This is my second time at this facility, Wednesday morning when I checked in the young lady at the front desk was not very receptive (Asian girl) she didn’t greet me with a hello and just rude while asking for my information. My trainer Conlyn and the other guys are great and easy to talk to. Great hires. I can’t see giving a bad rating for one rotten apple

I expected to work with one or two therapists during my physical therapy sessions, but I was told I’d work with a different therapist each time. This practice is unusual, and I never had the chance to connect with the therapists on a personal level. There were also delays between exercises, which I found unpleasant. Victoria and Darlene were nice, but I particularly liked Victoria.

This office is very clean, and the therapists are very professional. What I found to be the most important to me is that the therapists gave individualized, manual manipulation of the area you needed help with. Any therapy office can give you exercises to perform and call it good. But this office provided you with exercises and hands-on manual manipulation. VERY disappointed in ATI, seems incredibly lackadasical--the ppl explain briefly what to do, then walk off to let the person do it. They seem to have better things to do than helping and gently pushing. In fact just the opposite! They ask my teenager after a SHORT time oh are you getting too tired? What teenager will say no?! And they appear to actively encourage the person to say yes, so before one HALF hour, they're like oh well you can go for now and see you next time. SURE, because you got all of my $, and pretty much did none of the work!! VERY unimpressed with the lazy, uncaring approach to my teen's need for therapy!
In addition, we got a call that we had to rush to my dying sister's bedside, so I took time while I was stressed and frantic; asking to please make SURE all of the April appointments were cancelled, the woman said she'd cancel one, then let the office know that the others needed cancelled. Apparently she did NOT, because I started get pestering phone calls through my trip (standing in the airport and hospital stressed out!) Imo BAD facility and even poorer job of helping!! :(

The staff is nice but honestly it seems like they just have you do things you can easily do at home. I was able to purchase the things my son needed that he used there for $5 at nellis auction and he can do it at home and more often and his arm is already stronger/better. I didn’t like how they’d just tell him to squeeze whatever they gave him and would walk away. They even seemed unsure of what was wrong in the first place so we are scheduling scans through a referral the pediatrician gave us.

I went to ATI to attempt to remedy lower back pain from just sitting around during retirement. Over an 8 week period Leigh, Daisy and Paola worked me 3 times a week for an hour. Last appt was today and I'm 90% pain free (x-ray indicated arthritis). They recommended some exercises to do to keep limber. PS: Brenden, Madison and Christine also assisted. I would give the physical therapist 5 stars. The receptionists were not pleasant nor accommodating. The first receptionist did not smile at all, therefore not welcoming. She could not find my appointment so I was just squeezed in. On a return visit, I was late. No one was using the bikes used for warm-up and she would not let me use any of the bikes until I am seen by an assistant. The assistant who saw me later on was just chatting with her colleagues and was on her computer a while before attending to me. They seem to be punishing me for my lateness. This facility just does not exude customer service. Just very dry place. I would never go back.

I was referred to physical therapy for vertigo treatment. The PT I was assigned to was inattentive, didn't listen to most of what I told her, and was clearly not focused when she did my eval. She also didn't seem to really know what to do for vertigo treatment. She was also seeing another client at the same time, which is ridiculous. At the least I'd expect her full attention to do the initial eval. Waste of a co-pay.

ATI was probably the worst facility I’ve ever gone to. They’re constantly understaffed, don’t listen to you and don’t care about your progress. Christine is literally useless and almost cost me my ankle replacement because she made notes on my progress that were not factual to my situation. She said I got better but I didn’t improve at all. She just wants to turn and burn patients and doesn’t care about the overall quality of their care.

This is how it ends..
January 2025

After this ongoing process things changed. The Doctor asked to speak with us she was very rude and disrespectful and afterwards apologized for her behavior. Why would she think it was ok? Or is she calculated in choosing who she does it too, Beware!
She assumed and stated things that were untrue stating things I never said. I’m still in recovery mode on this day entering ATI and advised without notice that there services were no longer required. She was unaware of the true state of my condition not to mention the hardware internally. Very dismissive rude, very unprofessional. I felt something wasn’t right when they stated I missed an appointment that was canceled and rescheduled, I not knowing that the appointment was to dismiss. I wonder if the doctor is comfortable speaking to all people in such manner. I have confirmation from ATI confirming schedule change.
I still need help and she stated if she continued she would get in trouble with her insurance again confirming is it not about me. Then stating I will give you two more weeks which is it. The insurance has been notified and are looking into this for my therapy is approved through March 2025.

This dismissive behavior is unacceptable.
Always turn on your phone when something doesn’t feel right otherwise no one will believe you. ATI left me hanging in the midst of approved treatment.
The surgeon is perplexed with behavior.

After a major surgery I was apprehensive for my pain is intense but we work for my end goal as a partnership. They are simply awesome my therapist was awesome during my assessment and

Everyone is very attentive and making sure that I am well taken care of. They have my medical chart in front of them to review my condition and make sure I'm receiving proper physical therapy. I had a stroke and I have a nerve condition that irritates my left sides to the point it looks like a recurring stroke. I have to take time to rest for the nerve to calm down to continue therapy and they are all so patient with me. The therapist for the first two visits I was helped. The third time the therapist walked up to me and said, “Go to the treadmill and set your pace and do ten minutes. For the remainder of my exercise schedule I did not receive any assistance. Thinking I am finished I said goodbye, at that moment one of the therapist said did you do your leg exercises I said no thank you for reminding me. I went to complete the final exercise. I believe there is opportunity for improvement in the staff to be more attentive to the patient needs. My take away from this experience is, well you have been here twice now you are on you’re own.
