The medical assistant was great The reduced stars are for the doctor who offered no help for my issues but to refer me to a neurosurgeon group who does not deal with the issues I have.
Plus at the end of the visit tells me she’s no longer going to be in the practice and tells me of her replacement. At that point I realized that was why she was not proactive in my care and did not show any concerns.
I would have appreciated if when I made the appointment someone there could have told me she was leaving. I was very upset and angry when I left. The male receptionist was very welcoming and helpful however I cannot say that about the female who checked me out.
I hope that it gets better as I continue to go there as I don’t think you want your brand to be represented in such a negative way.
I have been in customer service for 15 years and know what good customer service is like. I certainly felt it was not at the 100 per cent that it should be at…especially when you’re dealing with seniors.
I’m sorry but my experience there in this first visit was disappointing.

Person with long dirty blondish curly hair who ushered me into the room was rude, dismissive, disrespectful. Interrupted me with her opinion & let me know I would not the care/referral I needed for a torn rotator cuff (an open upright mri) "We all gathered out there (inner office) & talked about it " Place is a nightmare. Changing insurance at open enrollment to get away from their incompetence.

Dr Cruz and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Brandon, at the front desk is always smiling and eager to help. Marnie and Yana are friendly, professional, and so warm and caring just like Dr Cruz. There's nobody like Dr Cruz. She is so positive and easy to talk to, never rushes you. Lucky me finding her!

As always, everyone is friendly, patient and kind. I am treated with courtesy and respect, and feel that I can speak with them about anything I need or don’t understand. It’s also a huge relief to know that I can call Intermountain whenever I need to, and they will do whatever they can to assist me, even if I’m grumpy! This has been a very rough year for me, and they’ve been there every step of the way! I am incredibly grateful!!!
