front desk was so sweet when we arrived. Dr. Storr was very informative as to the procedures they were going to do to aleviate his pain, and Amber, the dental assistant was so nice and informative and very good at anticipating Dr. Storr's needs. When the exam and x-rays were done, Nessa went over, in detail, the costs for my husbands dental treatment needs. Thank goodness we have insurance because it helped out tremendously. Our out of pocket cost was beyond what we could afford, so Nessa took the time to work out arrangements that would fit our budget. My husband had not been to a dentist in over 20 years so he had a lot of work that needed to be done. When his visit was complete, we hugged Nessa because she was so sweet and accommodating to our needs. We are so happy to have found Aspen Dental and would absolutely recommend them highly!
