I came in with severe mouth pain yesterday fearing I may have to have a tooth pulled, followed by the ever expensive implant. Not only did they take me within the hour, with me being out of state, I had no infections, just extreme soreness from teeth grinding at night. It calmed all my fears and I went on to enjoying the rest of my vacation. Everyone went out of their way to be so kind and professional.

I walked in for a cleaning. I mentioned i had tooth yhat was bothering me. The did the cleaning and pulled yhe tooth. And they never acted like I was an inconvenience to their Friday morning schedul e.. awesome people.

They work with your insurance company. Great staff, friendly and informative. Sheri is my dental hygienist. She has all kinds of tips and tricks to help keep your teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Atwoods is easy to work with. He has a great practice..

I generally, like most people, loathe going to the dentist. But coming here is so chill. Everyone is so nice and treats you like a human. They try to make you as comfy as possible while you’re getting uncomfy things done. Little things like chapstick, blankets and personal follow ups make a huge difference and makes it feel like they care. 10/10

I love Dr. Aaron Atwood and his staff they’re the best dentist in Vegas. I had serious dental anxiety from previous dentist’s that completely stopped me from going to a dentist for years. Dr. Atwood remove all four of my wisdom teeth under local anesthesia fully awake didn’t feel one thing. I have had fillings done and a deep cleaning both services completely painless. I think my dental anxiety has been completely cured. I can now say I love the dentist again. I will not be going to another dentist. Doctor Atwood and his staff are the best!!!

I had a great experience here. I called complaining of extreme wisdom teeth pain at 1:30pm. They were able to get me in at 3pm that same day and by 4:45pm, I was going home with all 4 of wisdom teeth pulled out. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable while I was there.

After chewing on a chicken wing and completely severing my crown (along with my little tooth anchoring it), I was very lucky to find Dr. Atwood. The man is a Godsend! He is not only exceptionally qualified but also quite personable - imagine empathy, sprinkled with some humor and humility. I went with an implant and 5 months later I was rewarded with my smile back. Go to this doctor and I am certain he will exceed your expectations! As a bonus, his entire staff is also glorious and wait times are under 10 minutes! Thank you Doctor Atwood!!!

I came in to have a tooth looked at that was causing me pain. Everyone in the office was so nice and even had me laughing though I was very nervous. I ended up having to have the tooth pulled and received a text the next day checking on how I was feeling which I thought was very awesome. I'll definitely be returning for my future dental healthcare.

Awful experience, and now refuses to give a referral to an oral surgeon, its going on a month with 2 broken teeth, my insurance co even called and requested one. Same answer everytime, "i'll leave a message they'll send it today". Still nothing.

This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a dentist. We recently moved here and have a history of consistent preventative care. In fact, we were seen by our previous dentist before we moved less than 6 months ago. We went to have a routine check up and cleaning and the doctor performed a very painful periodontal check. His findings were such (after digging hard into our gums) that we both were so bad we could not have a regular routine cleaning anymore. Basically saying one of us had gum disease. I might add that before all of this he was “interested” in our sleep habits and wanted to have us do a sleep study test. He kept pushing for us to pay cash for this test and not to go through our insurance. All of which threw up the flags. Then when he gave the “treatment plan” for the new deep cleanings and the cost and I immediately called my insurance company. They basically agreed this was strange since our history was current and no problems of any sort. We left and found a new dentist, as suggested by our insurance company. This doctor’s findings were very similar if not mostly the same as our previous doctors findings from where we moved from. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very grateful to have seen Dr. Atwood's work firsthand from a coworker that cracked their front tooth in half. I had to get some work done myself and hadn't found a dentist and receptionists that gave me the comfort or efficiency I'd expect. Extremely caring staff and dentist. I was called back almost immediately. Got some teeth pulled and they made sure that I was completely comfortable and not in any pain. They gave me a blanket and I'm pretty sure the seat was massaging my back. I have hated the dentist since I was a child but they took very good care of me and have started changing my feeling on going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Atwood and staff.

Also, he was able to remove a tooth that previous dentists refused to touch and told me I would have to see an oral surgeon. He pulled it with no issue and also removed my wisdom teeth at my FIRST appointment at his office. He doesn't waste time at all. I'm very grateful to have found this office and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I am a medical providers worst nightmare!!! However, with my anxiety and pain through the upper stratosphere, everyone, including the front desk, hygenist, dental assistant and Dr Aaron Atwood were able to deal with my, shall we say, idiosyncrasies with ease. Dr Atwood removed my molar in about 30 seconds!!! My friend said that's phenonenal!!! I had seen another dentist two days before seeing Dr Atwood and they did nothing!!! Very bad organization here. Expensive rates.
Huge turnover throughout entire office staff.
Managers come and go.
Current manager "Unique" had attitude problem.
Dental assistants are very poorly trained and do not stay around.
The two dentists are brothers and you never know which one will show up.
The dentists appear to be busy with other outside concerns all the time including family issues.
If you book an appointment, plan on being there all day. They double/triple/quadruple book time slots and let you sit for hours at a time.
